If you're into RPGs for the story and the world-building then Baldur's Gate 3 is as good as it gets. The depth of it is such that it'll keep rewarding players throughout multiple playthroughs but that comes at a cost where beginners may find its complex mechanics just utterly overwhelming.

God of War is nothing short of sensational. It improves on the best aspects of the previous entries in the franchise while also providing a fresh take on what should feel like a tired and worn series by now. Truly essential gaming if you love great gameplay, narrative and stellar presentation.

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree manages to compliment the base game in some good ways. The sense of scale is otherworldly and the levelling system does allow all players to have a place at the table. It does seem lacking in proper dungeons but the wealth of new gear makes the price justifiable. At times, the map can feel barren but the new bosses provide a stern challenge with plenty of flamboyance. It definitely feels quantity over quality but there was enough here for me to really enjoy.

Forza Horizon 5 is a great port of a game that you wouldn’t believe is almost four years old. Panic Button have ported Playground Games impressive 2021 open world racer to PS5 and it might well be the most fun we’ve ever had with a driving game on Playstation outside our beloved Bernard Paradise. The Drivatar difficulty is a bit hit and miss though and we did feel a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of objectives on the in-game map but they are minor foibles all told. Bring on Forza Horizon 6!

Demon's Souls for PS5 is a stunning remake of the game that kick started a new genre. Some of the mechanics have been improved upon since but the experimental nature of it all creates some incredible highs. Of course it goes without saying that it's gorgeous and makes fantastic use of the PS5's unique features as well.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition is an expertly crafted CRPG that has survived the port to console nigh on perfectly. The amount of player choice in every facet of gameplay is superb and the amount of content, combined with the replayability, could easily keep you busy for hundreds of hours.

Lorelei and the Laser Eyes is a fantastic puzzle game with so many interconnected threads and well designed puzzles, not to mention games within the game that you can plough hours into, that you’ll be playing it for ages. Just don’t give into the temptation of an FAQ. Turn the lights down and get to it.

Bluepoint have done a fantastic job of remastering Shadow of the Colossus from the ground up. Taking down giants has never looked, sounded or felt better. Some niggling issues remain from the original such as the controls and pacing, however this does not take away from the sheer cinematic spectacle that more than makes up for it.

Resident Evil 2 is the closest you'll get to old school Resi whilst modernising the gameplay. The way Scenario B has been handled is disappointing but beyond that you'll find plenty of replayability across the multiple characters and modes. The puzzles and exploration will delight old fans whilst the improved controls are bound to create some new ones.

Rogue Legacy 2 takes the original and stuffs it full of new content. For the most part, this is all welcome and done to the impeccably high standards of the original but there's so much going on at times that the game can start to feel a bit dense and weighed down by it. But the addictiveness that you expect from the original is still here and will definitely keep you playing.

Balatro is a fantastic roguelike deckbuilder with a myriad number of ways to play and eventually beat it. Consume you it will. Resistance is futile. Embrace the sweet dopamine rush and sleep deprivation that will no doubt follow.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice changes up the Souls formula whilst keeping important elements like exploration. The combat is quite possibly the best swordplay I've ever seen in a game which is difficult to start with but incredibly rewarding when you're going toe to toe with a boss and the stealth gives you the option to take out most minor enemies quietly if that's how you want to play. Another From masterpiece.

Overall, Tekken 8 is an impressive product. There's a variety of content here to keep players satisfied. I would've liked more new characters but two of them at least offer something different. The story delivers plenty of bombast and manages to tie up some loose ends whilst Arcade Quest tries to romanticise the arcade community in an endearing way. Online play has been very smooth and the fighting overall has been fun and kinetic. It also think the teaching tools are great for getting newcomers onboard.

Rez Infinite improves on perfection. The best reason to own a PlayStation VR headset.

Titanfall 2 improves on the original in almost every way, it takes the frantic action and amps it up even more in both the multiplayer and the brilliant new single player mode. Couple this with the consumer friendly DLC approach, excellent visuals and creativity and you have one fine game. Respawn have outdone themselves.

Sektori is a return to a style of twin-stick shooters that we don't see nearly enough of these days. Addictive, exciting and set to a banging soundtrack, this is what we've been missing. It's just let down by being a bit too tough for its own good

Tetris Effect offers sublime presentation and a powerful VR experience but it is still just Tetris on a gameplay level and so may not wow everybody.

