One of the better PSP games to come out this year, a trailblazing flight action game that doesn't let up on the gas. It stays true to the arcade roots while also creating a little something new, and it ranks amongst Planet Moon's best works.- Modojo

It may feel somewhat familiar if you've played past incarnations of the series, but the multiplayer gaming and the innovative touch screen controls make it much more than a simple port.- Modojo

Things get crazy when the sky rains coconuts in a series of patterns, forcing you to skillfully guide the crab to safety. It's a fun time.- Modojo

Sure, it's a bit mindless, but Forever Drive is a sweet ride that's perfect for short and satisfying play sessions whenever, wherever. Every iPhone and iPad owner should have it in his or her collection.- Modojo

It never feels limited, or that you've "done everything"; the game is designed in a such a dynamic and charming manner that while playing you're not only investing your efforts, but also being rewarded for coming back.- Modojo

N.O.V.A. 3 does exactly what's required of it: more of the same, but better and bigger than ever before. The refined multiplayer offering might still have some kinks in it, but it has potential to provide some extraordinary longevity.- Modojo

On that note, Muramasa Rebirth comes highly recommended, as it provides a visually striking journey through demon-infested Japan. With two characters to play and a wealth of swords to unlock, you'll find plenty to love about this addictive game.- Modojo

Despite a handful of technical hiccups, Anomaly 2 is everything fans of the previous games in the series would have asked for, and is a very easy sale for existing Anomaly nuts. Those who are put off by the typically static, reactive gameplay of the tower-defense genre, could do a lot worse than Anomaly 2 if they wish to discover what this gaming scene is really capable of.- Modojo

Even with a slightly flawed freemium purchase system, and a rigid adherence to its primitive shooter roots, Lawless is a great-looking game that'll suck you right in, especially if you have fellow Mobage players to team up with.- Modojo

If all you want is a visually stimulating arcade style racer, this Need For Speed checks the right boxes. Its price is a bit steep, at $9.99 and $6.99 for iOS and Android, respectively, but those willing to spend the cash shouldn't walk away disappointed. Penny pinchers, though, should give Gameloft's Asphalt 7: Heat a serious look, since it provides a similar experience for just $0.99.- Modojo

Girl on Fire didn't blow us away. Marginal improvements don't hide the fact that it plays almost exactly like its competitors. We can say with confidence, though, that it's without question one of the best runners on the App Store, as well as a cool companion to the books and movie.- Modojo

Overall, though, despite the ridiculous scripture and the lacking on-foot crap, Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice is a rock-solid sequel, one that you won't mind coming back to for breezy runs through the city.- Modojo

Aside from that one glaring complaint (which is more of a nitpicky issue, really), Arctic Escape is a well-designed homage to Lemmings and a wonderful value, as it costs $0.99 and works for both the iPhone and iPad. Definitely check it out.- Modojo

GRID is difficult at first, and the lack of a speedy frame rate may throw you off. Otherwise, there's nothing to hold you back from shifting into high gear. Buy it, hit the gas and race for the finish line.- Modojo

With a steep entry price of $9.99, this probably isn't the game for anyone unsure about whether an unashamedly hardcore, old-school RPG is the right fit for them. If, on the other hand, you played and loved Baldur's Gate back in the day then you already know what to do, and let's be honest you've probably already had your money's worth from the last weekend alone.- Modojo

Regardless of whether you choose to pay or grind it out, Judge Dredd vs Zombies provides several hours of shooting fun. Levels are short, but the sheer number of baddies and desire to unlock new boards will keep you interested for quite some time. Best Judge Dredd game ever? Sure seems like it.- Modojo

A furious arcade style blast fest that serves as a welcome addition to the App Store library. It costs more than most titles ($4.99), but after slaughtering thousands of creepy crawlies, we feel it was money well spent.- Modojo

We just wish the multiplayer stages had a bit more pizazz. There's a cool Super Smash Bros. type feel to the action, but it's slightly offset by lackluster temples and mountains.- Modojo

A surprising good time, designed elegantly in every category and feeling like a refreshing change of pace from the other failures in the Star Wars release line. The force is strong with this one, even if it's made of Lego blocks.- Modojo

It's fair to say we've seen this sort of gameplay before in Candy Crush, but King has done a great job of modifying things to ensure that Farm Heroes Saga isn't as greedy a money-making machine. You'll get quite a bit of gameplay from it for no charge whatsoever, and the additional boosters and other goodies might just encourage you to stick around a little longer.- Modojo

Outwitters does a great job of offering up some seriously meaty content for absolutely nothing. There's some fine strategy to be had online, although the experience is very dependent on the commitment and availability of your particular opponent.- Modojo

With a far great focus on action and reaction, rather than deep strategizing, it's a very different take on the tower-defense genre. Disappointing though it is that consumable advantages are available for cash when you've already bought the game outright, it's still fun enough to play without them.- Modojo
