    Hardocre survival horror is back with Amnesia Collection. It's the perfect chance to enjoy The Dark Descent, A Machine for Pigs and Justine. Three horror games that still give us nightmares. Despite its lack of technical improvements, Amnesia Collection is the one everybody must play to know what modern survival horror is about.

    Amnesia: Collection groups one exceptional must-play horror game with two good ones in a trilogy that is well worth the time of any horror fan. Each game shares certain qualities, like fantastic audio design and atmosphere. Where they're different, it's sometimes for the better like A Machine for Pigs series-best ending, and sometimes for the worse, like much else in the same sequel. It's long overdue for Xbox players to finally get a chance to experience Frictional's seminal defenseless horror series.

    There are a decent amount of gameplay hours in the Amnesia Collection as a whole and for the price, it’s a very good deal.

    Overall Amnesia Collection is a fantastic collection of horror games that is a must have for horror fans, especially those that prefer terror raised through overall atmosphere rather than in-your-face scares. If you've played SOMA and enjoyed the overall gameplay in it, you'll most likely find something to enjoy in this collection as well since all of these games basically play the same.

    Amnesia: Collection is a must have for horror fans. The game’s performance remains on point throughout, and although the visuals are somewhat dated, this surprisingly adds to the game’s eeriness in the grand scheme of things. The bottom line here is that for its asking price, you’re getting plenty of terrifying content in return, content that’s arguably a staple for survival horror as we know it.

    Horror fans that missed the opportunity of playing Amnesia Games eight years ago, shouldn't hesitate trying Amnesia Collection.

    The presentation side of the game does a fantastic job of creating a terrifying experience and both the visuals and sound design work togetherThe presentation side of the game does a fantastic job of creating a terrifying experience and both the visuals and sound design work together perfectly. I found that each story stirred up a number of different emotions and this did stay with me long after I completed the game. In terms of content there’s a lot for you to sink your teeth into and once started you find it very difficult to stop playing the game.
    The puzzles in the game do a great job of connecting with each story and each different puzzle actually felt like they mattered. Traversing around the different environments always felt rewarding because the game would immerse you in it’s surroundings time and time again. They always remained responsive I still had trouble with the controls and I think that was mainly due to the awkwardness of them at times.
    Whilst I really enjoyed most of the puzzles some of them were a little frustrating because it wasn’t always clear what you had to do to complete them. I’ve been waiting for the Amnesia Collection to come to the Xbox One for quite a while now because everybody I know who’s played it has said that it was thrilling to say the least. Thankfully after playing it myself it’s quite clear that not only is it thrilling but it creates an atmosphere that you’re highly unlikely to forget any time soon. There is quite a lot that stands out in this collection but for me the main thing that stands out is each story the game has. Each story delivers a tense and very immersive experience and when you combine that with the excellent sound design and visuals you end up finding that it’s near enough impossible to put the game down. You’ll be pleased to know then that in terms of content the game has quite a lot and the content has lots of variety especially when it comes to its puzzles. Most of the game’s puzzles have been done extremely well and this then meant that I could quite easily look past the more frustrating puzzles. At the end of the day then Amnesia Collection for me is an excellent addition to the horror genre and if you’re a fan of scary and thrilling game’s then this game is a must buy.    … Expand

Když už není možné dále těžit z neznámého zla, přichází na řadu přímá konfrontace, děs a úprk neznámo kam. Vytěžit z minima prvků takřka kultovní záležitost je forma umění, a to nestárne. Změna týmu ovšem sérii neprospěla. Členové The Chinese Room dokáží dobře napodobit zajetý styl, ale chtějí si více povídat než budovat atmosféru. I tak je kolekce vhodným doplňkem knihovny pro milovníky hororů.… Expand
