It's very hard not to dislike the Singstar series and considering that this has made the gaming world more accessible to a plethora of people who would have never even considered a console, is great news for the gaming world.- Impulsegamer

The levels are really a brilliant step in creativity as you make your way through using beams, jumping on machines, depressing switches and extinguishing flames, all for the almighty pie, with extra doses of memorable side stories and amazing designs of art splattered around, its a great accomplishment to see a title like this make its way onto a major format, and hopefully will give a nice budget to the Odd Gentlemen development team to continue to release these sparkling little gems.- Impulsegamer

The developers have actually created a very sturdy game that have definitely added to the franchise and the fleshing out of the series. I enjoyed the story, even though there were a few clichés but overall when added to the gameplay, it created a game that as a fan of the series, I was pleasantly surprised.- Impulsegamer

For the more casual gamer they may feel over whelmed with the depth of control to be had, the game does a fair enough job automating some of the tasks for you. So if your bold enough jump into Victoria II and its latest add on Heart of Darkness.- Impulsegamer

If you have a hankering for a Western Video Game or need something a little different than the classic Red Dead Redemption than Call of Juarez Gunslinger is for you that successfully manages to refine this genre and include a few tricks up its sleeve. Add in the great price and there's very little to complain about.- Impulsegamer

The skittish handling and lack of assists may deter some racing fans but for those looking for a gorgeous racer with depth and a true challenge, GRID 2 is a tidy little gem that will provide countless hours of enjoyment.- Impulsegamer

In the end, Castlevania Lords of Shadow may not be your original Castlevania game which your "granddad" played but if you're a fan of games such as God of War or Bayonetta, than this game will be as equally as enjoyable.- Impulsegamer

In conclusion, don't let Blur whizz past you because it truly challenges the current market and proves that kart games can also be made for adults. With elements of Mario Kart, Project Gotham Racing and even Carmageddon, Blur is the racing game that keeps on giving, whether single-player or multiplayer.- Impulsegamer

In the end, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask is a fun game that both adults and children alike will enjoy, provided you like to be challenged. For younger gamers, the title does contain a hint system but fortunately this can be ignored, although I must admit we may have used it once or twice. If you're a fan of puzzles than look no further because this game will keep your mind well trained and best of all, have a blast!- Impulsegamer

For multiplayer, this game is a strictly a 2-player affair but if you manage to finish the game, it does open up a Director's Cut version that allows you to purchase additional guns with a couple of new levels. Add in bonus artwork, online leaderboards, 3D models and a few other collectibles and there's definitely some replay value here.- Impulsegamer

If you are after a thinking man's game than Virtue's Last Reward is easily one of the most thought provoking puzzlers of the year. With a strange story that is reminiscent of an adult themed anime movie, this game will make you curse and at times cry with frustration and joy when you've solved some of the challenging puzzles.- Impulsegamer

In conclusion, Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars was one of the best games I played all year and probably comes in a close third from Dragon Age II and Call of Duty: Black Ops. I needed something less serious and more "fun" and this game was it. As it doesn't take itself too seriously, the developers have made some truly funny moments in the game that had me smiling throughout the game. So what are you waiting for, you might be too old to play with LEGO in real-life but who said anything about video games! Brilliantly addictive!- Impulsegamer

Blood Bath & Beyond is a truly great addition to the Live Arcade and can be easily justified at only 1200 points. There is a great amount of replay ability in it and while there are still a few minor glitches the game will encounter, they take nothing away from the overall playing experience of this now revived classic.- Impulsegamer
