    By shaking up the basic rules to offer a more direct, accessible and dynamic approach, the mobile title makes it possible to address all types of players, both new and veterans who can take advantage of an innovative and refreshing with, in particular, card personalization. Beyond that, the experience is no less generous in game modes, offering both multiplayer, solo and cooperation. Despite this more accessible side, we can even blame the title for its interface that is a little too busy and its parts that tend to drag on. It remains to be seen whether Cross Duel will succeed in finding a long-term place in the Yu-Gi-Oh! mobile game offer.

    Despite a slightly gimmicky appearance and card packs finally being pulled for all-out gacha mechanics, the well-executed risks of Cross Duel outweigh the issues by offering a selection of varied game modes, each with its own nuance, and a new way to play with the beloved cast of over twenty years of anime adventures.
