BABYLON'S FALL is a huge disappointment. The initial charm of the combat system fades off very quickly and the level design feed that feeling of monotony of boredom. This is a shame, as the combat and the narrative concepts have so much potential.- LevelUp

Chocobo GP is an entertaining game and is good karting at its core, however to unlock most of its content the user is required to play through its single player story mode. This makes the game feel very limited, especially in a genre whose main essence is to compete with other users. Still, the characters are charismatic, references to Final Fantasy and Chocobo spin offs bring a smile. The strategic mechanics of using items and the unique abilities of each racer give depth to the gameplay. The tracks are varied and fun to ride. The tunes are catchy, and the game is generally nice looking. This game is recommended for fans of Final Fantasy, for those looking for a future-evolving online experience, or for fans of Chocobo Racing on the first PlayStation, but it is worth noting that, In the end, Chocobo GP is a delightful experience that in many ways feels half-baked.- LevelUp

The Next-Gen version of Assetto Corsa Competizione is a disaster. It can improve with attention and pertinent updates since the simulation and the gameplay are there, but it seems that there is no interest in doing it.- LevelUp

Triangle Strategy has the seal of approval of Tomoya Asano, producer of other RPGs that have stood out for having a special touch. This tactical RPG sweetens the look for its aesthetics and draws us in little by little, in a drama full of tragic overtones. The robust story and its battle system are its strong points, although the exploration is practically nil. The narrative is dense and at times very slow, which make the battles feel like a prize for which we waited a long time.- LevelUp

Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster is an inconsistent work. Graphically, it has some nice effects, but also some ugly elements, the most obvious one is the typography. It is a remake that removes important things from the original game and adopts unnecessary new features. It's not the best version of the game, but it's not the worst either.- LevelUp

The King of Fighters XV is a solid and very fast fighting game that tests your skills. It shows how such a long-lived saga can evolve without losing its essence. Although it offers little content for casual players, the graphical upgrade, new mechanics, and rollback netcode makes the difference. All these changes are noticeable and put the franchise in the right direction.- LevelUp

Gran Turismo 7 is a great racing game. It's clear that Polyphony Digital learned from the missteps of Gran Turismo Sport to deliver a game that, in conjunction with being an extremely solid experience, is the return to its roots that fans were hoping for. While it's certainly not an arcade experience, it does enough to be approachable for those who are not experts but want a deep racing game with a lot of content.- LevelUp

Grid Legends fall short and leave us with a feeling that the franchise is still lost, searching for a path or identity. It has little to offer in the face of similar games that achieve greatness. Ultimately, it's a race with nothing glorious, nor legendary.- LevelUp

Martha is Dead has an interesting idea, but not enough to be considered a great game in spite of its flaws. If you're a fan of thrillers or the setting of Martha is Dead appeals to you, it is worth a check. It's not a life-changing horror game, but it's immersive enough to keep you hooked for a while.- LevelUp

Dragged down by a dated and boring campaign, Lost Ark is saved by an engaging and visually attractive combat system. Although it has payed elements, it’s a good choice for an MMO with tons of content.- LevelUp

Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden combines a classic JRPG with a board game. This format works naturally, however, turns tedious by random battles and the way you traverse the board. Expect a Yoko Taro-style story that takes advantage of random elements to give it a special touch.- LevelUp

Elden Ring is everything we dream of and much more. It is the natural evolution of a franchise that has captivated several generations and is now ready to capture many more. Elden Ring will be the most talked about game of the next decade. It's proof that FromSoftware is a master of its craft and a testament that it dominates the genre it has created. Those who try to do something similar will remain mere imitators: they will never reach the level of sophistication achieved in Elden Ring.- LevelUp

Horizon Forbidden West is, in many ways, a sensational journey. You can definitely tell that Guerrilla Games listened to a lot of the criticisms Zero Dawn received and devoted themselves to fixing them. The result is a game that reinforced the strengths of its first installment and complemented them with a world that feels bursting with life, genuinely exciting combat, and small improvements that deliver an overall experience with fewer bumps in the road. Sadly, several design decisions ended up being a string that limited its potential. Forbidden West could have been a generational impact, but it will pass as just another great open-world adventure.- LevelUp

Life is Strange: Remastered Collection maintains the original aesthetics of the original games while making some welcome, if somewhat conservative, improvements. Visually and content-wise, this is the best version of both games, although it should be mentioned that the visual improvements are not homogeneous. That said, it is a great recommendation for those who want to revisit these games, those who want to get the most complete edition of them, but above all, those who missed them the first time around.- LevelUp

Pokémon Legends: Arceus proves that the franchise can evolve and experiment for the better. It's a solid game that breaks the mold, and despite its visual simplicity, it doesn't detract from Game Freak's attempt to revamp a classic. Pokémon Legends: Arceus could have been better, but it is an important step towards the future of the franchise.- LevelUp

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is a free to play game designed for those who have been active in the card game for years and are looking for a space to measure themselves against other duelists from around the world. It's a deep game, with over 10,000 cards and updated rules. It's also addictive and a lot of fun, but less experienced players will struggle as they adjust to competitive play.- LevelUp

Uncharted 4 and The Lost Legacy look better than ever. Playing them at 60 frames per second is a treat and the basic implementation of the DualSense haptics On the other hand, these details are perhaps insufficient to justify another ride through the world of Uncharted. That's not to mention the fact that this is a paid product and not a free upgrade. That said, it is undeniable that this is the best version of 2 great jewels of the Naughty Dog catalog.- LevelUp

DotEmu does it again with Windjammers 2, an arcade experience in his purest form. While the game is dynamic and works great online thanks to rollback netcode, the lack of content, modes to play or progression can discourage newer players that expect modern elements.- LevelUp

Life is Strange: True Colors is an immersive experience that connects the user with its characters and successfully transports the player to the town of Haven Springs. This moving story about emotions, empathy, love and loss is built very solidly on a well written script, very well developed characters, an intriguing story and very moving moments. Unlike DONTNOD's Life is Strange 2 that starts in a forced and sudden way, True Colors takes its time, is patient and shows its nuances little by little, at the right moment to tell its story. Unfortunately, everything that makes Life is Strange: True Colors great is overshadowed by an overwhelming technical deficiency on the Nintendo Switch, something that leaves me with a bittersweet taste. It is a fine game that should not be played on the Nintendo Switch.- LevelUp

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is entertaining and will make you have a good time. It's designed to leave you feeling like you can do better, so it constantly motivates you to beat your individual scores or those of other people. Its Achilles heel is that its offer of mini-games is short and lacks surprises, so it is made for you to enjoy it in long sessions for a few days, or in games of a few minutes in the long term.- LevelUp

In the end, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl are remakes which are bound to pass without impact. They do a fine job at bringing the fourth generation of Pokémon into a new era, but fall short when it comes to being the definitive version of Sinnoh. It's fine that it's a faithful recreation, but I wish ILCA had gone the extra mile by daring to add things we saw in Platinum. After all, it's not a good thing that a remake leave us yearning for things that a 2009 game did.- LevelUp

GTA: The Trilogy has a total lack of attention to details. At times it seems that Rockstar Games didn't even bother to oversee the work of Grove Street Games. There are some moments and small details that lead one to think that an algorithm was responsible for remastering the graphics and that no human reviewed the final product. GTA deserves more.- LevelUp

Is Call of Duty: Vanguard a good game? It depends. If it is your first Call of Duty, it will be one of the best experiences in your life. However, if Vanguard is your nineteenth Call of Duty you will find a visually impressive, yet hollow, campaign, a multiplayer that soon becomes routine, and a disappointing zombie mode.- LevelUp
