CyberConnect2 improves over a trusted formula that still manages to attract Naruto fans. Great production values, a big number of fighters and excellent story mode. However, the Japanese studio at some point will have to find the way to add more innovations.- Meristation

Max is back and fights her past demons while trying to save her friend Safi. Chloe is missed dearly in a game in which decisions don't have such a huge impact as in other LIS games.- Meristation

Funny, adorable, visually breathtaking, this new Kirby maybe comes with an element most of the fans will not like it, like the idea of moving it through scenarios using a paintbrush and no jumping or something. But, although the control system is not the best, certainly the levels are so well designed, the collectibles numerous and the graphics and soundtrack so good, that it deserves at least one try. One of those 100% Nintendo Games that only want you to have fun and smile. And Paintbrush got it.- Meristation

This pack with two great games brings to the West the powerful and successful Puzzle & Dragons series. There aren't microtransactions. You'll find a deep and addictive gameplay with Super Mario or with the lovely dragons. Good fuel for Nintendo 3DS these months.- Meristation

Characters are well created and we love the cinematics and funny scenes in the game. We cannot say the same about the gameplay, as it's a bit repetitive and too similar to previous LEGO games, but still accessible for the whole family. You will enjoy it, that's for sure.- Meristation

The Sims 3: Island Paradise is one of the most comprehensive and original expansions of the last years. It does not only extend previous content but also adds features never seen before in The Sims 3. We have no doubt that we are facing a number of additions that will surely have its place in future installments of the series, now that its third iteration could be coming to its end. It is a must for fans of the series. For others, an expansion that we should not pass up ... unless you hate everything related to the sun and the beach.- Meristation

Mirror of Fate HD offers a special and cheap opportunity to discover what happened in Dracula's Castle years ago. This is the same game released on Nintendo 3DS in terms of contents with some visual improvements. Don't expect a full HD-redesigned experience.- Meristation

A Place Of The Unwilling approaches cosmic horror from a different, melancholic perspective. A generously-branched adventure in a city alive, yet its magic it's torn by some bugs.- Meristation

Fantasy Life could be one of those games that you fall instantly in love with. With a lifespan that goes beyond 100+ hours of fun and thousands of different quests to accomplish, it's the first RPG and Social Life-Style game that makes us wonder if this is the righteous path to follow in upcoming years.- Meristation

Maybe at first sight it could look like Limbo meets Pingu, but Never Alone is something more than just a clone: It's a true experience of feelings, loneliness and cooperation. An ancient tale of a fascinating real culture from Alaska which emphasizes in the uses of their traditions, art and folklore. It is short, easy for the most part; it needs some polish in the AI companion and the playability of one of its characters. But you let yourself go through this game, because this journey of a little girl, an arctic fox and the spirits of nature, is truly mesmerizing.- Meristation

Resident Evil Revelations 2 still is a pretty good entry in the series from Capcom. With great horror elements, better in terms of gunplay (motion controls rules) and full of content for Nintendo Switch.- Meristation

A dystopian, Orwellian future mixed with a third person shooter, Action RPG, some strategy and deep options of customization gives PS Vita one of those titles the machine should receive more often. Freedom Wars is, like Soul Sacrifice for example, a title which has it flaws, but what really matters is the sum of its parts. It's long, funny, oriented to single-player and multiplayer. And it takes us and turns us into post-apocalyptic world prisoners, fighting for our freedom in a mixture between Judge Dredd, THX 1138 and an anime story. A great choice to give some AAA ration to our Vitas indeed.- Meristation

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties is a good remake overall, specially as a complete package thanks to Mine's own story. But there's a few changes and cut content that keeps the game far from their previous 'Kiwami' games.- Meristation

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 is a great action game, fun to play and quite long. But it feels almost the same as the previous entry; Vicarious Visions didn't feel confident enough to create something new, and they repeated almost every aspect from Raven Software's game.- Meristation

The Escapists 2 expands the idea of the original title and goes beyond; it packs a lot of prisons from which we can find some original and sometimes funny ways of escape. And this time, we can bring friends to the party, since it has cooperative and versus modes.- Meristation

MotoGP 14 is the official game that fans could hope for. And nothing more. The new gen version (PS4-PC) looks very similar to the old gen versions (PS3-360). The little team made the game well but it had to work hard to get a realistic simulation and powerful online modes.- Meristation

The idea of using all the Wii complements is a nice one for those who have them but it may be a high entry fee for the rest of players. TV Party keeps the whacky humour of the series, but the game mechanics are getting old and the repetition of minigames from past entries show there is a lack of ideas.- Meristation

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl are a worthy return to Sinnoh, respectful remakes that seek to offer exactly the same experience as the original Nintendo DS works; albeit with new conveniences that help the pace of the adventure while borrowing quality-of-life details already established in the series. On the other hand, they are also much more permissive releases, with facilities during the adventure that cannot be turned off and that help too much in once-challenging situations. They are very conformist titles. The return of the random encounters did not convince us, especially after seeing how well the ability to see creatures in the environment worked. With plenty of content thanks to the Grand Underground and a generous endgame, it will provide plenty of hours of gameplay even though they are limited to the first four Pokémon generations. All of this, coupled with a beautiful art style despite being low-key on a graphical level, makes for an unmissable trip to Sinnoh for fans; especially those planning to play Pokémon Legends Arceus in a couple of months.- Meristation
