A Twist of Fate closes the trilogy maintaining the good quality level of the whole series. There are no innovations but a nice plot, visual and puzzles.

A well executed mix between a Total War series kind of strategy and a role playing game. A too heavy difficult level and some unbalanced units keep the game away from better scores.

Two years has passed since Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 has partly solved the problems that plagued the first attempt of Square Enix, with an interesting "monster collecting" part and a less linear gameplay. It's a shame that the story and character development are not as good as the original title.

SFxT is a smaller and reduced version of the console game, with less content and only 10 characters, imprecise controls and a new "tag system".

The first expansion for Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth is a step forward, but not without its problems. While new concepts are many, and some of them also daring, they are far from perfect and still need work and balance. If you loved the basic Beyond Earth, then it's highly probable you'll love Rising Tide too, otherwise it could be better to wait for further expansions.

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn is an excellent JRPG. Surprisingly, gameplay is extremely close to previous installments in the franchise and it's quite baffling Camelot did not dare to do more with this third episode. Despite this flaw in originality, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn is a well done and refined lengthy adventure but it does not win over Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Sky as the DS game of the year.

DeathSpank takes roughly 8 hours to be cleared, an excellent length for a low-budget and cheap game. It's fun and engaging and unique enough to appeal fans of hack'n'slash games with it wide variety of items and locations. DeathSpank may not have any big expectation but it is nevertheless very enjoyable and polished to be suggested to any player looking for a funny, fast adventure.

Skin Deep puts you in the shoes of Nina Pasadena, the space mercenary capable of getting rid of a thug armed only with a succulent plant. The new title from Blendo Games is an immersive sim that challenges the player to get out of impossible situations by creatively exploiting objects in the environment. It is a hilarious video game, with many funny ideas and a humor all its own that will win you over. A crazy title, in which you can get rid of opponents by throwing them through the drain of a space toilet.

Expensive for sure, but it's worth every single cent. The four new maps are well designed and entertaining. Call of the Dead is a great addiction in the zombie mode.

RAGE is no doubt a great game. It's exciting, keeps you enthralled for hours, has an excellent combat system and some very good AI. The boundary elements such as the races are more entertaining than what you'd expect, and the single player campaign lasts at least 15 hours. However, from a technical standpoint id's last effort could really disappoint the ones who were expecting something more.

Smite is a peculiar and accessible MOBA, whose gameplay is quite suitable to a gamepad. On PS4 the launch wasn't perfect, but as of now most problems have disappeared, and what remains is a pretty good DotA-like with a massive roster of heroes.

Meg's Monster is a narrative adventure and should not be mistaken for a role-playing game. The battles are the least interesting part: although useful on a narrative level, the fights always repeat identical to each other and the original idea, namely to control a very powerful monster, is immediately lost. That said, the story of the little girl and Roy the monster is sweet, exciting and a harbinger of important lessons.

Tales of Vesperia actually is one of the best available jrpg on Xbox 360. Its combat system is an almost perfect mix between action and strategy and its graphics are one the best examples of contemporary cell shading. The problem is that the game hasn't been localized in Italian and the ones not familiar with English won't be able to fully enjoy Tales of Vesperia's characters and story.

Rusty Hearts is a funny game with a great gothic atmosphere. If you like online roleplaying games with a bit of additional hack and slash action, then it's what you may have looked for. It is definitely a good game, not only between the freemium ones.

Stylish, fun and very rich in content. The combat system works well enough, and the special abilities allow us to add some variety to our offensive. Once we reach a certain level, things begin to be confusing due to the large number of enemies, and the controls don't always react as we could expect. However, this is an excellent game for its price and should not be missed.

A misstep we really were not expecting from a team whose excellence surprised us during all this generation. Resident Evil 3 is short and inferior to Resident Evil 2 Remake in almost every aspect, and its replayability isn't enough to save it, nor is the addition of Project Resistance to the package.

Super Mega Baseball 4 is a sports game suitable for multiple types of players, be it the more casual ones who want to play a game without too much stress from time to time or those who want to jump into multi-season leagues with the need to manage the entire team from multiple angles. It's not a huge step forward from the previous chapter, but with the many modes and its light-hearted style, it's a good way to enjoy baseball without having to throw on the more realistic MLB The Show.
