Because of these hiccups, Samurai Shodown Anthology isn't as sharp as it should've been. Still, for fans seeking a quality portable fighter, it earns a modest recommendation.- Modojo

Touch Mechanic might be worth a rent if you're nuts about cars or know what it takes to get an alternator ticking again. Everyone else, however, should skip it. Its punishing learning curve and lack of fun steered it in the wrong direction.- Modojo

Pokemon Platinum is probably the most elaborate entry of the series, thanks to its involving storyline with the Distortion World, its Wi-Fi-supported features and its addictive gameplay. Sure, it feels familiar, but thanks to its new additions, Nintendo earns the game's Platinum status.- Modojo

As it stands, TrackMania DS is a suitable and fun racing game. We would like to see more with a sequel, including longer tracks, a friendlier track editor and online options, but for now, it's still worth a few laps.- Modojo

Unless you despise GTA, Chinatown Wars is an essential purchase. Rockstar did an excellent job transferring the mayhem to the DS, and we suggest you run out and buy a copy ASAP.- Modojo

Still, if you're looking for something a little out there that will stimulate your mind for a few hours, these mushrooms will give you quite a trip. Boing! Docomodake DS avoids most of the pratfalls that normally kill commercialized efforts, and that's worth a modest recommendation.- Modojo

Aside from the strict multiplayer set-up and smaller issues, Puzzle Quest Galactrix is a top-notch sequel. If you need a solid portable puzzler or just want a little something different, head to Galactrix's final frontier.- Modojo

For $20, you get your monies worth from Big Bang Mini. Multiplayer actually serves a purpose here (rather than being a tacked-on gimmick), and the single-player modes will keep you busy for hours. The best part? You won't lose any fingers.- Modojo

We have mixed feelings with Moon. It's a superb visual achievement with spectacular controls and fun shooting, but we grew tired of the old school "hit this switch to activate this door" gameplay. So long as you go into it expecting a slow-paced first person adventure instead of Doom, you'll enjoy this lunar vacation.- Modojo

Prince of Persia isn't bad. You'll need to turn down the music, get used to the touch-screen controls and deal with the fact that you'll often die for no reason. Accept all of that and you might just like this game.- Modojo

As it stands, Tecmo Bowl Kick Off doesn't have enough features to propel it to must buy status. It's a neat throwback, but its dated visuals, lack of options and ridiculous team names make it a rental at best.- Modojo