Rolling Gunner Overpower is possibly the best shoot 'em up on PSN. If you want a game that looks insane but excels in terms of playability, this is the one.

It is a testament that, despite thirty years of Resident Evil, with over thirty unique titles under the franchise belt, Capcom is still able to wring out the value and deliver on quality . Resident Evil Requiem is one of the finest examples of both survival horror and third-person action, all rolled into one experience that expertly combines the best of both worlds into a concise, moreish package.

There are many free to play Battle Royale games out there that are vying for your attention, but Apex Legends takes the genre to new heights with its superb gunplay, Moreish game loop and a superb communication mechanic.

The stuff you want from a THPS 1 and 2 remaster is all here and most of the things you don't want are mercifully missing but after beating the campaign once, the challenge system doesn't really encourage us to keep going. However, this as a remaster of two of the best games ever made and it does a great job.

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut is a fantastic game, especially now the major bugs seem to have been squished. It's one of the most immersive games I've ever played, has great presentation across the board and once all the issues are patched out it'll be superb and unmissable.

A graphically impressive game Horizon Zero Dawn offers an engaging open world and an interesting story. The combat is nuanced and taking down the larger beasts feels really rewarding. This is a must buy.

Nearly a decade later, The Last Of Us remains the absolute gold standard for storytelling in video games. While some may question the need for an outright remake, this is an absolutely essential experience for newcomers and one that more than warrants a look from returning players.

What Remains of Edith Finch is a fantastically memorable experience, one which only the interactive medium of videos games could provide. Yes its short, and yes it has limited interaction, but if you’re looking for a novel and consistently surprising game then this is for you.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is a beautiful, occasionally stunning effort from Sony first party studio Insomniac. It's a series of summer blockbusters strung together with all the bombast and spectacle of a Michael Bay film. Yes, the price is probably too high, but we'd still recommend it.

BALL x PIT offers up a truly original mix of genres and does it all in a way that genuinely impresses.

Deathloop offers a fun, time bending romp. The story is intriguing and the characters, butterfly effects and abilities are the strong points only hampered by a lot of repetition and the odd technical hitch.

Capcom continue their winning pace with Devil May Cry 5. The game is everything a fan would want it to be and there is plenty of style, character and consideration made for newcomers also. Make no mistake, beyond nostalgic feelings from the past, this is the best Devil May Cry experience out there and one that should be enjoyed by as many devil hunters as possible.

Slay the Spire is a very difficult but hugely rewarding roguelike built around deck building and card battling. Each failure is a learning experience and the desire to succeed will keep you playing for potentially hundreds of hours.

Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition is a fantastic port of a great episodic point and click adventure. It’s really rather excellent. Get to it.

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is a unique and fundamentally excellent party game. It is a rare example of a game in which failure can be as much fun as success. If you have friends over regularly or have people over party chat that don’t mind reading a manual then there are few cooperative experiences that can beat it.

Indiana Jones and The Great Circle is a worthy addition to the Indiana Jones canon. Graphically stunning and so much to do, almost to a fault. You could tear through the storyline in short order but you’d be selling the game short. We had a little trouble with the fisticuffs but that’s more down to our crap timing. This is pretty much all you could hope for from an Indy game and grabs back the mantle from the Tomb Raider games with aplomb. Fantastic.

The masters of twin-stick shooting are back and Nex Machina is as polished in both presentation and gameplay as you’d expect. It is a little lacking in content and variety but what’s here is of the very highest level the genre has to offer.

Nioh has been a pleasant surprise. There’s a thoughtful consideration to its level design and, whilst they sometimes look uninspired, the strength of the combat maintains my attention. The difficulty might feel uneven but this is a challenge which anyone curious should undertake. It’s been a long, careful road that could’ve seen many things derailed. Thankfully, the final product is outstanding.

A gory, glorious celebration of violence with more content than you'll find in any other fighting game. This is the complete package when it comes to Mortal Kombat 11 but, loading times aside, you'll be hard-pressed to see what this version has over its PS4 counterpart.

