This is not to say that Dark Void is a bad game, rather it's an above average game that misses to deliver that final knock out punch.- Impulsegamer

If you’ve ever enjoyed Inkle’s games in the past, I think you’ll find something to like about Pendragon. Its flat art style, delightful music, and surprising tactical depth mix well to spin a tale that you’ll remember long after you put it down. However if you’re looking for your next tactical challenge, this won’t be fore you. Pendragon is definitely more about the journey, and oh what a journey it is.- Impulsegamer

The game is a bit high priced; the production value is very good. For some players this may make it well worth the Microsoft points it costs.- Impulsegamer

Overall Maiden Cops is a serviceable game for a Beat ‘em up as long as you don't expect anything revolutionary you should have a more than pleasant time. It's also a short game with only 6 levels meaning it does not waste your time and a play through can be done normally within 1-2 hours. The Pixel art is well done if you can handle the fan service characters you should enjoy this game.- Impulsegamer

Is Spirit of the North worth playing? Despite the previous few paragraphs of ranting, I think it is. There’s genuine beauty in the design of the environments and the way the world is brought to life, which is really quite extraordinary. Also, that soundtrack is just superb and pairs well with the quiet isolation of the fox’s cross-country journey. Just be prepared for some awkward 3D platforming and make sure you’ve got a walkthrough nearby for when you inevitably get stuck at a dead end.- Impulsegamer

While not without its faults, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is still a highly enjoyable and ambitious game. It isn't a game I’d recommend to everyone, but it at least provides an engaging experience for mystery and Danganronpa fans alike.- Impulsegamer

The core idea is simple… but the implementation adds variety and complexity to stand out from the pack. If you like this style of game then I would happily recommend The Collider 2… if you have a VR headset, get ready for a real rush!!! [VR Tested]- Impulsegamer

Can I recommend Death Stranding? It depends on which camp you sit in. If you want to see one of the most esoteric video games ever created, that has so many strange elements but none of them cohesively come together to make a traditional “game”, then yes. Dive in and revel in the madness that’s unfolding. If you want a good video game. I’d approach with caution. For me personally, I loved it. I don’t really understand it yet, but the isolated walks and the rebuilding of connections, especially in the world we live in right now, it brought a lot of strange comfort.- Impulsegamer

Strayed Lights is a decent game with some good ideas but can’t use them to their full potential. The gameplay and enemy design will become repetitive after a while, but the narrative design of it is bold and something we don’t see often. Strayed Lights isn’t the best indie game of this year but it is worth a play if you are looking for something new.- Impulsegamer

Here They Lie is a clever game for the PlayStation VR and its motion sickness does make wonder whether this game would be better suited for the PS4 Pro for faster framerates. The game’s momentum starts slow and every now and then the game will really make you jump which is where the developers have succeeded. However in terms of gameplay, it is a little light in its nature but the nonetheless is an interesting look into both the horror genre and into the psyche of the main character in this horror thriller.- Impulsegamer

In conclusion, Harvest Moon Tale of Two Towns is a game that takes the previous gaming premise and reintroduces it to a new audience. If you're a regular to this series, there are a few new additions to draw you in but it definitely doesn't have that wow factor.- Impulsegamer

Mario Party Star Rush is definitely a sibling to the classic Wii game Mario Party and although you do miss out on some of the fun that you have on a big screen TV, it’s still a very entertaining event with some enjoyable mini-games and quirky characters. Whether you’re playing solo or with other players, it’s one of those games that you wouldn’t play all the time but when you do, you’ll have a blast as you play against both real and virtual characters.- Impulsegamer

LEGO Brawls is simple fun that is best played together locally. Kids will enjoy the LEGO themed characters and environments (Ninjago, Monkie Kid, Jurassic World, Pirate, Western, Vidiyo, Hidden Side, Space, Castle, Alien Conquest) as they battle each other to victory via brick brawling! Fun times!- Impulsegamer

Minecraft Legends is an RTS-lite Minecraft experience that feels like Pikmin at times. While not the most difficult strategy game on the market, it will suit those gamers who love the Minecraft universe and will give you enough incentive and enjoyment to keep playing in the end. Once it’s all done and as the maps are procedurally created, you can start again for a slightly different experience.- Impulsegamer

The Swords of Ditto: Mormo’s Curse is an excellent update that addresses many of the gameplay issues that marred the original Swords of Ditto release. The new gameplay changes remove much of the tedium of the original gameplay loop, and the added content is a boon to replayability. The Switch version of the game looks and plays tremendously, however the obnoxiously long load times are an unfortunate caveat. Check this one out if you’re after a simple yet satisfying roguelike to play solo or with a friend.- Impulsegamer

I really enjoyed my time playing Epyka. The puzzles are creative, the characters are amusing, and the story is interesting even though it’s a little “book by numbers”. I really wish I had more time in this world. Some puzzles felt too short; it was like right when I understood what I was doing, the puzzle was over. If there were ever a sequel to Epyka, I would be looking forward to how the mechanics and gameplay design might expand. Even if the game is a bit on the shorter side, Epyka is debuting at only $10, so you are getting a lot more bang for your buck here in this virtual escapade of uncovering the mysteries of the world and yourself.- Impulsegamer

In the end, Sonic 4 Episode II is probably the best Sonic game in awhile that combines retro gaming with 21st century next-gen console mechanics. Although the title is a little on the repetitive side, there's enough fun to keep most gamers going and just when things start to become repetitive, the game fortunately ends in time.- Impulsegamer

In the end Dust & Neon feels like a bunch of great ideas and mechanics that don’t quite push the roguelike genre in any innovating direction. That’s not to say it isn’t fun though as its fast-paced run and gun gameplay always entertains. I just wish there was more variety in the weapons and missions, and a richer story wouldn’t hurt either. The potential for an even more impressive sequel feels very likely if the interest is there and I, for one, am interested enough to see one.- Impulsegamer

Avicii Invector is a music game that feels more like a space rhythm adventure. It’s a bit truncated, sure. Lacking a little in its setlist length, being devoted wholly to one artist. Featuring some tricky mechanics and only having three difficulty levels. Meaning that longevity will always be an unknown. But fans of the artist and the EDM genre will still appreciate this entry in their libraries.- Impulsegamer
