Haze has the makings of a great game, but due to various issues the formula seems to have gone askew.

Ultimately forgettable.

Truthfully, we were pleasantly surprised with EA Playground when we got our hands-on the final version. However, the number of activities in the game is subpar, leaving little to do and see once you've experienced each only a couple of times.

MySims is an okay game in many respects but there are other, more worthy kart racing titles that have done the same song and dance much better without getting diluted with trying to cultivate friendships in a racing game.

Rushed out for release and filled with problems, Spider-Man 3 is – not unlike its cinematic counterpart – a huge disappointment. Those without a huge attachment to the character would be better off spending the money on some trade-paper backs of the comic.

Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles has its share of issues, but in the end, it's actually a pretty good conversion; especially when you think of the scope of the console version having to be adapted to the DS hardware.

While it might not turn hardcore heads, youngsters will get plenty of mileage out of Ice Age.

My Word Coach might turn on English majors, but that's about it. It's doubtful that many will find its premise to be entertaining – at least not for long, anyway.

If you're looking for a realistic warfare game and you only want co-op, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is going to be a good choice, otherwise you might as well wait for Modern Warfare 2.

This isn't the first Empires game to release for Dynasty Warriors but it is one of the most refined. Ultimately, you get some Dynasty Warriors action inside a Romance of Three Kingdoms game.

Clipping issues are everywhere, and not comical ones like GTA or Saint's Row. While playing, I've been shot through buildings, implanted in the ground, and stepped through cars.

Yet another substandard attempt to make a splash in the shallow Xbox survival horror pool. Toss this one overboard.

To make up for a lack of creativity in the gameplay department, guerrilla appears to have repaid us with the quirkiest, silliest set of controls in an action game to date.

The 3rd Phantom is a game for Bleach fans. All other gamers can safely pass at this title and feel like you aren't missing anything you haven't seen already.

The animations are the only real high point, everything else is pretty bland.

As a Viewtiful Joe fan, I'm pretty disappointed in Red Hot Rumble. The game isn't bad, but it isn't great, either. It's average, when it gets down to it, really.