Trials in the Sky 1st Chapter is an excellent remaster. Yes, you’ll probably want to switch off the US voiceovers and some of the plot exposition can be a bit cliched and longwinded, but the combat and mechanics are solid. Graphically sumptuous with lovely music, we look forward to many hours more from FC.

If strategy games seem boring or scare you off with all their micro-management nonsense, then this strategic city-builder might be the game to win you over. It's polished, deep, accessible, addictive and it will challenge your character more than any game we've played in years.

NetherRealm hasn’t just created a neat superhero themed brawler; it has changed the game entirely. The story mode puts all fighting game narratives to shame and offers an excellent taste of the game for newcomers. Injustice 2 is a feature rich fighting game that goes above and beyond expectations in terms of gameplay, graphics and its respect for the source material. Competitors should take note; a new king has entered the ring.

Dead Cells is one of the best rogue-lites I've ever played. The combination of fantastic control, rewarding progression and superb presentation make for an experience that anybody who's not too afraid of a challenge should look into.

It may have feet firmly planted in the past but Gran Turismo 7 delivers some staggering attention to details when it comes to its cars. Tuning having a tangible, audible difference and the great handling make me realise how focused Digital Polyphony can be. The café menus might streamline the campaign a touch too much but I really enjoyed my time powering through them. The weather effects are exemplary and the individuality of each car really shines.

Quake finally gets the love it deserves after twenty-five years in the dark, with by far the most comprehensive remastered collection to date. Modernised without losing anything in the process, Night Dive have created something special by not only bringing the core experience back, but with all the expansions, new episodes, and a boatload of features that players can tune to their liking. This release takes an important yet aging technical milestone and turns it into an essential experience that is both worthy of a new audience and the embrace of old fans.

Dragonball FighterZ is the first truly essential video game based on the classic license. It bridges the gaps between fan service, accessibility and complexity incredibly well, while looking fantastic in the process. Ark System Works have not only demonstrated their technical prowess in the gameplay department, but have also shown an immense love and understanding for the franchise in terms of attention to detail. If you love Dragonball Z, then you will love this. If you don’t, then you will find a great fighting game here despite that.

Spider-Man is very much a blockbuster on PS4 as Homecoming was on the big screen. The game captures the web-head brilliantly and services fans with by far the best example of Spidey related shenanigans yet.

Id Software takes all of the elements that made the previous 2016 entry a great FPS and turned everything up to eleven. The action has never been faster, more violent or as fun to play as this. Doom Eternal is not just a great FPS or a standout sequel, It's a pinnacle of what the genre has to offer.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is the best way to play the classic trilogy. The higher resolution and frame rate make it look really nice and although having to have everything installed at once is a pain, having it all wrapped up in the same package, all but one minor DLC and a multiplayer mode included, is incredibly convenient and a very generous and replayable package.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus brings together great storytelling with satisfying gun play in a unique package. You'll come for the Nazi killing but stay for the likeable characters and scenes that will constantly surprise you.

Chicory: A Colorful Tale is a frequent delight. It’s probably one of the better games we’ve played this year. This from an indie. Forget Ratchet and Clank, fun though it is. Chicory is possibly our favourite game this year.

The Making of Karateka is a phenomenal, detailed walkthrough of the classic game's development. I did wonder whether there would be enough material to make it worthwhile but I was completely absorbed. The chats between father and son are genuinely heart-warming. Karateka Remastered is a fascinating update that looks to enhance the original rather than overhaul. The result is something faithful and fluid. I thoroughly enjoyed checking out the prototypes, correspondence and everything in between. A new gold standard for game preservation and celebration has been set.

Lumines Arise is a fun refinement of the formula, completing a loose trilogy of sorts with Tetris Effect and Rez Infinite. It supports PSVR2 just as they do, but somehow feels less reliant on them to get the full experience. For us, Lumines is a handheld joint, so perhaps a PlayStation Portal is your best bet in that regard. It’s still excellent though with the new Burst feature being a welcome addition. No callbacks to the original PSP game feels like a missed opportunity though, especially given twenty years have passed since the first game.

Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo is a solidly crafted search action game. The map seems dense with plenty to discover whilst also doing a great job of directing players to the main path. The assortment of new combat moves and movement options make from some tricky manoeuvres. Late game, my execution would fail me but success was worth the frustration. Character progression could be handled smoother but, on the whole, I enjoyed this game.

