    How to Train Your Dragon plays like it has the potential to be a great family game as well as one of the better movie tie-ins releasing this year, especially for the fantasy-driven children in your family.

    The minor tweaks and abundant features packed into this game make it worth the upgrade, at least for hardcore fans of the sport and those who can't live without seeing their beloved team take it all. The online functionality is still surprisingly vast, and the other modes, though mostly unchanged, will certainly keep you busy until Madden's arrival, and maybe even beyond that

    The biggest issue with Scene It is also what makes it such a draw for some. The singular focus on films makes it a title that all your friends can certainly play, but can leave non-movie lovers feeling a bit disadvantaged.

    We came into our review with Spider-Man: Web of Shadows with only one hope, that Shaba Games would provide us with a great time playing through the Spider-Man game we have always wanted to experience. While we can’t honestly say that it was a total success what we can say is that the good times far outweighed the bad times.

    The Amazing Spider-Man is supposedly about 30 hours in length, but honestly, if you're dedicated, you can wrap it up in twelve, complete with new suit collecting (because your old one takes significant damage – a huge plus) and side missions.     While Quarrel doesn't really do too much to push the word genre forward, it's really not that bad a game at all. While the AI has its moments of cheapness and the presentation could've used a little more ingenuity (and for that matter, lessened loading times), the game has a light-hearted appearance, gameplay that can really grow on you (especially if you're an English major) and online options to make it a real party.

As it stands, if you are planning to have friends and family over for the holidays, Scene It and Rock Band make up fantastic family fun that rivals anything going on the Wii.

    We're quite impressed with how well the Kinect controls worked in Rise of Nightmares. The combat itself, while repetitive is sloppy fun, as you lop off heads and kick someone back into the middle of next week – or maybe even an elaborate trap. Still, more could've been done with walking.

    But the greatest advice for gamers is to skip the offline and head straight to the online play if you want to get the most out of your game. Online features the opportunity to play with up to 16 players through several different modes. It’s hands down the best aspect of the game as, after awhile, you’ll become increasingly bored with the single-player campaign.

    Fans of the first-person shooter genre will find that Battlefield: Bad Company is an all right game with a few interesting features that’ll keep their attention for a few days or so. But when you have played all of the eight maps and finish the lousy storyline, players will venture back to their favorite FPS – whatever it may be – after their short diversion through Bad Company.

    Innovative, grossly original and lead by a high concept, Mirror’s Edge is the Jekyll and Hyde of video games. There’s a lot of promise inside the package that DICE created but it ultimately is a game that rests its laurels on its concept and nothing more. With no multiplayer aspect and a poor storyline that doesn’t last longer than seven or so hours, players won’t get a whole lot of bang out of their hard earned George Washington’s.

    The top strength of Medal of Honor is in the single-player campaign, and Danger Close has done an incredible job of putting together a tribute to the Special Forces community, honoring their many sacrifices. The same can't be said for the effort DICE has put forth with multiplayer, as it feels unpolished and in some regards unbalanced and unfinished.

    If you have played the original and also the sequel on the Xbox, then I would call Far Cry Instincts Predator a renter. If you have played the original on the Xbox, then you have some pretty strong reasons for getting the Xbox 360 version, including the graphical upgrades, the Instincts: Evolution story, and also the multiplayer mode.
