Jumping Joe! & Friends is an entertaining endless runner-cum-platformer that promises hours of fun. Whether alone or with a friend, you can always find new challenges. Just be aware that the gameplay - as should be expected - can feel repetitive after a while, and the brightly-coloured graphics can be a strain on the eyes after a prolonged playing session.- Switch Player

Give yourself a couple of hours with this one and you can blast your way through all 12 levels on offer. A great soundtrack and classic gameplay make this a worthy addition to your Switch library.- Switch Player

With interesting ideas and a unique atmosphere, Ashwalkers is a survival game where your choices really matter. Sadly, it comes with some serious interface problems that seriously hurt the experience.- Switch Player

Neonwall is a frustratingly mediocre title that could have been so much more. Sluggish controls and uninspired execution fail to live up to the game's intriguing premise.- Switch Player

Super Toy Cars had the potential to be a fantastic title on the Nintendo Switch but technical problems and poor design choices leave it as a decent title at best.- Switch Player

From a gameplay standpoint, despite some rough edges on its crafting systems, Radiation Island delivers a truly entertaining gameplay loop within the survival genre. However, even with its ambitiously huge environments, the game is overshadowed by its shallow technical aspects.- Switch Player

Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse has some juvenile humour that can raise a smile but the repetitive combat, frustrating elements and bland graphics leave the player feeling like a zombie and looking for their own pulse.- Switch Player

Yodanji manages to take Japanese Folklore monsters and turn them into a dull turn-based rogue-like. The random nature of the game completely undermines any interesting ideas and, unfortunately, the whole experience ends up falling a little flat as a result.- Switch Player

If you have an inkling for retro platformers, Squidlit is a must-have for the Switch. The overall aesthetic perfectly captures the essence of what made the Game Boy successful, although it is let down by the gameplay elements, which offer little challenge.- Switch Player

OVERPASS is a lazy port from an established team which will leave any Switch racing fan feeling disgruntled and disheartened. It could and very easily should have been much more, and in its current state, isn’t worth a second glance.- Switch Player

Aluna: Sentinels of the Shards sadly doesn’t offer anything of interest. Its uninspiring story, gameplay and combat leave the player wanting more than what they got which is a shame because it has so much potential.- Switch Player

Harvest Moon: One World introduces the fun new mechanic of moving your farm around, and it’s made the controls quite smooth. However, the simplified story and static characters could have adult gamers losing interest quickly. A good game for younger audiences.- Switch Player

Creepy Tale is an atmospheric excursion that can be completed in under an hour, although it could take longer (but prove more frustrating) without the hints option activated. This is a bite-size adventure garnished with creepy charm.- Switch Player

Legend of Kay Anniversary is a game that doesn't really need to exist, while it's a interesting and unique platform game, it often feels so incredibly dated that it loses any of its charm or fun.- Switch Player

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires adds a satisfying strategic element to the Musou formula, helping to make each strike on the battlefield more meaningful. However, poor performance and a hefty price tag make it difficult to recommend on Switch hardware.- Switch Player

With so many other 2D platformers on Switch, playing Cast of the Seven Godsends would be like choosing to eat wood when you're surrounded by a candy shop. It might be earnest in its attempt to pay homage to the classic retro games of yesteryear but it stumbles at almost every hurdle.- Switch Player

Doughlings: Invasion offers another modern-day take on Space Invaders on the Switch. Unfortunately, a lack of depth and monotonous gameplay will have you thinking you’d have been better off dusting off an Atari.- Switch Player

FoxyLand is a by-the-numbers platformer which won’t come close to setting the world alight. It’s alright for what it is, with its thirty-six levels lasting a few hours, but you won’t remember much of it in a month’s time.- Switch Player

Humorous dialogue and bird customisation don’t do enough to stop SkateBIRD from falling far down the pecking order of skateboarding games available on Switch, with boring levels and controls that are janky and frustrating at best.- Switch Player

Exorder had the potential to be great, but its technical difficulties, abysmal voice acting and frustrating gameplay make for a disappointing experience. While the core campaign requires plenty of skill and a solid strategy to beat, giving the game plenty of replayability, the unforgiving AI and overall poor design mean that you are more inclined to put the game down than try again. If you like fantasy and strategy titles, Exorder is worth a try, but only if you have copious amounts of patience.- Switch Player

Ganbare! Super Strikers lacks the elements that can make a sports game great and it lacks the depth of a good tactical RPG. There is potential in this unlikely mash-up of genres, but the balance hasn’t been struck here.- Switch Player

Castle of Heart is a fun console exclusive platformer that harks back to classics such as Castlevania and Ghosts 'n Goblins. It's a tad bland and repetitive, but it's worth checking out if you fancy testing your patience with a sword in hand.- Switch Player

Flip Wars is a good bit of multiplayer that's fun in short bursts, and does offer something of a challenge to single players - even if the game itself is incomplete for the moment. It’s certainly one to keep an eye on as the features start falling into place, especially since you can expect Nintendo to support this one with content for months to come.- Switch Player

Monster Jam Steel Titans is a competent racing title with some fun stunt sections, although it’s hampered by an extremely touchy physics system, and barren open world areas. Still, I felt like a kid playing with toys, which was enjoyable.- Switch Player

By no means a bad game, Monopoly for Nintendo Switch just seems to miss the point a little. As far as replicating the board game goes, this title does a great job. However, the things that make Monopoly great - the arguments, the social aspect etc are somewhat lacking here. For the price of this title, you'd be better off spending your money on the actual board game and playing with friends and family - it'd be cheaper and a heck of a lot more fun!- Switch Player
