What other game can make clubbing baby seals so much wicked fun? Even with a maddening camera that jumps around a bit, the game is a blast and a half to play.- Impulsegamer

My opinion is...I like what I see thus far, Cryptic has some tweaks to do perhaps and more content coming... but it's a good start.- Impulsegamer

We finished this game in around 10 hours that I must admit was a very fun experience. It was nice interacting with all these Disney characters again (sort of) and although it's not the most original game, it's content, story and characters definitely makes up for its lack of originality.- Impulsegamer

In the end, FIFA 11 is the best soccer game on the iPhone but because it was released with multiplayer locked out, that's a really bad thing to do for paying customers. However if you're looking for single-player only, then don't let this bug because boy is this one fun game to play!- Impulsegamer

Simple at the beginning, and darn hair ripping harder near the end. But a odd breath of originality in a predictable land scape of first person games, well worth a go especially for the price of admission.- Impulsegamer

Initially it may take some people are a little while in getting use to the controls but once you have mastered them, R-Type goes from a mediocre game to something decent but just be warned, the game can sometimes be frustratingly annoying, especially when you keep dying and dying but persistence is the key and the answer to your rewards.- Impulsegamer

Perhaps because this is my first Total War game I’m easier to impress. Maybe long-time fans will have beefs with an unresolved issue or game tweak. All I can tell you is that if you’ve ever dreamed of slipping on the sandals, donning that toga and sharpening up that stiletto dagger, this is the game for you. You’ll learn a lot of history and you’ll have a deal of fun, and maybe after a month or two, you’ll be the most powerful person to ever cast their shadow across the ancient world.- Impulsegamer

Needless to say, if you want a game that is not your stereotypical Western game, than you really need to check out Yakuza, especially if you enjoyed Shenmue and the previous Yakuza titles.- Impulsegamer

SingStar Dance is definitely a party game and if you have a party coming up, this title would definitely be a winner and is something fresh as opposed to SingStar which this game can still do.- Impulsegamer

Gargamel seems to be a mighty sorcerer, though he has a low budget – the patches on his robe are telling. The Smurfs – Dreams also seems to have had a low budget, but the game, in turn, doesn’t need any patches. It’s beautiful and enjoyable – I simply recommend it.- Impulsegamer

It has been a while since the West has had a Sega Rally game since the Japanese only release of the most recent Sega Rally. For those that have played a Sega Rally this is exactly what you would expect, for those who have never played Sega Rally before there is not much here to entice you into a purchase. With only very limited tracks and cars there is little else than nostalgia here, but for those that loved the original this may be enough to make you want to fork over some of your hard earned.- Impulsegamer

Gashasp: The Monster Slayer reminds me a little of each Prince of Persia, God of War, and Conan the Barbarian, all mixed together to make a pretty nice combination. Once you get a hang of all of the controls, and are able to recognize intractable objects, or even avoidable situations, the game plays so smoothly it's like watching a movie. With its mix of strategy, faced paced action, and attractive visuals, this game is a great buy.- Impulsegamer

Virtua fighter 5 final Showdown has stripped away things like back story to bring to the arcade a lean mean fighting machine, and to bombard the player in choices for DLC customizations of your favorite characters.- Impulsegamer

It's a great multi-player game, those looking for something deeper or a single player experience may not find what they are looking for here. Though a group or several groups that actually role play in their games may transform the experience to something on a deeper level.- Impulsegamer

For lack of a better term, this Nocturne port is a “hardcore” game. The gameplay is dense, repetitive, may be difficult for newcomers to engage in, but ultimately rewarding if time is dedicated to it. This is a smoothed out port of a fantastic PS2 game, but comes with all the troupes and technical limitation of days gone with limited effort to bring it into the modern era. If you are a Persona fan or a newer RPG gamer looking for an intro into the SMT series, you might want to wait until Shin Megami Tensei V. But if you want a dark, punishing, intricate experience and don’t mind the rough edges, pick this one up.- Impulsegamer

Overall it’s quite a bit of fun and the lure to unlock the next item or character is there… but it also ends up being very repetitive very quickly. It’s certainly great to leave in your gaming collection for when you want a quick fix of puzzling… but you may find that five minutes or so you figure you can spare, ends up stretching a bit longer as you chase the next goal. It’s worth a play… but I’m not sure it’s quite worth the price tag for what it offers.- Impulsegamer

I’m not sure how many new converts this will attract but it’s a fun enough experience for Doomheads, even if it falls short of Doom VFR or the flatscreen experiences; exploring the spooky environment is actually worth your time if you enjoy survival horror but, again, the anachronistic gameplay doesn’t quite work here and the game is definitely showing its age in both design and graphics.- Impulsegamer

“Disintegration” has so much potential but due to being such a radical approach to combining two very different gaming genres, I believe that more work needs to be done in order to balance and strengthen the core mechanics. However, in saying that, I have found myself quite intrigued by the developing story and wanting to know what happens next. I wouldn’t call “Disintegration” a bad game, but I would like to see what the developers do with possible future titles. I also believe that “Disintegration” would have made a brilliant VR game but perhaps that is something we might be able to experience at a later date.- Impulsegamer

While Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is not a perfect remaster by any means. It has several notable and avoidable flaws. However, it is still one of the best remasters in modern years and the new content makes it an incredibly attractive remaster for fans.- Impulsegamer

With over 50 sporting events, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games offers some great replay value for the end-user, although it can become a little repetitive. If your expecting a full game experience like on the Wii or PS3, this is definitely not the title for you but if you're looking for a collection of fun and sometimes forgettable mini-games, than there's enough content in this game to keep you entertained.- Impulsegamer

Scarf certainly is an enjoyable experience; its combination of engaging story and strong environments are enough to keep the player absorbed for its four hour campaign. But due to its commonplace gameplay, it doesn’t do enough to make it a true standout in the genre. But regardless of its issues, Scarf is for those wanting a leisurely and fantastical escape from the troubles of the world; something we could all use from time to time.- Impulsegamer
