It doesn't matter if you're a die-hard of the franchise or just a curious newcomer, Metroid: Other M hits the spot just where it had to do it, and that's basically everything we've asked for after so many years willing to try some new 2D action based on this heroine.

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto is arguably a must have for every Naruto fan; even today through this port, which cuts some cutscenes and is less impressive in the graphic side. Its gameplay still looks and feels amazing. Assuming some few hiccups, this port is fluid and enjoyable enough to consider buying on Nintendo Switch.

Sonic Colours on Nintendo DS is as good as its big brother on Wii. It's a fun, speedy and charming adventure, with many things to do and great boss fights. The Wisps are the greatest adition to the franchise to date, as the powers they grant Sonic make all the gameplay even more addictive and unforgettable.

Dead or Alive is a good fighting game and a great version for handled hardware, but has some problems with lag in online matches and the poor use of 3D effect (fewer fps).

It may not be a perfect port of the PS3 version, nobody should reasonably expect that, and it suffers from the lack of some effects, jaggies, and a reduced volume of traffic, but you can't underestimate the small wonder that is having Most Wanted running flawlessly on a handheld. Criterion has done a great job making sure the core of the experience remains untouched, showing that there is a still a lot of untapped potential for Vita.

Stasis is a classic point and click adventure game with high terror doses that there will be charmed with the fans of the graphical adventures.

Tropico goes back to its roots with a new developer which has reproduced the most noticeable and fun elements of the first Tropico, merging the typical city management options with politics and social planning, which makes this a very interesting and engaging game.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is possibly the most family-friendly Kirby game, with all the good and bad that comes with it; and it is, at the same time, the one that offers the most content in the medium and long term.

Wonderfully tense, atmospheric and bizarre Little Nightmares spooked us throughout the whole adventure. Thoroughly recommended, just don't play it on portable mode.

Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! has everything we could wish for about Taito's classic. A new installment that engages from the first moment, with a gameplay as fresh and addictive as the first day. A multitude of mechanics that significantly increase the difficulty and depth of the game, as well as multiplayer and online options that significantly lengthen the life of an already infinite game. The usual charm and charisma of Puzzle Bobble remains intact.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix is as fun as always. The franchise feels fresh and young despite being 10 years old at the moment. The music is highly diverse across a wide variety of genres and modes. Plus, the mechanics are so precise as we could expect from the previous entries. However, the alternate gyro control method are not precise; nor even to novel players. Overall, the game is so fun and well equipped with content that offers dozens of hours of play… even in your pocket.

A wonderful Yoshi’s game that, despite having a varied level design, fails to achieve excellence due to its conservative overall design.

This Reloaded version of the first Gears of War is a beefed-up Ultimate Edition whose biggest appeal is the thrill of being released on PlayStation 5. Bloodline Champions is a good alternative that attacks some of the shortcomings and common complaints among users of DotA-based games. However it seems that we have not a perfectly polished product at the technical level and this can lead to users discontent because everything will depend on the number of users wich receive the offer from Funcom.

Pokkén Tournament DX is as fun as the original, so if you liked the game on Wii U you have now a chance to play Pokkén on a portable system with some cool new additions. But the game is not going to gain new followers as the port of this version doesn't offer anything really new in terms of gameplay or even game modes.

Journey to the Savage Planet was a pleasant surprise because it offered us the chance to delve into a kind of Metroid Prime that was much more casual than Retro Studios' title. Now, Revenge of the Savage Planet leaves that path behind and opts for massive content, despite being very consistent in most of its gameplay. It's a fun game packed with things to do, but we missed the more adventurous development of the first installment in the series. It's still a very enjoyable action-exploration title, especially in the company of a friend.

Minit is a Zelda-like game in which you die every sixty seconds. Its design is smart, its world is ridiculous and funny, and its gameplay is pleasant.

Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail starts a new saga that is the beginning of what will be enormous adventures in Eorzea. A continent full of life, new playable classes that provide greater dynamism, as well as more challenges than ever. All this, along with the graphical improvements received and a sublime soundtrack.

You, Me & The Cubes is an incredible addictive first-party puzzle that was shown for the first time on London, causing a big impression trough the fans. Now it has proven his quality, dealing with some minor glitches that won't affect the game quality. Being a WiiWare development, it's one of the most interesting puzzle titles that we've tested this year.

The story is not the best and its difficulty is very high, but Prey gets the job done. Despite its shortcomings, it's an interesting game that appeals to a very specific audience and delivers an experience that should be played.

Payday 2 is a very attractive offer for fans of the FPS genre and it's ideal for those who like frantic multiplayer games. We are facing a powerful title with big potential that will keep you glued to your monitor or TV for hours. The only thing to fear is the threat of an excessive repetition of its elements, which should be solved by distributing new types of heists and armament in sufficient frequency. If they do so, it could become one of the most played alternatives over the network.

Midnight Club is an incredible game, with great visuals and handling; one of the best racers on PSP.

New Pokémon Snap meets the demands of the fans, abandoning the idea of a "short videogame" and presents a Lensis region full of content, both in terms of Pokémon and routes. Its mechanical depth is limited, advancing very little from the Nintendo 64 entry, although it makes up for this lack of gameplay ambition with an audiovisual delight where everything you see around you is alive and reactive. Bandai Namco has understood that nowadays there is little point in keeping your experiences to yourself, that your album needs to be retouched and shared. This title is meant to celebrate the Pokémon universe in its natural environment, for you to show it off and discover its many secrets.

TOEM is a surprisingly well thought-out video game. With a camera and a diorama-like stage design, the adventure progresses slowly; you choose the pace and which tasks to complete. It is a contemplative title that seeks to manifest human good deeds and solidarity. Despite not taking advantage of the potential of its world to tell a good story and some far-fetched tasks, the result is more than remarkable. More than recommended.

Among Ashes is an unexpected and pleasant surprise within survival horror genre. A game capable of breaking the wall between the player and the narrative from the other side of TV.

Future Soldier is a turn toward action, an abandonment of the traditional military tactics. It doesn't lose the essence and the gadgets, and it knows how to bring them to the multiplayer. Fans of Tom Clancy games have a new mission, which is futuristic and fun.

Just like a bed time story, The Unfinished Swan guides us into an experience so powerful yet delicate that is easy to be surprised every time we are in a new level. Visuals and score mixed together with core mechanics that change every chapter and deliver us one of the must have indies of the year, and a black & white prologue inked with golden touches that must be played to believe it.

Dissidia's one of the best games that we've seen on the PSP system, with an outstanding graphic engine and an interesting fight system that assures more than a hundred hours of fun and addictive battles. It still have some minor issues to deal with in a future edition of the game, but for what it has, it's a must-have for Sony's handheld.

Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee are the perfect examples of how the franchise can be adapted to every kind of player despite its cuts, because in terms of new additions, this revival of the Kanto region feels both old and something new at the same time. Same essence, same taste, but different methods to be the master at the Indigo Plateau. Remarkable in every nook and cranny.

Dead Rising 2 is quite similar to the first game, but the formula still works. A fun, huge, entertaining and compelling game, with many things to do and much to discover. Unfortunately, it lacks the depth of the original one in terms of story, and it doesn't feel as fresh as the first time.

Wonderful in every aspect, Gears for Breakfast's first title.

Instead of delivering a mixed experience between two different gameplay styles, Layton vs Ace Attorney feels as if Capcom and Level-5 had left something on their way to 3DS. The storyline is fun and entertaining and the old-school gameplay works just fine, but we hoped to find something beyond the classical Layton/Ace Attorney experience, that is: a brand new title with the best of both worlds.

It is not a revolution, but a good evolution of the good things from XIV, well equipped with improved visuals and rollback netcode to make sure it finds its way in the fighting community.

