Mafia the Old Country is an enjoyable cinematic game with great characters and story, but gameplay feels to as old as the Old Country.

We hoped for a step forward, but what we found is a Harden's step back for EA's franchise. As with last year's game, it's not a bad basketball game, but not good enough considering the competition in NBA 2K. A lack of improvements is its primary weakness, being a too iterative offering.

The amazing visuals aspect, the great variety of levels, and the fantastically developed story turn Killzone Shadow Fall into the best game of PlayStation 4 and the franchise. Welcome to the Next-Gen.

House of the Dead 4 demonstrates that the classic formula of FPS games on rails is still really fun. The format of downloable content fits perfectly this genre for the amount of content, making the price really attractive. The PS3 port works well, with nice HD graphics and greatly adapted to use Move as the input controller. If you are an arcade lover, this game is for you.

Death to Spies: Moment of Truth is the second part of the espionage series produced by 1C Company and is a new return to the adventures of the russian spy Semion Strogov. It adds some new features but still has many of its predecessor defects. Although that, this is a great game for fans of action, espionage and World War II.

Luminous Arc 2 is not the best SRPG on the Nintendo DS, but it fares well. A good experience for fans of the genre, with several changes on the gameplay, but a less interesting story than the original.

The Saboteur is another victim of the hype fever that nowadays some titles in development use to suffer. The historical context is very appealing, aesthetics and artistic production are well worked and it's a hooking story. It's even an attractive proposal to mix different genres to create a personal style, but fails to make a fully enjoyable adventure.

It is a pleasure to find a new sandbox oriented MMO in the market. While the beginnings are tough and confusing, the game rewards our patience with lots of combat and non-combat activities, a fascinating world to explore and fantastic graphics.

Take LittleBigPlanet 2 and put some karts on it. This is what LBP Karting brings to us, the exact same level of freedom when it comes to design & the creation of new levels in the form of speedways or arenas, mixed with the emotion of kart races. It's a shame that some menu decisions and the enemy AI take part of the fun of seeing Sackboy racing its enemies enemies. But rest assured that all missing pieces of fun will be found in the multiplayer.

An expansion that extends content, areas, weapons and powers. The Vampire Lord and Dawnguard are two sides facing a new dark frame and potential. If you play Skyrim still a lot, you'll like it.

Unusual findings is a love letter to the 80´s in the form of an awesome point and click adventure game. Inspired by classics as Explorers or The Goonies, it delivers a great story with lovable characters full of satisfying puzzles. A modern cult classic of the genre, an unforgettable adventure that can be considered the best point and click game of the year, even above Return To Monkey Island.

Escape from Tarkov is considered the pioneer of the extraction shooter genre. One of the longest-running games in the Early Access program, it released its final version in November 2025, along with the highly anticipated 1.0 version, marking the end of several years of genuine success. It has its rough edges and a few bugs that shouldn't be there, but the overall experience is unparalleled. It's the most hardcore game in the genre. It demonstrates that there's a large player base willing to face the toughest gameplay conditions. The reward tastes sweeter than in other games, no matter how many times you fall. No one knows what the future holds, but Escape from Tarkov certainly has another decade of enjoyment ahead.

Crysis Remastered Trilogy is a remarkable remastered experience, specially on consoles, although the passing of the years is felt in gameplay and controls, particularly in the first one. A bet for fans of the genre who already played them in the past or for those who want to discover an iconic saga.
