Miraculous: Paris Under Siege is a game about pure simple fun. From the generous checkpoints and no consequences when you lose all your health to the extravagant combat that feels awesome and the showboaty flair during traversal. The game is a perfect example of why the show is as popular and loved as it is and fans are lucky to get a game that is so genuine to the heart of the series. The only way you can enjoy Miraculous: Paris Under Siege more is to play co-op mode with a friend or family member for an even better miraculous superhero time. With fun gameplay, true to nature graphics, and valiant music, you can never lose with Miraculous!- Impulsegamer

At the end of the day, it seems that the developers were a little too ambitious with this game, although I must admit that we did enjoy the first half of this game, unfortunately after that it does become a little too repetitive.- Impulsegamer

Battlezone VR is a fun game on the PlayStation VR system which provides an enjoyable game that doesn’t throw too many challenges at the player. It does showcase the VR system and thankfully the controls work hand in hand with the gameplay and graphics to create this almost retro arcade tank game.- Impulsegamer

Overall I wouldn’t recommend the game. If it’s on special, a really deep discount, maybe get it if you really think it will be your thing, but for me personally it just didn’t hit any of the right notes, it promised a lot and failed to deliver.- Impulsegamer

In the end, Farpoint is an engaging game that although doesn’t push the boundaries of what VR is capable of, it still delivers a fun yet ultimately short VR experience on the PlayStation 4. Overall, it’s a fun premise with some really intense battles as you use the Aim Controller to take on an almost never ending hoard of aliens with an interesting yet cliched story as its backdrop.- Impulsegamer

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns is a fun addition to the steller base game. However, it’s worth bearing in mind that your mileage with it will vary wildly. If you’re just after a little more story you could be done with Khaos Reigns in a couple of hours. Those looking for new characters to master, especially fans of a certain trio of ninjas will certainly get much more out of the update.- Impulsegamer

If you never played the original and this kind of game is up your alley, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a lengthy JRPG with all the things you would expect, and it runs fantastically on the Switch in docked and undocked modes. But if you’ve also just finished the excellent Fire Emblem: Three Houses and want something more substantial to sink into that features classic characters from the series, you may find it a little disappointing.- Impulsegamer

At the end of the day, I will gladly call ‘Generation Zero’ a good game. It brings new elements and ideas together in a unique setting that hasn’t been seen before. However, the game’s point of difference is also its biggest downfall due to a lack of consistency across all elements of gameplay. Even though Avalanche Studios are constantly working on improving and updating the game, I wouldn’t call it a finished title just yet. Truthfully, I don’t feel that this game is overly suited for the Xbox and would be more enjoyable with a team of 4 people playing on PC. With time, ‘Generation Zero’ could become something incredible, but not just yet.- Impulsegamer

For NFL diehards, there remains hundreds of gaming hours at your disposal in Madden 21. These same diehards – much like players of EA’s NHL and Sony’s The Show – will be left with the impression they’ve played this game before, however.- Impulsegamer

The Karate Kid: Street Rumble is a well-crafted and enjoyable adaptation that fans of the movies and Cobra Kai TV series are bound to enjoy thanks to the clever ways that developer Odaclick, has managed to translate scenes from the films into fab set pieces and boss battles. For everyone else though, it’s a fun but basic belt brawler that’s fun while it lasts but doesn’t have much to draw you back once Johnny has hit the mat for the final time.- Impulsegamer

DoA 6 offers fast and frantic fighting gameplay wrapped up in its signature sex appeal to deliver a solid entry in the series - but it lacks single-player and online content to match its contemporaries in the genre and truly shine.- Impulsegamer

For those looking for a fast paced, chaotic (CHAOS) cheesy b-movie style action game, Stranger of Paradise has a lot to offer. For Final Fantasy fans, it may miss the mark of what they love most about the series.- Impulsegamer

At the end of the day, Dragonball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi is an interesting game that provides plenty of fan service. If you have never played the series before, you might be confused by the over the top battles that for me is reminiscent of the excellent TV series Monkey Magic. Unfortunately like most Dragonball Z games, Ultimate Tenkaichi is a little like rock paper scissors when it comes to combat that focuses more on luck opposed to skill. Nonetheless, it's a fun romp through the Dragonball Z universe!- Impulsegamer

More of a rehashed Madden 23, Madden 24’s new additions do little to move the chains. Old hiccups return, new ones introduced, and it remains a title best suited for hardcore players.- Impulsegamer

It appears to be aimed more at newcomers to the genre rather than hardcore RTS fans, but it is sure to please both camps. With its simple controls and game play, it is a fun game to play in short bursts.- Impulsegamer

Cakey’s Twisted Bakery is a compact stealth survival horror game where baking pies is the only way to fight back against roaming mascot monsters. Trapped inside a twisted bakery, you sneak through dark rooms, gather disturbing ingredients, and use the right pies to exploit each enemy’s weakness. It’s a short, clever experience that mixes lighthearted presentation with genuinely unsettling ideas.- Impulsegamer

The lack of online features and a few quality of life issues make the value proposition somewhat bitter, but everything else about the game is undeniably enjoyable. Pick this one up if you’re looking for a platforming challenge, or something lighthearted to casually pick up and play as the mood strikes.- Impulsegamer

Werewolves Within is a very clever game that successfully turns a real-world party game into the virtual sphere that works on all levels. It’s quite clever and one really enjoyable VR experience on the PlayStation VR but its premise may get a little repetitive!- Impulsegamer

The Falconer succeeds in its exploration which is wonderful, however its repetition and frustrating combat mechanics creates a whole new challenge for the gamer. Lastly, this new world will take most gamers around 10 to 12 hours to successfully complete and its creator Tomasa Sala should be commended on creating a brand new and engaging world with its own rich culture and dynamics. Interestingly to say the least!- Impulsegamer

Rift has always been an immersive contender in a market that is tough to compete in. Yet not only has Rift survived, it has flourished - well enough to support an expansion, and Trion Worlds shows love for their game's community with this monster of an update. Many players swear by Rift, and with such a strong and lovingly-crafted expansion, it seems likely that the number will grow. If you already play Rift, then by now you know what an awesome addition Storm Legion is to the game. If not, consider this deep and complex MMORPG a worthy contender for your time.- Impulsegamer

Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection may be just another sim at its core, however the developers give the player some good gaming mechanics and spectacular 4K graphics. The control system is a little so-so but overall it still works well on this new console. So if you’re looking for your next sim fix, Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection ticks the right boxes.- Impulsegamer

MXGP 2020 The Official Motocross Videogame is not a next-gen experience on the PlayStation 5 but more a port but if you’re a fan of motocross, then you’ve come to the right place. Sure, it does need a bit more of a shine here and there but it does create the illusion of riding an off road motorbike, particularly with its streamlined controls and clever use of hapctics.- Impulsegamer

Taken together, Winter Burrow succeeds as a survival game that is polished, accessible, and quietly affecting. It may not satisfy players looking for fast paced action, but for those drawn to slower, reflective experiences it offers a distinctive blend of challenge and comfort. By merging its cozy aesthetic with meaningful gameplay, it delivers a survival tale that resonates beyond its mechanics. On Xbox Series X, it stands out as a thoughtful and memorable addition to the genre.- Impulsegamer