Catherine is a strange game, far away from anything else. Its engaging story and weird puzzles, along with its surreal ambiance, make it a perfect game for anyone looking for something different, but be aware of its difficulty spikes.

Dying Light The Beast is a fun spin-off that avoids evolving the franchise.

Hob offers a beautiful world where the exposition and the hand-holding take a step back to let an efficient mix of exploration, platforming and environmental puzzles flow at good pace. The combat could be a bit more meaningful, and some technical issues are prevalent, but for the adventure fans it's a trip well worth taking.

Tanner returns, and with him the persecutions and gameplay running in the city. This San Francisco is big, with lots to do and different game modes. The Shift and the speed will not let you breathe. Pure adrenaline pretty well exposed. A splendid return.

Fun, original and well executed. A powerful rift for the ages.

LocoRoco Remastered continues shining in each and every aspect, making it one of the best portable Sony games ever made. Its new features are good, but not enough as it has been eleven years since the original release. Completely recommended, however, if you own a PS4.

3DRealms' return to the Build engine almost twenty years later proves they can still punch with the best of them. A masterfully crafted work of sound and fury this game never once ceases to entertain but can at times feel a little less imaginative than it could be. If only it had as much fun with itself as we had playing it.

Majima is a great character and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth fans have plenty of reasons to give it a chance, but it's a minor, repetitive game with side quests that not reach the usual quality within the franchise.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 improves the original in every possible aspect, except for the story. It's a pity that we have such a weak story, as it's a fun game, with many things to do and many surprises in store for RPG lovers. It's also a nice change of direction from Final Fantasy XIII, so we can expect better things for the future of the franchise.

Lego Harry Potter is not the most innovative game out there, but it's still fun, with many things to do, and a great sense of humour. A unique game for Harry Potter lovers, who will have a great time with their beloved characters and movies.

Season of Infamy expands the Batman Arkham Knight experience, but it doesn't have innovation, nor does it have different mechanics.

Dying Light: The following has great additions like sidequests system and Buggy mechanics. Stills first person adventure with survival elements, but it's more solid and fun than de original game. However, has some AI enemy issues and lack of parkour mechanic.

Ultros is a very original psychedelic metroidvania with gorgeous artistic design and very satisfying exploration gameplay that only suffers from rough and slow combat mechanics. Additionally, his cryptic personality can scare away many players.

Milestone is unrivaled when it comes to bringing the world of two wheels to video games, and although there's still a way to go to reach excellence and there's hardly any competition, Ride 6 will be a go-to game for many months to come.

The Quarry takes the foundations of what Until Dawn planted at the time and far exceeds it. A challenging and very replayable title that allows us to enjoy a terrifyingly fun experience.

We put on our trainers in order to start running through the skyscrapers of an enormous city. Mirror's Edge is a unique platforming game, very realistic, with a very special point of view in the genre. A huge experience, very different from what we have played previously, with incredible gameplay and great atmosphere. It's the beginning of a brand new series that can provide us with many satisfactions.

The Division is a great mix of TPS, Action RPG and MMO features. Intense campaign, full of content and great endgame and Dark Zone. Has some problems with repetitive side-quests and enemy AI, but is a solid experience, better in co-op mode.

It´s a great classic that has took too long to arrive to PC in a optimal condition. It´s a bit outdated now, but its soul and quality are still there for anyone wanting to discover or rediscover it.

More of the same stuff, but this time slightly improved. This particular way of understanding the strategy under Mario's eyes is quite entertaining, but's lacking some new features. A worth-buying game for fans of the genre.

A good game and one of the best movie games that we have seen in years. Retains all the charm and humour of the original movies,but is far from being perfect. The lack of cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes harms the gaming experience, but if you're a fan of the the films you must know that this game is worthy of its license.

The last Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm is a game for fans that accomplish what it tries, creating a beautiful interpretation of the ending of Shippuden, with a complete cast and some spectacular moments.

