Turtle Rock Studios managed to successfully resurrect the original Left 4 Dead games formula, improving it with modern shooter mechanics, very fun gunplay and a lot of variety thanks to the new card system. It's not a very innovative game and it's got some technical and balancing issues, but it can be damn fun and addictive.- MondoXbox

FIFA 22 introduces welcome new features such as the Hypermotion technology, a more balanced gameplay and improvements in several modes, but it fails to get rid of some historical flaws that now clash more with the improvements received. The result is, as always, a football title of the highest caliber, both on the technical front and in terms of pure fun, but we start to feel the need for a more marked change of pace to really push the saga into the new generation.- MondoXbox

Lost Judgment is a huge game with a storyline that will keep you glued to the screen and seasoned with a fast, frantic and spectacular gameplay and some very enjoyable mini-games. Recommended both to those who were already fans of the series and to those looking for a game with a strong narrative impact but without sacrificing fun gameplay.- MondoXbox

Far Cry 6 immerses us in a large open world with a ton of possibilities and a great cast of characters, but it fails to make a real splash compared to previous installments in the series, while also providing a too-low challenge level to the player.- MondoXbox

Diablo II: Resurrected makes us forget the 20 years passed since the release of the original game, delivering the same incredible experience but with graphics capable of leaving us speechless. A pure, challenging and satisfying action-RPG, capable of providing endless satisfaction and countless hours of play.- MondoXbox

Alan Wake Remastered brings back a true cult with renewed and valid graphics, with the plot that remains the highlight of the game and a gameplay that is still very compelling. Recommended especially for those who have never played the original title.- MondoXbox

A Juggler's Tale takes inspiration from classics like Limbo and INSIDE while adding the concept of puppet strings, resulting not only in never-before-seen gameplay situations but also a memorable, deep and emotional storyline.- MondoXbox

Chernobylite is an interesting and surprising game, thanks to an emotional and deep story, an engaging atmosphere and a good mix of different gameplay styles. Unfortunately, some problems such as repetitiveness, a low challenge level and a series of annoying bugs prevent it from reaching higher heights.- MondoXbox

Lost in Random is an original and engaging adventure, with an original combat system and a unique world that brings to life a dark fairy tale full of nuances and memorable moments. There are some flaws, but they are imperfections that minimally undermine the qualities of a game that undoubtedly deserves the attention of all fans of the genre.- MondoXbox

Life is Strange: True Colors confirms the excellent skills of Deck Nine, giving us an interesting title with very nice characters, an interesting plot and powers that dig into human emotions. It' s not a masterpiece and it doesn't reach the standards of the first LiS, but it's still a great title for those who love the series and who appreciate narrative adventures.- MondoXbox

NBA 2K22 brings major improvements to its gameplay, making it more balanced and suitable for all types of players, while also offering us a next-gen graphic rendering at the edge of photorealism. The picture is completed by the usual overwhelming number of modes, among which the further improved MyCareer is the absolute king.- MondoXbox

Sonic Colours Ultimate isn't too convincing as a remaster, but it's still one of the best Sonic games of the last two decades. It doesn't fix the shortcomings of the first game and it also introduces some bugs and balancing issues, but it remains fun and spectacular; it' recommended especially to those who have never played the original.- MondoXbox

Aragami 2 inherits some of the issues of the first episode and proves to be unsuitable for players with little patience or not accustomed to stealth titles; despite this, after the initial impact it manages to entertain us and give us good satisfaction, leading us in its fascinating oriental world. If you love action-stealth titles and this kind of environment, it is definitely worth a shot.- MondoXbox

Rustler manages to entertain by replicating the style of play of the first top-down GTAs, but turning everything to a medieval setting. Some elements of the gameplay could have been more refined, but the Jutsu Games title shows that this formula can still work and entertain even today.- MondoXbox

Splitgate comes very close to plagiarizing Halo, and its presentation is not without flaws; nevertheless, the excellent gameplay execution and the addition of portals, introducing an additional layer of tacticality, work great resulting in a damn fun game. Its current popularity is definitely deserved, and we are eager to see how the title will evolve in the future.- MondoXbox

Tales of Arise succeeds in giving the series new lustre with a mature, interesting story full of twists, a technical aspect that is suited to the current generation and a dynamic, fast and spectacular combat system. There is still room for improvement, but if you are a fan of action-RPG it is a game not to be missed.- MondoXbox

King's Bounty II is a title that only strategy fans will really appreciate. Gameplay is satisfying, but it is nevertheless undermined by a disappointing technical aspect and many little ingenuities that make the experience slow and tedious and that, if solved, would greatly improve the quality of life of the game.- MondoXbox

Madden 22 looks like a sort of transition edition: it winks at the next-gen but doesn't fully exploit its potential, adds interesting new features but doesn't fully rectify some old flaws. The gameplay is still very good, but we are partially disappointed by the lack of the quality leap we were expecting.- MondoXbox

Song of Iron offers us a fascinating and cinematic world, capable of effectively evoking the world of the Vikings and their mythology, but it counter-balances this with some technical issues and a bit too rough combat system, making the experience inconsistent and frustrating at times. I would however still recommend it, primarily to enthusiasts of Norse culture.- MondoXbox

Psychonauts 2 is a unique platform game, capable of taking its place in the hearts of video game lovers. The original gameplay, design and script are the strengths of a game that succeeds in keeping us glued to the screen until the end credits. A title that isn't perfect, but that shows how creativity and passion can overcome the limitations of an adventure that no fan of the genre should miss.- MondoXbox

Skydrift Infinity doesn't want to revolutionize its genre, but this kind of Mario Kart of the skies is nevertheless always fast, adrenalinic and fun, with a good artistic sense and a decent variety for several hours of heart-pounding races.- MondoXbox

The talented guys at Antab Studio managed to build with limited resources a futuristic and stylistically appealing adventure, a well made and memorable one. It might not be too original and it's got some unpleasant difficulty spikes, but Foreclosed lets us pleasantly play it until the end credits, capturing us in his comic dystopian world.- MondoXbox

Samurai Warriors 5 is a good musou game characterized by all the classical aspects of the series and embellished by a new and very good cel shading anime-like look. It doesn't bring the genre forward and it won't do anything to attract new players, but is still one of the best mousous of recent years.- MondoXbox

The Ascent is a solid and fun action-RPG, capable of providing many hours of fun thanks to well-paced gameplay and powerful and inspired graphics. Too bad for some flaws such as the poorly executed cooperative mode, annoying bugs and the lack of Italian localization, which prevent the first job of Neon Giant to shine as it deserves.- MondoXbox

Cris Tales turned out to be a pleasant surprise, managing to impress us for originality and artistic style, as well as interesting gameplay mechanics. Even if it shows a certain inexperience in the general balance of pace and powers, with some of them too overpowered making it almost useless to look for different combinations, it still remains a great homage to classic turn-based JRPGs, so we can only recommend everyone to give it a look.- MondoXbox
