Musou-style gameplay strikes again: the game could have been a much better adaptation of the beloved Japanese series, instead we are getting a bunch of long and repetitive skirmishes and excellent cutscenes. Fans will be pleased with the good amount of extra content, despite some technical nuisances.

Despite the short playing time, Sacred Citadel is a pretty fun side-scrolling hack and slash RPG, pleasant to play especially with some friends. It is the perfect game for the fan of the Golden Axe or Final Fight era.

Rabbids games are often funny and original, but this is unfortunately not the case of Rabbids Big Bang.

Muscle March has many flaws in terms of gameplay and control detection and it's also really short in its single player mode. Nevertheless, this is an entertaining game to play with friends (even for a short time), with a characterization that surely will bring many laughs for everyone.

There's something charming and irresistible in World's End Club's anime-style narration and presentation, that keeps you attached to characters, wanting to know how the story develops.

Back in Action is a nice game, but some flaws in the artificial intelligence make it less engaging than it may have been. The Plan & Go system is a good try however, and we hope to see more of this in the future, but Jagged Alliance 2 is still on top.

Contrast's plot is intriguing and very well told, but the game is way too short and inconsistent.

Deadpool is fun to watch and it's fun to play, but the main campaign is a little short and there are some technical and design issues.

Adventure Time is a nice adventure just for fans. It lacks of a good combat system and have some serous issues on the technical side. The combat system it's not even engaging, becoming repetitive after few hours of playtime.

Overall, Beyond Contact is not entirely contemptible, but it lacks aspects that make it a must-play.

Slitterhead is a significant waste. Many of the concepts underlying the game are brilliant and demonstrate how Toyama remains a creative mind capable of experimenting and crafting unconventional titles. However, it's evident that, deprived of the resources he once had and forced to start anew with a fresh team, he has not been able to adequately bring his initial vision to life. In our opinion, Bokeh Game Studio's debut work is still passable thanks to its originality and some well-executed aspects, but it’s a pity it amounts to nothing more than that.

Betrayer is a very interesting first person adventure, with several hardcore elements but also a lot of annoying things to deal with.

WWE 2K15's debut on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is good but not perfect: the gameplay is a highly fun simulation experience, but the game doesn't have all the feature depth of past games in the series. It is, however, a good template to build upon for future instalments.

Conception II is not a bad jRPG, but it's shallow and repetitive and lacks of meaningful characters and events, which means plot twists and dating sim mechanics feels superficial. That being said, it's also quite misogynist and icky, with all its sexual innuendo and bad script.

A crossroad of different genres, Monster Menu is a curious take on S-JRPG by NIS, surely second to no one in this approach. Fun for some hours, not in the medium run.

Blacklight: Tango Down is a good concept and game limited by its average quality maps' level design and by some issues with weapons balancing and respawn spots.

The interface suffers from a serious scalability issue: text and icons are very often too small—at times almost illegible—on a screen like that of the Ally X. This is clearly a major flaw for a title that is so narrative-driven and involves extensive document reading. We are confident that this will be rectified promptly; however, given that this type of adventure game is perfectly suited for on-the-go gaming, we felt it was worth highlighting this issue.

In Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron for Nintendo DS you can switch between four classes and use different weapons, but unfortunately this doesn't change the poor combat system and the lack of a decent level design.

Year after year, Le Tour de France is a slightly better version of the same game. Unfortunately there are still many problems on the way to a satisfying simulation of the sport. In theory, the ideas of Cyanide are good, in practice they must face a not-so-good making, especially with the AI and the management of stamina. It's not broken at all and it can be fun and sometimes even exhilarating, but there is a lot to improve.

Tharsis is an harsh and unforgiving game which can make you feel miserable and alone, just like an astronaut on a derelict spaceship. The dice mechanics are nice, but sometimes it's too random to be engaging.

Rayman 3D is a perfect conversion of Rayman 2: The Great Escape. Problem is, it is a game from 1999, and, while it remains quite good by today's standards, there are lot of chances you've already played this game in a form or another.

MX Vs ATV Alive is not a bad game: it has good gameplay mechanics, good AI drivers and a discrete control system. But the serious lack of content, the lack of a true Career Mode, the repetitive progression of events and some technical issues drag it down.

From stunning snow-capped mountains to grey, oppressed city, Shaun White keeps inspiring guys like the one you control in the game, who has the ability to change the reality by doing some tricks with its skateboard. Shaun White Skateboarding's premise is great, but fails to deliver due to boring mission-based gameplay.
