The team attacks are a solid addition to the game, but Marvel's Avengers does not succeed in being better than LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Thankfully there is a lot of fan-service and loads of content to specifically please Marvel- and LEGO-fans.

The Bug Butcher is more than just slaughtering bugs (which is already pretty awesome). The funny style, the many explosions and the twist of only being able to shoot upwards are all fantastic. This is a real arcade game: you play it over and over and over...

XCOM 2 will reward you for being patient. Just like Enemy Unknown, but a little bit better in every little aspect. There are extra tactical layers added, there is better variation in maps and the game will throw tough choices at you when it comes to your base. An excellent game, and we can only hope it will come to consoles as soon as possible.

This intense game puts you right in the middle of war but not in the perspective you'd expect. As a civilian you will need to survive, while encountering a lot of emotional issues. The choices you have to make are fascinating all through to the end.

The Witness is a gorgeous, colorful puzzle adventure that will offer tens of hours of gameplay. The natural way of introducing new puzzle elements is perfect and as you are free to discover this island full of puzzles, it does not feel repetitive at all.

This game does exactly what its predecessor did, which is not a lot of fun. The key character is too over the top and it makes us feel even more strongly about the Assassin's Creed franchises need of being renewed.

Resident Evil Origins Collection is not really worth it. There are no extras and every game is already on sale for half the price of this collection. The inventory of Resident Evil Zero is so complex that it still makes the game feel like work. Just play Resident Evil HD Remaster and stick with that, please.

For only five euros you can buy Pony Island, an adventure that will keep you stuck to your PC for about four hours. That is all you need to know about Pony Island.

The simple retro look of Punch Club hides that this is actually a pretty deep management game. It can be very repetitive and frustrating, but the fighting system is lively and the pop culture references are highly entertaining.

It is a pity Story of Seasons has such a slow start, because impatient gamers may stop playing. Please don't, because Story of Seasons is a fun farming simulator that will keep you busy for many hours thanks to the many possibilities for you to chose from.

Fast Racing Neo has its futuristic racing heart in the right place. It looks great, it is superfast and offers good tracks. Another way of enjoying this awesome game is to play the multiplayer.

Just Cause 3 offers a lot of options to go ballistic, but there are many technical errors like long loading times and a dramatic framerate. If you can handle that, the game is big enough to keep you going, and there is a lot of fun in there like using the wingsuit, crashing helicopters and blowing up tanks.

Even though Legacy of the Void takes things a bit too far with uninteresting characters and a hint of fantasy, the campaign will still bring you hours of well thought-through missions with a great diversity and presentation.

The gameplay in Game of Thrones is a bit more passive than most games and might be difficult to follow for people new to the franchise, but it does offer a strong story that fits right into the Game of Thrones lore. It has the same fantastic way of taking you into this fantasy world filled with surprising and shocking moments.

Tactics, action and working together are the pillars of Rainbow Six Siege. Attacking and defending bring endless online fun, especially when you play with people you know in a team. If not, the bugs might make your game somewhat annoying.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is not the big step forward that Xenoblade on Wii was. But it does leave a big impression with its phenomenally big environments. It is an excellent JRPG that is challenging and refreshing for players that want something different.

Adding Paper Mario to this fun mix is very balanced. In some cases he is a good choice, but he also makes the attack options bigger for your enemies. Timing is essential and if you do not have it, this game will be an even tougher cookie than it already is. Paper Jam Bros. feels like confetti: colorful with lots of variety and content. To make this party even better, the cutesy dialogues are very funny.

On console Original Sin is still amazing. New buttons, new content; they are both great. The PC version is still our favorite, as there are less steps needed for the same action. But it does not matter if you have played Original Sin before or you are a new player, it is still a must have thanks to its local co-op and excellent voice acting.

The huge DLC library does not have a great setup and the compatibility list for controllers does not work perfectly either. It takes so long to get started, and even though playing is still a great experience, all the stuff around it is simply too distracting. Especially because the game does not have a strong online multiplayer or interesting visuals.

Dice offers a game that honors the epic movie series, especially in visuals. The sound effects are spot-on as well, but both can't make up for the shallow gameplay and repetitiveness that comes with Battlefront.

If you own Bloodborne, you should own The Old Hunters. This add-on offers more enemies, weapons, items and locations to discover and it fits perfectly with the rest of the game. The enemies are meaner and tougher than ever before and that is exactly what we have been asking for.

Mario Tennis Ultra Smash is a disappointment. The basics have been okay-ish for years, but the new modes like Mega Battle and Knockout are boring. The online bits are so simplified that even playing against friends is not an option. This game feels like a waste.

It is easy to be the best if you are the only one, but Ubisoft still works hard on its fluorescent dance franchise. It was a good idea to extend the video content so we can watch people dance from all over the world. The introduction of Just Dance Unlimited is still somewhat small, but it has definitely potential to become a Netflix dance game.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is most impressive in its action-packed scenes, but also trying to figure out puzzles in the many tombs are fun. You and Lara embark on a true adventure together, it is too bad this adventure is not told in the best storytelling out there.

This is the best WWE-game we have played in the last few years. It is full of content and the lineup of wrestlers is amazing (120>!), although it is a pity that they are not all the same when it comes to their abilities. The game is full of bugs, annoying submissions and it just does not deliver the quality you would expect in a sports game. The MyCareer mode misses out on depth and storytelling, but the WWE Showcase-mode is awesome.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 does what you'd expect, and the new four-player co-op does not really add anything to that. But, there still has been progress in the franchise, thanks to a bizarre and intriguing single-player story that will haunt us for weeks.

Need for Speed offers nice arcade racing action. It is a good thing tuning your car to your own taste is back, but the acting that is full of semi - hipster words might be a tad annoying.

The game has its flaws, but when the elements come together this is an amazing Zelda-title that mixes in the best things out of Four Swords. Working together is fun, but it does get boring after a while. To be frank, the matchmaking is bad, there are connectivity issues and this causes so much frustration that it ruins the rest of the game.
