Desync despite being hard, has its fair share of enjoyment and good moments. If you are a seasoned fps player, honed skills and all, and you are willing to overlook some frustrating implementation of mechanics, it's worth giving it a try.

Magicka 2 is essentially how the original game should have been. While Pieces Interactive's work is commendable, there isn't any truly new or innovative content compared to the original Magicka. Players who have played the first game, should wait for the inevitable DLC content, if they are looking for something new."

Endling: Extinction Is Forever is a survival game with a clear message about the need to protect the environment. However, it never rises above mediocrity in any of its individual elements, but the shocking ending really saves the day.

It's a shame that Cris Tales' design held promise for something grander and although it tries to do something innovative with the combat and the implications of our decisions, the end result leaves the impression of a somewhat lite version of its best influences. Maybe we'll get there on their next game.

Hatred is a decent twin-stick shooter that stands out from the clutter more for its controversial 18+ theme rather than its overall quality.

A nice action/RPG in a cyberpunk background, with a beautiful and unique personality, but with a plot that falls short.

Randal's Monday had the potential to be a really great adventure. The plot is interesting enough and tickles the curiosity of the player to see how the story ends, but the game suffers from many exaggerated puzzles and some tiresome dialogues.

Ultimately, PAYDAY 3 offers a fun combination of stealth and action/shooter gameplay in a way that no other game outside of the series does, and that certainly has merit in its own. But it still needs a lot more content if it's ever to replace its established predecessor at some point, and it needs significant redesign in the key area of progression to avoid alienating its audience.

Resident Evil Resistance has a neat concept which is well executed for the most part. Unfortunately, some technical aspects such as the lack of dedicated servers, cross-play and functional matchmaking detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.

This combination of exploration, mystery, and psychological thriller is what manages to make Get Even a decent proposal, thus overlooking its weaknesses in the action segments, the sometimes slow development of the plot, but also the totally mediocre visuals, which remind us of a production from 2013.

Fallout 4 stands out admirably as a generic (but still fun) Open-World/Sandbox game in a Post-Apocalyptic setting. It's the "Fallout" and "RPG" elements in it that are found quite lacking, with over-simplified Skill and Dialogue systems, shallow quest design, and almost no meaningful choices/consequences whatsoever.

Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League is not a bad game. It is an uneven game, which falls victim to today's market conditions. A lot of talented contributors worked here, and it shows in the result.

The Padre pays homage to genre-defining games like Alone in the Dark and Resident Evil (especially the former) but it reveals a bit too much in the safety of worshipping these games. Putting that aside, it's an enjoyable horror adventure overall. If you've ever wondered what a more "modern" version of the classic 1992 Infogrames title would be like, then the Padre might be right up your alley.

It won’t mesmerize people who did not like its predecessors. It may even not satisfy all those who enjoyed the previous three Deponia games. Essentially it’s a love letter to the sworn followers of the saga, who won’t refuse to participate in yet another adventure of Rufus.

A genuine, modern, descendant of old-times’ rail shooters, Blue Estate successfully combines beautifully designed levels with humor, self-sarcasm and light nudity. At the same time it offers countless hours of engagement to those gamers who enjoy progressing in a game’s leaderboards.

Antigraviator has tight controls, great sense of speed, branching courses and is for the most part enjoyable, but multiplayer issues, little content (especially in gravs and modes), unfair difficulty in a couple of leagues and tedious money farming, keep it from reaching its true potential.

Skull and Bones is visually beautiful, and the frantic pace of its ship-to-ship battles can potentially provide intense PVP and PVE thrills. However, as a result of its turbulent, decade-long development cycle and the game's resulting "identity crisis", its high points end up getting lost in a sea of mediocrity.

Trepang2 could have been a gem in the FPS genre, as it has an enviable combat mechanic, but the rest of the structure is mediocre. However, the foundations it lays are solid, so a potential sequel is capable of being a milestone for the genre, as was the case with its inspirator.

A nice run 'n' gun shooter that offers some well-placed action sequences and 4 player local co-op gameplay. If the campaign was larger and online play was supported, then surely the game would be an offer that you couldn't refuse.

A short, easy and very pleasant adventure game, that will not make you get stuck anywhere during its 3-hour length. If you are OK with that, do not hesitate to give 5 euros in order to make it yours.

Saint Kotar is an adventure that is more aimed at horror stories fans, rather than those looking for a point 'n' click adventure that will challenge their brain cells. If you can get past the "clumsy" first few hours, the game ends on a positive note and will satisfy fans of the genre for the seven or so hours it lasts.

Despite the successful attempt at reimaging a classic, Commandos 2: HD has been delivered with a considerable number of bugs and performance issues. We also find the decision to remove all references to Nazism and Nationalist symbols an insult to the game's heritage and the WWII victims' memory. Quite honestly what does the game justice is its timeless gameplay.

State of Decay, besides its flaws, is among the few good efforts of conveying a zombie apocalypse to the PC.With its interesting character progression and base building mechanics, along with the generous content of the DLC's, it is a good bang for the buck for the people who are fond of slaughtering decaying humanoids.

I truly believe “Duke Grabowski: Mighty Swashbucker!” has the potential of becoming the best adventure game that Tiller, Mocsy and Grant have delivered so far, as long as they fix the -mainly technical- flaws this first part brought out.

Soulstice is a decent hack 'n' slash game that is not ashamed of its influences, but at the same time it attempts to deviate from them by implementing its own version of the familiar battle system. It does not have the same finesse as DMC, for example, but fans of the genre will appreciate it a little more.
