The story is deep and for those Brothers In Arms fans that have followed and played the other games in the series franchise, many things are answered.

If you have a hankering for a Western Video Game or need something a little different than the classic Red Dead Redemption than Call of Juarez Gunslinger is for you that successfully manages to refine this genre and include a few tricks up its sleeve. Add in the great price and there's very little to complain about.

Out of the box, with some of the bugs hindering some player experience, Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising needs a bit more TLC from the developers, till then we are in a hurry up and wait situation.

Where the game succeeds, it does so beautifully. True to life graphics and fun and funky music are great tools. But at the end of the day, it’s the content within that will determine the fate of you game. I feel that Ride 4, is simply not for newer players. Veteran’s of the style will probably adore it. New players who want to break into the genre, I’d recommend MotoGP 20 first.

I think as long as you know what to expect going in… this could well be a fantastic game. If you like fiddling over the minutia of your empire then you will probably love this game. If like me you’d prefer a bit less worrying about the small stuff to your rule… perhaps give it a miss.

If you love open-world games with strong narratives and plenty of sandbox distractions, give L.A. Noire an honest shot – its aging elements are greatly offset by its ambition in every gameplay and aesthetic department, and its (still) unmatched facial animations which bring life to every interrogation and character interaction. For returning fans, if you’re craving a reason to jump back into the feeling of a noir detective setting or want a break from all the multiplayer releases, L.A. Noire still holds up.

The simple question: for owners of FIFA 22 on next-gen consoles, is it worth purchasing FIFA 23? The answer is a definitive ‘yes.’ While not a perfect upgrade, it’s a noticeable one that takes many big steps in the right direction. Plus, if you’re even a mild fan of women’s football and/or Ted Lasso, this decision is a whole lot easier, in tandem.

If the bugs are patched, Weird West has the potential to be a truly excellent game, as there is a lot of fun to be had in the West, you just sometimes have to make it yourself.

Home is an impressive narrative experience that challenges players to construct their own story; it may be short but it’s definitely a case of quality over quantity and offers an exciting glimpse into the future of storytelling through interactive mediums.

Werewolves Within is a very clever game that successfully turns a real-world party game into the virtual sphere that works on all levels. It’s quite clever and one really enjoyable VR experience on the PlayStation VR but its premise may get a little repetitive!

Overall, I have no issues in recommending Sabotage for fans of Call of Duty; perhaps the most solid DLC offering from the franchise in a while, the quality of both the multiplayer maps and the new Zombie film can not be understated.

Frontier Developments have set the bar for their DLC offerings excitingly high, and if the rest of their additional content is as impressive as the Arctic Pack then the future for Planet Zoo is looking bright.

While the simplistic gameplay, and the endless hordes of enemies might be exhausting and even repetitive to some, the Serious Sam Collection is still a well-functioning blast to playthrough and a must-have, especially for fans of the genre.

If you are a fan of classic point-and-click adventure games (like I am) then you will love playing Unforeseen Incidents. It does a great job of balancing the storyline and the puzzles, has a great sense of light-hearted humor and fully immerses you into the game.

Should you buy it? Well if you like the idea of challenging your ethics with hypothetical scenarios then absolutely. If you are or were a philosophy student you may well get a sense of nostalgia and for me that is arguably enough of a reason to grab it. It’s a decent price for what it is, if you aren’t sure, maybe wait for a sale… but really for a chance to play something a bit more intellectual for a change I think it’s a great buy!

DC’s Justice League Cosmic Chaos is a game that younger gamers will enjoy, even geeky pop culture fans like myself. You can tell that the developers have an affinity of DC Comics, particularly with all the Easter Eggs and weird subtle references that are littered through Happy Harbor. All in all, a sturdy gaming engine with strong controls and well-crafted story featuring the amusing Mxyzptlk and three of the Justice League’s most powerful heroes, Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman. It’s just a shame that there is no campaign co-op but nonetheless, it works well as a single-player game.

Overall I was very impressed with Land of the Vikings, it has a learning curve that always felt manageable without being too easy. There is enough in the game at the moment to keep you busy for a while and it may take a few restarts but once you get settled and you figure out the best way of doing things, time both in game and out will fly by. Obviously there are small issues like a few spelling mistakes and pathing issues but in the 15 hours I put into the game before writing this I never came across anything that was game breaking. The developers come across as very active and are looking at adding more content in the future.

Whether you play the Story mode or the Arcade Mode Contra: Operation Galuga is a fun time and definite return to form for the series even with its few teething problems the gameplay alone does enough to make playing this one worth it in my opinion.

Super Mario Party is, without doubt, the best entry in the series since the days of the GameCube. It’s stellar presentation, kooky sense of humour and fantastic mini-games make it for an exceptionally fun party game. Also in the game’s favour is that there is variation in the game mode’s hitherto unseen in a Mario Party. The game is plagued by a lacking amount of boards and a sometimes painfully slow pace but on the whole, there’s a fantastic multiplayer experience in there.
