Look past the tilting troubles and Spin Cycle purifies Curve's original idea with its condensed puzzling. Plenty of plop for your buck, too.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

How does NST keep Mario/DK feeling so fresh? Yet another clever and expansive puzzle game, if not exactly the most relaxing example of the genre.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

A consummate Sonic experience, reminding us exactly why the blue blur was great in the first place - plus, it's got tons of replay value tucked inside. [Oct 2007, p.84]- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

If it was much longer it'd be the best Donkey Kong game ever. Great while it lasts, but way too short! [July 2009, p.82]- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

A shameless imitation of Castlevania, but it's actually a solid platfomer/RPG. [Sept 2010, p.95]- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

The mixture of Sega and Sumo should have made for a game that was as accomplished as it was nostalgic. Instead, it's just a bit flat.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

A finely honed and perfectly balanced strategy RPG this may be, but it could've been so much more had it made better use of the Wii hardware. [May 2008, p.78]- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

There are elements we can't defend, such as the dated visuals, or the limited soundtrack, but taken as a whole, Devil Survivor Overclocked is a huge, ambitious game that works perfectly on its own terms.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

The very definition of bitter-sweet, giving with one hand and then taking away with the other. By default it's the best side-scrolling platformer on the 3DS and yes, it's even better than the original New Super Mario Bros. But that came out six years ago now, and in that time we'd really expected the series to have progressed a little further than just a 3D effect and Coin Rush mode.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK

So it's a slow dance; a gentle sway of steps with the occasional flourish. That can be far more enjoyable than the most energetic experience - but if you're getting things wrong, the wait to get it over with can be excruciating.- Official Nintendo Magazine UK