Murder By Numbers is a surprisingly good experience as a combination of Picross and Phoenix Wright at the same time. Remarkable characters, well written dialogues and challenging in a mathematical perspective. However, despite its addictive gameplay mechanics, the quantity of puzzles feels short in comparison with the huge number of texts to read to; plus, the game is not translated into Spanish, which seems to be a high barrier to those who don’t dominate English. Overall, a nice indie game to have fun during a whole weekend.

A Twist of Fate is an ode to classic point'n'click games. An interesting game, with great visuals, that delivers many hours of fun. Highly recommended for hardcore point'n'click gamers, and one of the best works from Pendulo Studios yet.

And a difficulty level high, which it will challenge us to defeat it and make honor to our long-winning title of Gamer . Long, cheap, challenging, tense and funny. What else do we need?

Civilization Beyond Earth: Rising Tide is a good expansion for the fanbase.

One of the best japanese RPGs that we've played this season, probably the most complete Golden Sun so far - we expected something more from its script, not just the plain and simple story that we've suffered several times, but still, it's a must-have no doubt.

DeathSpank is a really funny videogame, the perfect mix between Diablo and Monkey Island. It has madness, hilarious situations and addictive gameplay. One of the hits of this summer.

Very dynamic and with lots of content. King's Bounty: The Legends doesn't add anything new to the strategy genre but it´s a worthy reinvention of a classic game which rediscovers some of it original offerings. Presentation and production values are top notch, but it's unnecessarily hard and some enemies are not correctly balanced, being too easy or too hard without offering a predictable difficulty curve.

Long, engaging, interesting and really fun. With great visuals and an incredible sound, charming characters and an interesting gameplay, Tales of Vesperia is not just one of the best Tales of ever, but also one of Xbox 360's best RPGs yet.

As a new occasion to relive the last hours of Jill Valentine in Raccoon City, it meets the mark and then some. But as a sequel from Resident Evil 2 remake, we expected a bit more from Capcom.

Outlast 2 is one of the most anxious Survival Horror in current gen and still is great with its new and solid Switch port.

It's far from the best version of DOOM, but still is a perfectly playable and enjoyable version of DOOM. Which means it has amazing gunplay, atmosphere and brutality in spades. All now on the go.

Temtem 1.0 offers a complex, challenging RPG full of possibilities, in addition to their connectivity with others MMO-like players.

Kirby Air Riders is a very special and unique game that only Sakurai-san could achieve.

No One Saves the World is a fresh, funny and original take on the classic dungeon crawler style, an action RPG with tons of hero customization possibilities and challenging randomly generated dungeons.

Horizon Call of the Mountain is a great entry point to understand most of the capabilities of PS VR 2.

Another solid chapter on William's new adventure, Defiant Honor captures the cruelty of war while bringing more of the excellent Nioh gameplay. It also ends soon enough, so it leaves us already wanting the third and final DLC.

The King of Fighters XIV is a deeper and exigent fighting game with great combat system and solid online & offline modalitites. If SNK improves some netcode issues, could be one of the great games in its genre.

Tales of Berseria has an interesting and great storyline and main character. Fresh and tactical battle system in real time. However, has some technical issues and it's too easy in standard difficulty.

Arctic Edge is one of the best driving games for the PlayStation Portable, despite not being perfect and not having a so-well-looking graphic engine, that's lacking a more in-depth development of the vehicles that the games presents. Besides this aspect, the newest MotorStorm is a good example of how to adapt an impressive driving game into a handheld experience without losing its credentials.

A game with barely playable content, basic multiplayer and lack of ambition. The generation leap is barely visible.

It shows the power of Switch 2, it's canon, and overflows with love and emotion for the main saga. It doesn’t matter that it’s a musou and a spin-off. Tt’s essential for Zelda fans and serves as the perfect grand finale to Tears of the Kingdom.
