A simple and minimalist - yet highly challenging - puzzle game at a great price, Cubot is the perfect pastime for logic challenge lovers.

Despite its strong charm, Deadly Premonition lacks in so many areas that it's hard to recommend it even to the more forgiving gamer.

NBA 2K24 brings back the excellent on-court experience the series has accustomed us to, with major improvements in player animations thanks to the new ProPLAY technology. There is, however, a need for stronger new features and, above all, it is plagued by obnoxious microtransactions even in modes that shouldn't have them, such as MyCareer.

Tom Clancy's HAWX 2 looks like a soulless game: it's an ok flight combat sim, but it lacks a compelling story and missions.

Warhorse Studios' RPG amazes for its high realism in recreating every aspect of the Middle Ages: environments, uses, weapons and even fights and character progression. Too bad for its very weak performances and many bugs, but despite this it still remains an advisable game for lovers of RPGs and european Middle Ages tales.

A very enjoyable game, despite some blind spots in the graphics and sound areas: the social aspects and the many, many things to do in Ibiza and Oahu will keep your interest high for a long time.

The Ascent is a solid and fun action-RPG, capable of providing many hours of fun thanks to well-paced gameplay and powerful and inspired graphics. Too bad for some flaws such as the poorly executed cooperative mode, annoying bugs and the lack of Italian localization, which prevent the first job of Neon Giant to shine as it deserves.

An original and nice 2D puzzle-stealth game, with some funny and pretty ideas and nice environments.

Kill the Bad Guy presents us some very inventive killing puzzles, but with some uncomfortable controls and a tiring trial & error structure.

A nice improvement on the previous game, with added variety thanks to the new management mode and races. It still needs to improve in presentation, though.

A very nice and satisfying top-down open word game, bringing back vibes of the first GTA games. It shines during the car chases, while the shooting system feels imprecise and the indoor thefs mini-game end up being boring very quickly, but this is definitely a game to try by lovers of open world games.

A very good pool simulation, with great ball and shot physics. It could have used some more play modes, but it remains a recommended game at a very good price.

Kinect proves yet again to be the perfect environment for fitness games: EA Sports Active 2 offers us a complete and customizable training program, with the useful heart rate meter to monitor our efforts in real time.

A good arcade rally game, but not too different from the previous episode, with too little content and forgettable audio.

Even with its shortcomings, Fable was a good game and Fable Anniversary keeps everything intact while adding a fresh coat of Unreal Engine 3 graphics. The game didn't age too well and modern RPG lovers will have plenty to complain about, but if taken as a trip back in time to Xbox' early steps, it surely deserves a try.

Running on the Snaefell Mountain course is a great experience with gorgeous visuals, both for expert riders and amateurs thanks to several presents going from arcade to simulation. If teels too contents-lacking though, especially for its price point, and the added courses only partially help in this.

Ninja Blade's greatest value resides in its high cinematic spectacularity, which makes it very enjoyable if you like this kind of excessive Hollywood action. Nevertheless, it's excessive use of QTEs and its sometimes frustrating controls make it a rough experience, suited only for the more forgiving and patient gamers.

Biomutant shows big potential, but it unfortunately misses in fully reaching its initial ambitions due to reused content, some narrative problems, and a technical production not on par with today's standards. The game is nevertheless still good and capable of entertaining with its frenetic gameplay and its beautiful scenarios; it's therefore recommended to lovers of the genre.

iO offers us an original and challenging platform gameplay mechanic coupled with a charming minimalist design: definitely suggested to every skill-based 2d platformer lover.

Too heavy on microtransactions and too slow on player progress, Crossout shows an entertaining and solid gameplay, even if some uncomfortable control choices are frankly unexplainable. All in all, being it a free-to-play game, it surely deserves a try.

Great visuals and animations are partially countered by unexciting game design and a banal story. It's still a decent buy for zombie lovers, but it could have been much more.

Interesting gameplay mechanics and a suspense-rich plot make it a game worth to be tried, even if it could have been much better.

Need for Speed: The Run fails where it was supposed to be stronger: its story mode is embarrassingly short, with gameplay problems like the automatic resets each time you even slightly go off-course, and with a dull and badly developed plot. What's left is a frantic and spectacular arcade racer with a solid online multiplayer, but lacking enough variety and content.

A nice game, for a very young public but that sometimes will even please the nostalics of old 2D platform games. Surely suitable for kids and families willing to relive the movie adventures with Sid and friends.

Every motocross fan will find an excellent experience in MXGP, with highly satisfying physics simulation, bike handling and tuning. It would have benefited of more care in the off-track environments design and better engine sounds, but it’s still a must buy for the genre’s lovers.

Daymare: 1998 is an ambitious survival horror game, balanced between old school mechanics and innovation and with an original plot rich of references to the 80s. Its good story and inventory management system clashes with a shaky technical production and some uneven difficulty spikes especially with puzzles, but it's overall a likeable game that every fan of the classic survival horror series should give a chance.

A niche game: complex and very demanding, it will award the player willing to patiently master each aspect. We would have liked a better technical production and a more involving story, though.