F1 2020 manages to breathe new life into its single player content with the My Team mode. Managing your own team is compelling and feels more involved than the usual career options. The game's visuals are starting to look long in the tooth and the load times feel lengthy. Despite this, the core of the game remains intact. Racing is aggressive and enjoyable and there's plenty of sink your time into.

A polished anime quality remake of a ten year old Xbox 360 game you should consider checking out.

Thimbleweed Park feels like a masterclass in making a point and click adventure game. The story is excellent and full of humour and unexpected developments and the puzzles are well thought out and challenging. It feels almost exactly like playing a Lucasfilm Game from yesteryear and this is the highest praise I can give it.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a good Metroidvania and a welcome return for this long dormant series. We just wish it had dynamic difficulty as some bosses are just that bit too tough. There’s only so many times we can face failure.

If you're an Atari fan, it's hard to imagine a compilation put together with as much attention to detail and love for the subject. Sure, the games aren't always that good but even for us as UK gamers who never much cared for Atari, there are some gems on here to play and plenty of extra material to check out. This is retro done right.

Sonic Mania isn't only a very good Sonic game. It's a fantastic retro tinged platformer that just about anyone can appreciate. It's beautifully realised, fantastic sounding, passionate and incredibly surprising in so many ways. It not only respects the original games in the franchise, but could well surpass them totally. Mania is a masterclass in retro revival and raises the bar for all who dare challenge it. Get on it fast.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is not only a return to form for the storied franchise but a whole new beast in itself. It not only ups the ante in regards to scares but also plays the smart card as well. The game not only shows that Capcom still have what it takes, it also exceeds the expectations that were set by the impressive marketing campaign. If you are a survival horror fan, VR fan or both, then Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is essential.

Cuphead finally arrives on the PS4 and it's been worth the wait. It's difficult and can be frustrating but for those with a love for boss fights and a tenacious approach to challenges this will provide a steep one. Everyone else can just watch the lovingly animated visuals.

Returnal is as bold as it is relentless. Taking the best of Rogue-lite mechanics, third person shooting and foreboding sci-fi atmosphere; Housemarque have delivered an evolution of their excellent pedigree while masterfully demonstrating what the PS5 can do. While the notable difficulty will be a test for some, conquer it and you will be rewarded with a game that is slick, ruthless, and dangerously addictive.

Chivalry 2 takes some cues to make the sword and shield combat feel a touch more accessible. I feel it's for the better with a fairly decent tutorial leading you right into the fighting. Whilst it can feel daunting, I've seen myself contributing to battles very quickly. The combat is deep with an importance on positioning and timing. It is slightly undermined by trying to keep the players together but, even if duels are harder to come by, the chaos of a full battlefield is hard to ignore. It's fascinating, fun and fluid.

From the opening notes of the manipulative theme song to the credit roll, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is a brilliantly entertaining, nostalgic ride. The game is fast, fluid and above all, fun to play alone or with up to five other players. Created with love and devotion from a development team that clearly gets the franchise and what makes it great, this is not only the best Turtles game ever made, but one of the finest titles in the side-scrolling beat-em-up genre.

It may not offer anything substantially new compared to the 2018 PS4 Spidey game but Miles Morales plays great and looks even better. Miles himself is a likeable hero (albeit it with some annoying co-stars) and the open-world action is just as enjoyable as ever. It's a bit pricey for what you get but the game benefits from the shorter run-time.

What Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 manages to do is make last year’s excellent effort feel out of step. The improved AI gives the matches a more dynamic and tactical edge and offers you a real challenge. The presentation still feels like something stuck in the past and the motion blur feels like an odd aesthetic choice but the gameplay on display is second to none. It’s the best the series has ever been and that’s a seriously high bar to surpass.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is such a well made game. The controls for combat are top notch and all the systems in place for things like fishing, crafting and exploring make this a very easy game to lose hours to.

The best way I can describe Yakuza 0 is that it is a jack of all trades. None of the particular aspects of the game could be considered special in their own right. In a lot of cases the various aspects of the game shouldn’t even gel together. However, the mastery on show is just how well that Sega have managed to assemble all of these parts to make an excellent video game. It is a well realised drama, incredibly diverse and has plenty of fun things to do. You can’t ask for more than that really.

