A facelift of the 2009 original Game of the Year Edition, Replanted is the best way to experience this classic and a great price.

It’s not something I’d classify as an essential PSVR title, but the sheer charm of the world and its characters make exploring Pandora and experience I enjoyed far more than I first expected.

With a critical view of modern spiritual cults and quite a few good jump scares, The Chant’s story-driven adventure is a remnant from the old days when AA survival horror games such as Alone in the Dark and Fatal Frame were not forgotten. The game definitely has its flaws, but it has the potential to turn into a modern AA horror franchise.

The World Ends with You Nintendo: Final Remix is an interesting old school experience on the Nintendo Switch that plays okay but is also lacking a little accuracy.

Your mileage may vary if you come into the game expecting another blast-em-up like Rush of Blood but, if you take The Inpatient on its own merits, it’s an intriguing peek into what the future may hold for the quality of VR titles and stands as one of the most immersive experiences I’ve had with the technology yet.

Unfortunately this is one of those games that has been touched by the movie curse which is a shame as the movie was actually quite interesting. But if you enjoyed the movie, you should get a kick out of this and considering the lack of 3DS content, you might want to rent before you buy.

The story is interesting enough that I do believe its telling could have been handled a bit better. I think that there should have been concession to story with end level saves and the ability to continue the story from the level you were on when you finished. This could have been turned on or off depending on how hard the player wanted to push themselves. Overall I’d still encourage people to get West of Dead. It would be one of the most enjoyable roguelike games I have played in a long time, and if those little niggly issues are ironed out then I think a lot of people are going to enjoy the challenge and story of this really cool game.

The return of Hot Wheels has brought with it mixed results. The racing action is undeniably exciting and pulse-quickening, which correlates wonderfully with the nostalgia of using the real-life playsets, and the are plenty of models to collect that you’ll feel spoilt for choice. However, Turbocharged is weighed down by overfamiliarity, unambitious race modes, on-track frustrations, and a sense not enough has been done to evolve this sequel. On a base-level, Turbocharged is a pleasure to play, but Milestone should try to stop toying around with this franchise, it’s got the va-va-voom to be something special, but unfortunately Turbocharged isn’t quite it.

Overall it’s a lot of fun to play… it’s clearly not meant to be taken seriously so if you really want your show down at the O.K. Corral you may be waiting a bit longer yet. But if you like the idea of a stylized shootout with a bit of humour and a large dose of fantasy then you could certainly do worse than this. It’s a pretty decent price as it is but I’m sure there will be a decent discount in a Steam sale at some point… but if you’ve got a few spare dollars hanging around and you want a bit of fun… give it a go.

It’s a game I can sink a few hours into here and there. But after that, I feel like it’s just going to sit on my self, incomplete. It’s one of those games that takes you months to finish, because the moment to moment entertainment is good. But the depth, the heart, the soul. Just isn’t quite there. I definitely recommend the game for fans of the mecha or turn based RTS genres, but I’d personally wait for a sale.

Pacific Drive is a strange and unique survival experience that should receive plaudits for pushing the boat out creatively, and inserting you into an unnerving climate with a battered old whale of a hooptie to tour about in.

Although flying under the radar somewhat in the wake of the release of Tetris Effect, the much touted “must play!” VR puzzle event of the year, this admirable little effort from Brainseed Factory definitely deserves your attention if you’re even slightly interested in the puzzle genre.

Overall Caverns of Mars: Recharged is a solid entry in the Recharged series, not as strong as Yars Revenge but better than the Asteroids or the Breakout game. Whilst the controls can be twitchy once you get a hang of that you can enjoy it. The gameplay loop aids itself to short bursts of play but it has enough in there with the score leaderboards and missions to keep you interested and coming back again and again.

Overall this game may have some flaws but it did entertain me for two playthroughs and really what more could I ask of a video game? If you are in this strictly for the horror you may find yourself a little disappointed but if you enjoy lore hunting and digging into the meat and potatoes of the story around you, I would suggest giving this a try.

Assassin's Creed: Liberation is quite the system mover that it had been hyped up to be. The game looks good but does not run very smoothly. It was good to see the touch controls implemented well. This is a solid experience for the hand held but really is up to the same standard as the other releases in the series. This is one for those looking for something for fans of the series and are after something that can be taken away from the television.

The Bureau – XCOM Declassified isn’t a bad game by any means. Indeed, once you come to terms with the micro-management of your team and the few clunky control issues it reveals itself to be a fairly solid shooting experience peppered with some great set-pieces.

It's not a dreadful game, but it's not a truly spectacular game either. It is a good game that caters well to celebrating Bond. Linking six of the Bond films into a game like 007 Legends is brilliant.

The game play is satisfying and does keep up with an entertaining ride as a Sniper. While there is multiplayer, it did not seem to be part of the primary design of the game. It’s almost an afterthought to the blast of a single player experience.

At the end of the day, Stormrise may have been better on the PC than the PS3, however it does have its moments from the clever RTS views and some twists and turns. It does feel a little beta-ish at times, however if you're after something DIFFERENT, than it's worth an investigation.

Technical issues aside and unfair difficulty in some quests don’t stop Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen from being an enjoyable and exciting RPG. While fans of the original may feel ripped off with the lack of any game changing enhancements, a lowered retail price suggests that Capcom is reaching out to newcomers who will get the most out of this release. To those newcomers I strongly suggest giving it a go.

In the end, Resistance: Burning Skies Review is a good first person shooter title for the PS Vita that although won't win any awards for originality, it still provides the player with a fun game with decent controls.
