A rather tough sell. The Mob Wars portion of the game is well implemented, if a bit shallow, but it isn’t enough to make this an easily recommendable purchase. The story mode carries its own set of problems, as well.- PGNx Media

Lair is a tough game to rate. One on hand, the game is absolutely gorgeous and easily justifies the thousands of dollars spent on the latest home theater equipment.
