Army of Two: The 40th Day is a missed great game, mainly due to the extremely short play experience, while the whole game appears as very solid and improved in many areas. If you liked the first game, this sequel will surely win your hearts, even if for a short time.

Kill the Brickman offers a crazy and engaging mix of brick-breaking, deck-building, and puzzle-strategy elements. While not a masterpiece, its huge variety of tactical options and its ridiculously low price point make it a must-buy for any fan of the genre who's looking for a fun and satisfying challenge.

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is an ambitious RPG that, despite technical flaws and clunky mechanics, captivates with a dark, atmospheric world, an intriguing reimagining of Arthurian legend, and exploration reminiscent of genre classics. While imperfect, it offers hours of fun for fans craving a new The Elder Scrolls–like adventure.

Probably calling this game Skate 2.5 or Skate Online would have been more fair. Skate 2 show too less innovation on the previous game, except for the strong push towards online support. Nonetheless, just because it builds upon the strong foundations of the previous game, Skate 2 remains a strong and entertaining experience for every skateboarding lover.

James Cameron's Avatar revealed to be enjoyable even without the attached movie license, offering us good visuals and gameplay; it isn't perfect, mainly due to the repetitive missions design and some control problems, but if you're looking for a sci-fi action game to play after the holidays big hits, this is your best bet.

BioWare partially failed to port to console a very classical PC RPG. The Xbox 360 version of the game is ruined by bad graphics and a flawed combat system, while some aspects like the great, multiple-branching story will delight many players. Despite its problems, Dragon Age: Origins remains the only good "old style" RPG on this platform, so if you're looking for something like this you should give it a chance.

A good evolution of the first game's mechanics, adding more depth in the character leveling system and shifting the gameplay more towards its action-RPG side. Worth a check by the genre's lovers.

Even if taking advantage of a solid gameplay and a very satisfying open world structure, Final Fantasy XV suffers from a too patchy design, with an underwhelming second half and an uneven storytelling. It lacks balance and an unified vision, but all in all it's an entertaining game and a first step in the right direction for the franchise.

Skydrift Infinity doesn't want to revolutionize its genre, but this kind of Mario Kart of the skies is nevertheless always fast, adrenalinic and fun, with a good artistic sense and a decent variety for several hours of heart-pounding races.

White Shadows is a cinematic platformer with a truly captivating style, which is not afraid to tackle important issues such as discrimination, slavery or suicide. The surreal and macabre world that the young protagonist crow has to face is really nice and distressing, but unfortunately the gameplay and the technical side are not always in step with the beautiful environments. Nevertheless, It's recommended to all fans of the genre, especially for the topics covered.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged follows the footsteps of the first episode, expanding the formula and offering a full-bodied package, packed with content, cars, and plenty of arcade-style fun. The absence of more acrobatic tracks in true Hot Wheels style is noticeable, but it is still a very entertaining arcade racer.

A frantic, entertaining and competitive platform game, with lots of contents but lacking some desirable features like the levels editor and a Trials-like online multiplayer. Definitely suggested, though, to lovers of platform games like Sonic The Hedgehog and Jazz Jackrabbit.

WRC: FIA World Rally Championship is a racing game for true rally lovers, with simple graphics but rich of content and with a very satisfying gameplay.

Marvel's Avengers nails plot and characterization, giving us an absolutely lovable Kamala Khan and delivering some stunning and single-player missions. Where the game disappoints is in the many co-op missions, which feel too repetitive and uninteresting, and in a bit too many bugs. The end result is a mixed bag between a great single-player third-person action-adventure and a disappointing GaaS experience.

Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap is another example of how an old-school game remake/remaster should be done. Gorgeous graphics and animations go side by side with an hardcore classical gameplay, improved in several aspects and highly challenging (maybe too much so, sometimes). Definitely an advised buy both for fans of the originals and lovers of platforming action.

A meaningful and short adventure, capable of sensibly touching complex topics like loneliness and depression, in a colorful 2D world. Suggested to everyone who likes thought-provoking narrative games.

Subnautica: Below Zero offers a more immediate, accessible and complete gaming experience compared to the first chapter of the saga, providing a more impactful and suitable title for those who do not like too dispersive survival games. To succeed in this, however, many aspects of the original title have been simplified, resulting in a less meaty and varied game. A different experience then, but worth the effort.

oOo: Ascension brings a new perspective on the 2D platformer genre, with an inspired level design and a challenging and captivating gameplay. Too bad for the lack of online leaderboards.

Taxi Chaos feels almost shameless in cloning Crazy Taxi's idea and it's lost some of the game's attitude (mainly due to a forgettable soundtrack) in the process, but it ultimately delivers an entertaining experience and a gameplay formula we've missed for a long time, with some nice additions like the city's verticality and the passengers side stories.

A great Marvel game, with a stellar cast of characters and the solid and proven LEGO gameplay: unmissable by any true believer. Our main complaint is about the complete lack of localized dialogues in the Italian version of the game, something that highly diminishes its appeal towards the younger gamers.

A solid survival experience, mostly shining in the single-player due to a content-lacking co-op mode. We would have liked better storytelling and a less repetitive and tedious first part of the game.

MotoGP 18 feels almost like reboot for Milestone's series, thanks to a brand new engine and renewed driving model and play modes. It looks like the devs didn't have enough time to completely fulfill their vision though, and we're left with a good game but with wide margins for improvement.

Battlefiled 4 lacks in the single-player campaign with a dull and forgettable story, while its still remains a very strong experience in its multiplayer side. Unfortunately it gets dragged down by several bugs capable of impacting the entire experience with hangs, savegame corruption and hitbox problems that we hope will be quickly be fixed.

A good action-RPG, with an absorbing story and a solid combat system. It lacks interesting side quests though, while showing a sub-par technical production. Lovers of the genre and vampire stories should definitely give it chance, however.

A solid remaster of a good RPG, with great combat mechanics and interesting lore, but with several problems inherited from the original game. A game suited more to newcomers to the game, while the ones who already played it won't find many reasons to replay it.

Beyond Blue might lack gameplay variety and an absorbing plot, but it balances it with a fascinating and realistic depiction of the underwater world, letting us explore and discover the sheer beauty of dolphins, whales and sperm whales.

Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One is a good (re)starting point for the famous detective's video game saga. The mysteries this time are a bit easier, but there are many more contents than usual thanks to the new open-world approach even if the new features would have used a little more development. All in all, the new direction of Sherlock Holmes is definitely the right one and we're eager to see where it will lead in the future.

Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound proves to be not only an excellent 2D side-scrolling action-platformer with engaging gameplay and high-quality ‘90s-inspired visuals, but also a strong spin-off that fits neatly into Ryu Hayabusa’s saga. Greater variety and better difficulty balance could have elevated it further, yet it remains a highly recommended experience for fans of the series and the genre.
