Thanks to its frantic combat, fun characters and cool traversal option, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League turns out better than expected. But its problems are clear: Underneath the spectacle you will find a pretty average loot shooter with repetitive missions, undercooked live-service-elements and barely enough content. Let's hope the upcoming seasons will ramp things up, because there is a solid foundation here.- PC Games

Overall, Expeditions: A Mudrunner Game feels like a slight step backwards compared to its predecessor. Fewer areas, half as many vehicles, the loss of the experience system, but an overabundance of the same old tasks spoil the experience. Nevertheless, the challenging gameplay is still a lot of fun. Digging through mud, laboriously pulling ourselves up mountainsides and freeing ourselves from seemingly hopeless situations creates a wonderfully satisfying feeling. Those who already found this aspect the most important in the predecessors will also get their money's worth with Expeditions.- PC Games

Lies of P has got a unique setting and the uncanny atmosphere shows the influence Bloodborne had on the game. But it doesn‘t feel as good as it looks and seems to have misunderstood what makes the difficulty in Soulslikes so rewarding.- PC Games

Chivalry 2 successfully captures the chaos and brutality of big medieval battles, and manages to spice up the bloodbath with some much needed humor through its whacky sandbox-elements and absurd war-cries. The fantastic-feeling combat-system is in a league of its own, especially on console. However, the game lacks the necessary variety of maps and modes to offer a long-term experience that goes beyond chaotic, somewhat mindless action. Eight maps and three modes, all of which quickly turn into chaotic mayhem, is all you´re getting at the moment, diabolically fun as it may be for a few hours. The gameplay foundation is excellent, but Torn Banner Studios needs to quickly add maps, modes, and enticing goals for players to really sink their teeth into, otherwise Chivalry 2 might quickly fade into obscurity.- PC Games

It's loud, fast and utterly insane: Anger Foot comes close to being a speedrunners dream, if you can stomach the flat jokes and constant background music.- PC Games

Despite some technical and gameplay weaknesses, Layers of Fear is an entertaining horror adventure that looks fantastic thanks to Unreal Engine 5. Clear purchase recommendation for horror and graphics fans. People who have already played the series might want to stay away, due to a lack of innovation.- PC Games

The collection has no real innovations and some parts like 1602 are aged very badly. Apart from that the nostalgia is very strong and brings back the addiction factor immediately. Fans of the series want to have the whole collection while most people should prefer the newer parts.- PC Games

The new Trackmania tries to merge E-Sport with the fun factor that all parts of the franchise contain. However, that doesn’t work out pretty well. On the other hand, it still has the strength of the predecessors: Easy to learn, but enough depth for pros. In addition, thanks to the free2play model every interested driver can give it a free shot.- PC Games

Planet Coaster 2 could be a first-class theme park simulator, but it still needs some fine-tuning. Menu navigation and handling contrast with the fun park building, the great creative options and the pretty presentation.- PC Games

Just Dance 2024 is a lot of fun as a party game. Unfortunately, the online compulsion and the pressure to take out a subscription for the full range of games hinder the enjoyment of the game. Because a subscription is almost mandatory when selecting the music for the new part.- PC Games

The game lacks in variety and is not necessarily a great title for long-running sessions, but its blunt humour, splatter-action and b-movie-charm make Zombie Army 4: Dead War a fun ride for any fan of a “good” zombie movie.- PC Games

Hell Pie is a entertaining retro-style 3D-platformer with a big amount of humour and an even bigger amount of bodily fluids. The gameplay makes a lot of fun and is satisfying, the levels are very atmospheric, and the game is full of references. For a platformer the level designs and challenges could be a bit more glittering. But people who enjoyed Conker’s Bad Fur Day, will definitely love Hell Pie.- PC Games

If you're into open worlds and extreme sports, Riders Republic is great. At least for about twenty hours. The world is gigantic and because of the intuitive controls the different sports are all fun to play. But Riders Republic falls into the same trap as its predecessor Steep, when it promises endless fun, but after a while there is no content anymore, if you are not willing to grind and play the same events over and over again. Besides there are technical issues with the Mass Races. It is always a gamble, if the race works or you get kicked out of the session.- PC Games

If you put stealth elements from the thief-, splinter cell- and MGS-series together, and mix them up with a classic fantasy setting, you’ll get an idea, of what it feels like playing the green-skinned goblin-master-thief Styx. While the plot focusing on the amber-drug, cloning, lost memories and the war between Elves and Humans is getting more and more weird through the game, you’ll get a nice stealth-experience with cool game-mechanics, mixed with some rpg-elements. Though the game is fun overall, the AI behaves insufficiently and the jump-and-climb-issue based on the imprecise controls can drive you nuts.- PC Games

Rage 2 delivers incredible action at a ridiculous pace which makes it easily one of the best FPS experiences I've had in years. Sadly the rest of the game falls flat in comparison, with uninspired open world design, clunky driving and a shallow story that can be finished in just a couple of hours.- PC Games

Robust mechanics and some interesting ideas make Hard West 2 an enjoyable sequel, even though it does have its flaws. If you can look past the shallow character development and the occasional trial & error design, it's a solid recommendation, especially if you consider the low price tag.- PC Games

While Baldur's Gate is still a great game, the Enhanced Edition doesn't do it justice. Neither the new content nor the few minor changes to graphics and interface aren't enough to justify paying another 20 bucks for a game that is, in essence, 14 years old.- PC Games

The Technomancer has some interesting approaches but lacks a lot of polish at many points. Especially the constant back tracking gets really annoying with time. The lack of budget definitely take their toll on many game aspects.- PC Games

The game that calls itself a military simulation does a lot better than its predecessor Arma 2 (which was crawling with bugs). The missions are varied, the bugs less common and the grafics (having a top notch pc) superb. But it´s still the old Arma, with all the AI failures (never let them drive!), cumbersome controls and flair from the 90s.- PC Games

Solid combat mechanics get bogged down by lackluster story, poor A.I. and an overbearing reliance on luck, that destroys any sort of achievement. It's not tactics that decide who wins, but the roll of the dice.- PC Games

The Lost Crown – A Ghosthunting Adventure is an adventure game the opinions of which will differ. Spooky Atmosphere is great due to the sound design and the thrilling story. But given the stale technology with really poor character animations and the idiosyncratic look, players of graphic delights such as The Book of Unwritten Tales will be difficult to convince to this independent adventure.- PC Games

After a less than awe-inspiring beginning Serious Sam 3 slowly gathers speed and delivers in its second half the fast-paced fun of shooting things the predecessors introduced. But even in its best moments the game never brings anything new to the table and the few innovations there are like the melee combat are poorly implemented. Furthermore Serious Sam 3 lacks the frivolity of the former games, often taking itself, ironically, too serious.- PC Games

For a few fast-paced games Lawbreakers is always good, but interested parties are better advised to wait for the more promising Quake Champions. Until that appears, the current mini-player base of lawbreakers should already have moved forward.- PC Games

The combat-system is working nicely and intuitively. Creating thousands of spells is quite fun – for a while. The levels often seem to be just never ending corridors, filled with hundreds of the same type of monsters. Boss-fights are challenging but can be very frustrating as well because of the complex mechanics the game uses for damage and control.- PC Games

The new farming-simulator-game is overall more of the same. You'll expand your farm, buy new vehicles and go for random missions like lawn mowing at the golf-court. Unfortunately the time-limit in those missions is horrible. The farming-gameplay is easy to learn and there are more than 100 vehicles to buy, modeled with rich detail. The game could be much better, if the developer would have focused on a smooth interface and more realistic physics.- PC Games
