After many hours playing as detective Miles Edgeworth in the Ace Attorney collection, I am left with a bittersweet feeling. While it’s exciting to play as Edgeworth again, the original Ace Attorney formula seems to have been diluted to fit this character, who does not share the same role as the more well-known lawyers in the series. Despite not being a story about Phoenix Wright or Apollo Justice, the plot has interesting twists and mysteries to solve, although the pacing sometimes feels slow.

We’ve enjoyed playing this game for hours. It takes the formula from the original game and does something that feels fresh, improving mechanics that were once a bit tedious and adding new ones. Turning the game into a roguelike was a great decision, it makes each playthrough feel unique, as you get different items and the characters have varied personalities and relationships with one another. It’s a worthy sequel to the original Darkest Dungeon, though it’s somewhat marred by the first few hours of gameplay.

UFC 5 is EA Sports' most ambitious bid to date. After a hiatus of almost 3 years, the best Mixed Martial Arts category returns to the next generation consoles, but it's not all roses, as the game is very good in most areas but fails in the most important little things.

Lost Judgment is a perfect sequel that improves and expands on everything the first part had. Next-gen graphics, along with flawless performance, act as the pillars of a thrilling story that dares everything, as well as fast-paced and fun gameplay.

Towerfall Ascension’s main appeal is as an amusing game, and that’s the best thing we can say about a videogame. But not even its great gameplay aspect nor its charming retro visual style can avoid that feeling of missing something as essential as an online multiplayer mode.

The First Berserker: Khazan proves that Neople Studios has perfectly grasped the essence of the Soulslike genre, delivering an experience that honors FromSoftware’s legacy while introducing fresh, dynamic mechanics. With deep, customizable combat, an immersive narrative, and flawless technical execution, the game stands out in a market oversaturated with imitations. Its balance between challenge and accessibility—paired with its dark anime aesthetic and memorable soundtrack—makes it a must-play for genre fans. While it’s too early to discuss awards, The First Berserker: Khazan is shaping up to be one of the year’s most solid and thrilling action titles.

Call of Duty WWII isn’t a perfect game, but it is a solid one. What we really miss is a graphical upgrade on its engine and a campaign mode with more personality. Feels good to be back at World War II with the great gameplay that the game offers, its multiplayer and the always fun zombie mode.

Ubisoft has probably hit the nail on the head with everything to make the definitive Just Dance and that is why it has decided that there will be no more installments of the series, but instead we will have new content, but it will be necessary to see if the content that arrives year after This year also includes paid songs or they will go through the new Just Dance+ service that replaces the famous Just Dance Unlimited.

Far Cry 6 is a great representative of the formula that Ubisoft has been refining. The modifications introduced, such as the elimination of the skill tree, have suited the game quite well. The story in this installment, the villain, the allies, every element that contributes to the narrative are something remarkable. Plus the setting looks exceptionally good. However, it's still not a next-gen experience. The main flaw the game has is in the AI of the enemies which makes them often easy to defeat.

Hardocre survival horror is back with Amnesia Collection. It's the perfect chance to enjoy The Dark Descent, A Machine for Pigs and Justine. Three horror games that still give us nightmares. Despite its lack of technical improvements, Amnesia Collection is the one everybody must play to know what modern survival horror is about.

Dragon Quest is one of my favorite series, and although I enjoyed the Dragon Quest III remake for its details and changes that make the adventure easier to understand, I wouldn’t recommend it to new players. This remake stays so faithful to the original material that it feels like a game lost in time. Despite continuing to play the HD-2D trilogy as a fan, I believe that even Dragon Quest IX for the Nintendo DS surpasses this remake in content and gameplay. Square Enix missed the opportunity to offer a true remake, similar to those of the Final Fantasy franchise.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is by merit the most comprehensive title in the franchise, and the best way to play the card game virtually today. While it does have certain shortcomings, it's an ode to nostalgia for the franchise's biggest fans, who will enjoy every duel they play in its history mode.

The reboot of Dynasty Warriors has been one of the best ideas to break the monotony imposed by its clone predecessors. The hack'n slash specialized in Musou returns with renewed energy and significant improvements to offer an outstanding action experience. As part of a story, being able to make decisions and take different paths extends a visually stunning experience, whose gameplay is extremely satisfying.

The experience can vary depending on the game mode. Some aspects of the progression system are unbalanced and certain details, as a connection to the Internet that fails sometimes, can blurry the game. But when For Honor shines, the feeling it provides is authentic and brutal.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is positioned as a very interesting downloadable content, including a new story mode and three new characters, but it is tarnished by its price. We believe that the 39.99$ it costs is not justified by the addition it includes.

With Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, we are facing a powerful title, which bases its gameplay on a frantic battle system, with an outstanding setting but with a slightly better technical finish. With an interesting story and development by levels, we find ourselves before a "soulslike" accessible and easy to enjoy, with a Qi system that works quite well and some magical trees that give us the possibility of creating very varied equipment.

Peril on Gorgon is a good addition to the original adventure of The Outer Worlds, it could be one of the best subplots in the game, but it is not the additional content we expected. It falls short in duration and originality, and barely offers playable news. In case there are new expansions, we hope they will follow the lead of the classic Fallout New Vegas and each one improves on the previous one.
