Even though the grappling system is slowed down and pre-fight sequences lack the familiar trash talking, UFC 2 is a great transition of sport into the digital realm. It is the closest we've been to feeling how it is to fight inside the octagon.- PLAY! Zine

A DLC that has all rights to be considered a proper expansion, The Following adds so much to Dying Light that it almost feel like a proper standalone game. This is a great example of how DLC should be made - with new map, incredibly fun addition of vehicles and even improving upon the familiar gameplay.- PLAY! Zine

The game that is borderline uncomfortable to play or even look at, Devil Daggers is a hellish nightmare in which its inhabitants and sounds will keep haunting you, but you’ll keep returning to it, trying to stay there for just a moment longer.- PLAY! Zine

Some games serve only to be fun. On the other hand, some games are experiences that aren't suited for everyone, art houses that are as disturbing as they are intriguing. The Town of Light is one of them.- PLAY! Zine

Even if it looks like it came from the Commodore 64 era, the second season of The Last Door is a chilling adventure with a haunting soundtrack. It is a Lovecraftesque journey from mental asylums to opium dens, a proper horror game that refrains from using cheap scare tactics.- PLAY! Zine

Where Bravely Default excelled, Bravely Second repeats that success and leaves us with a heartwarming tale. One of the greatest 3DS titles to date and surely the crème de la crème of modern JRPG titles.- PLAY! Zine

It's not often that we see a one-man project leave such an impact on the gaming community, collectively putting us into the "just one more turn/day" mindset, but Stardew Valley manages it in a spectacular way.- PLAY! Zine

Developer’s inexperience hinders the game enough for it to not be an instant recommendation, especially to newcomers. But, for experienced MMO players, Black Desert Online offers months or even years of content. Considering that's how long it takes to just see everything that's on offer.- PLAY! Zine

Although it might look like just another Souls clone set in a 2D environment, Salt and Sanctuary manages to almost effortlessly transition the familiar gameplay into a different dimension. The gameplay is deep, offering multitude of combat options and as rewarding as it was in Dark Souls.- PLAY! Zine

Nadeo turned to what they know best and what was the most logical solution for them – they used the “essence” of what makes Trackmania fun, then upgraded and published it. But they also missed some opportunities to make Turbo even more interesting.- PLAY! Zine

We're yet to see whether the whole experience will be on par with the rest of the series. So far, new Hitman offers the familiar style and atmosphere, large levels with numerous routes, but also a plethora of strange glitches and bugs.- PLAY! Zine

Even with its very short campaign, the game offers tremendous replay value with various challenges and modifiers. The "time moves when you move" mechanic is polished to perfection resulting in some of the most spectacular scenes in FPS games.- PLAY! Zine

If you're going into The Division looking for an MMO-styled Call of Duty, you'll leave empty-handed. But, if all you're looking for are tons of loot, great co-op fun with your friends, shooting endless streams of bad guys, all set in the realistic depiction of New York, be sure to grab your copy of the game.- PLAY! The Witness is a unique, complex and brilliantly designed puzzle that won't resonate with every player. It offers over thirty hours of highly cerebral gameplay that will delight every fan of "intelligent" games, yet is open enough to let more casual players explore its landscapes.- PLAY! Zine

No matter how many protagonists you get to play as or how many play styles you try, sooner or later the whole experience becomes rather boring. Suffering from same repetitive nature as most musou games, Arslan follows the same formula and can only be recommended to hardcore fans of the genre.- PLAY! Zine

Supposedly, Bombshell started its life as a Duke Nukem game, yet studio never managed to acquire the license. We're not sure how that game would have turned out, but it probably wouldn't be such an unfinished, bland and painfully unfunny mess as this game.- PLAY! Zine

Ultimately, your decision to give LEGO Avengers a try will depend whether you grew tired of the formula we've seen in countless LEGO games so far. The humor, action-paced levels and co-op action is there, but it's really the same game we've played already.- PLAY! Zine

This is still the good old Street Fighter, where the bouts are decided in the blink of an eye, flashy and difficult to master. It's not the most expansive fighting game content-wise, but Capcom will be adding free content throughout the year, making SFV a "gaming service" and without the need to release several different editions which would only segregate the audience. Street Fighter V has a very bright future.- PLAY! Zine