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun has made the leap from PC to PS4 and has not only survived the fall but killed a guard on the way down. The controls take a little getting used to but the characters, level design and strategy-stealth gameplay will reward you plenty for putting in the effort.

The first FIFA in a long time to introduce something new. FIFA 17’s The Journey mode starts strongly but maybe needs a bit more story to make it truly engaging but overall its a nice addition to what is a very good, and immensely detailed, football game.

A series that was in danger of going stale has managed to take time off and re-evaluate what bedrock the foundations were built upon. Whilst more reserved in presentation, the racing recovers a serious edge that heightens the peril associated with one of motorsport’s more enticing arenas. Whilst I do miss the crutch of quick rewinds and don’t quite fancy the new Landrush mode, the majority of what’s on DiRT 4’s menu is served up exceptionally well.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom offers a traditional JRPG experience with great visuals and a variety of gameplay elements. It's not executed perfectly, but the charm will keep you battling monsters and obsessing about your kingdom until you reach the conclusion and beyond.

Statik offers an immersive experience with some very tricky puzzles. It’s not particularly long but its lack of hand holding makes it all the more rewarding when you make progress.

F1 2018 remains a competitive racer. The improvements to career mode might not hit all the marks but they do make for a more involved experience. Presentation has been improved with the visuals and audio doing a great job of creating atmosphere whilst the handling appears to have been tightened up to provide a more enjoyable time behind the wheel.

We're not too sure about the new visual style and cheesy story but we've always loved this series and OlliOlli World has elevated and improved the gameplay a huge amount.

Thank Goodness You’re Here! is a delight from start to finish. Packed chock full of gags both visual and via the script, you’ll be laughing frequently. A genuinely funny game with a great sense of place and nary a mean spirited gag throughout. Some of the jokes and cultural references might go over the head of non-Brits, but that’s their problem, not Coal Supper’s. The inclusion of two unlikely music tracks also make for unexpected earworms in 2024.

It hasn't moved far visually from last year's effort but the package F1 2021 is offering is substantial. Braking Point provides a daft narrative diversion that might offer new players a gateway into the sport. For the rest of us, career mode remains largely the same with plenty of time to be spent chasing the front of the grid. The handling feels consistent and the racing is compelling, although the AI does seem to lack a little pace. The DualSense offers some welcome additional feedback, although I did find initially the adaptive triggers off-putting.

BlazBlue: Central Fiction is not just the end of the BlazBlue series; it’s a worthy climax to a quadrilogy that has been consistently excellent. It allies top notch fighting with a mass of content both online and offline. Superb netcode makes it easy to score some internet points, or just get some matches in with your pals and, if you’re lucky enough to have someone to sit on the couch next to you, expect there to be plenty of laughter and crowing while you battle for bragging rights.

The remaster may not bring much to the table, but the benefit of the improved frame rate and visuals succeed at making a great game even better. If you are new to the franchise, then now is certainly the time to jump in. However, veterans will possibly feel a bit cold to the lack of effort on display. Dark Souls still remains one of the greatest games of its type however and the remaster gives a suitable reason to explore Lordran once again, if you needed one that is.

It may be a little slim on content but time behind the wheel in DiRT Rally 2.0 feels as rewarding as ever. It's gorgeous to look at with a lot of attention paid in the right areas. Some might worry about the always on nature of the servers but hopefully they can remain reliable. There's a solid selection of stages and vehicles and a physics engine which is exquisite. I can only hope they add more to it.

Thumper has some great rhythm action to offer but the start setting and oppressive tone often makes it feel like what Rez might have been like if the Germans had won World War 2.

As the premier 2D skateboarding series, our expectations for any new OlliOlli content are always high and while this DLC doesn't add anything particularly game-changing, the new levels and challenges are just right for fans of the main game.

I’m fully prepared to accept that this may well be another gamer’s classic. Sure, I’m underwhelmed and would much rather Atari stopped being pricks and would just let Minter unleash TxK onto PSVR but Polybius is currently doing very well in the reviews. So, maybe it’s just me and this game might end up being the classic you’re hoping it is. But from where I’m sitting this is a bit of a mess and just too simplistic compared to my favourite Llamasoft games.

