The game clocks in at only $20. That really is not bad for a game like this. I used to enjoy pinball when I was a child. And going back to something like this really brought back memories.

One thing that I was kind of disappointed about with King Arthur is the fact that it goes by too damn quick. You basically hack and slash your enemies until the end, and that is pretty much what the game comes down too; hacking and slashing.

And on defense, try rushing the quarterback. More often than not you'll go right past the QB or the running back as you try to turn your defensive lineman in towards the pocket. It's hard to do and frustrating.

Not a bad game, but it seems very rushed. It also feels like the N-gage game, which downright sucked. But the framerate seems much faster, and the fact that the map is at the bottom is cool.

It's just a shame that it's got quite possibly the worst gameplay I've seen in a fighting game I think ever. When I can't play a game for more than 5-6 minutes at a time, that is NOT a good thing.

The game has a great fun feel too it, from little quirks like an arcade filled with Activision classics such as Pitfall, Call of Duty and River Raid, to a school girl outfit wearing nymphomaniac vampire and her power hungry business woman sister who continually fight and bicker; moronic ghouls (vampires grunts), cheating doctors that you can blackmail for some easy cash.

But to add some of the game elements that Artoon did such as oh, almost a whole second game with the Tom Tom Gang, and weaving it into the story, not to mention the 2 player co-op mode, does add make for nice improvements over the original game.

I do wish they would have made the game similar to the brand new PS2 game with all it's new game modes instead of a simple port of the past games. But this is a start, and the addition of downloading new songs so the game doesn't get old is a pretty good thing.

The battles seem to get pretty repetitive after awhile (of course so does "Diablo" after awhile if you don't mix it up). What has struck me most about Outrun2 is that Sega has designed the entire game around the original single-player arcade game, complete with slick car and cute girlfriend in the passenger seat, branching track levels, and yes, that familiar music.