Resident Evil Village is another fantastic game in the franchise. It leans towards action, rather than slow paced horror this time but also adds a large helping of exploration for those that want to see everything. Ethan isn't great but his opponents are very colourful and keep you interested in moving forward. Add the replayability of harder difficulties, New Game+ and Mercenaries mode and it's a game PS5 owners should not ignore.

F1 2019 had the potential to finally bolster a career mode showing its age. Unfortunately, they make only a fleeting appearance with the real meat coming in their own standalone season. Driver transfers at least give the grid a sense of fluency and the on-track action remains solid. It looks great and polished but there's some missteps that make the new additions feel somewhat undercut.

An excellent distillation of the Lara Croft experience. With some charming puzzles and great use of the environment, this is a great puzzle game. Whilst the VITA version suffers with long losing times, this isn’t an issue on the PS4.

With its emphasis on attacking play and improved shooting, FIFA 18 will appeal to fans looking for fun rather than just obsessive realism. Add to that heaps of addictive singleplayer gameplay and all the usual Ultimate Team and online modes for the series' core fanbase and this FIFA is not just the best one yet, but probably the most fun too.

I'm amazed these iterations haven't gone stale on me. Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 produces a thoughtful distillation of the sport and makes for a slicker, more engrossing contest. Presentation remains held back by the struggle to maintain licenses. I feel online really shows the engine up when you're bombarded with pace and pressure from all sides. An actual game of two contrasting halves, here.

DOOM: The Dark Ages doesn't hit the same heights as its predecessors. It lacks a vibrant colour palette and verticality but it does deliver on compelling combat. The shield is a versatile tool that can really pin enemies down and defend you against an onslaught. That core is exciting and tricky to master but it can also feel familiar. It's a shame the Atlan and Dragon interludes don't provide much substance. They offer the occasional spectacle and scale but most of your battles are on the ground level. I've enjoyed it and it does provide something markedly different but I recognise this as the weakest of the modern trilogy.

Top drawer Metroidvania action from one of the genre’s key innovators. What’s not to love? From great gameplay, a superb soundtrack to one of the most moreish campaigns available for the genre, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is nothing short of a bloody good time.

Ghost of Tsushima is a beautiful open world game with satisfying stealth and combat. It does little different to other games of a similar nature and the combat camera needs some tweaking but those who like exploring and savour filling in a map are in for a treat.

The Pedestrian is an ace collection of puzzles thematically linked by some very clever set dressing as you traverse 3D environments via 2D puzzles. It's really quite good. Get on it.

Astro's Playroom is the perfect way to start your PlayStation 5 experience. It's a fun little platformer with lashings of PlayStation nostalgia which introduces you to all the fantastic new features of the DualSense controller.

Guacamelee! 2 has a great sense of humour and offers a Metroidvania with precision combat and platforming that'll leave you wanting more.

Yoku’s Island Express is a unique take on the pinball, platforming and adventure genre’s. Not only does it blend these gameplay styles beautifully, it matches these with stunning visuals and a vast world that just deserves to be explored. Truly innovative and delightful in every way.

Similar to Minecraft it may be but Dragon Quest Builders is a great game in its own right. The quest structure works as both a tutorial and a reason for building, whilst those who prefer to just get on with it have the Terra Incognita mode to turn to. A very well made game all round that should appeal to both sets of fans.

It's smaller and more focused than usual but Yakuza 6: The Song of Life retains the heart, charm and drama the series loves to dish out. Combat can still feel clumsy but it's rarely troubling or tough. There's a seamless quality to the new engine which helps keep pacing up whilst the story beats and tone remain well executed. It's a welcome installment, if a little lacking in some respects.

Battle Chef Brigade is a beautiful game with an interesting premise which requires skill, planning and time management to succeed. The cookery can get a little repetitive but there is plenty to get your teeth into.

Let's Build A Zoo might look like some 16-bit indie nonsense but it's easily the best management game we've played in years. It's playable, fun and outrageously addictive and it could honestly keep you happy for the rest of the year easily.

Earthion feels authentic but evolved. If Mega Drive players would have been blown away by this shoot 'em up if it had been released back in the '90s but it still impresses now.
