The Elder Scrolls: Legends does not invent the card, but adds its particular point of view with small innovations that result in interesting and fresh multiplayer matches.

A very interesting addition to the Bayonetta universe that, far from what it seemed and in its own right, has ended up becoming a great video game.

LEGO Dimensions doesn't change the LEGO formula that we all love on the gameplay side, which is good. Although the toys-to-life part of the game will make the player feel that they're missing something if they don't own the proper toys, and that's not fair for an 80€ game. Beside that, LEGO Dimensions is not as fun and inspired as previous LEGO installments.

Youropa is a contemporary platform game with strong puzzle and adventure elements for gamers and creative souls of all ages. We definitely love the design of their puzzles, but the control is too rough to enjoy them 100%.

Long and enjoyable, Endless Space 2 offers the user a deep experience full of options and with thousands of objectives to achieve. It is also difficult and very, very slow.

Obisian knows how to drag us into Tyranny's lore and story. One of the most attainable RPGs of the last years. Both the newbie and the veteran will enjoy Tyranny at his best.

A refreshing take on the gun trope and a really entertaining game, although it just doesn't get further than that. A mere diversion, a brief although intense shootout.

A great Pang homage, but without enough variety to keep players entertained for long.

The new EA Sports F1 25 will not revolutionize neither the genre nor the saga, being as continuous as it is, but it has polished certain aspects (others not) and added interesting options to team management and multiplayer. LiDAR technology really is quite impressive.

Amnesia Rebirth is the best game of Frictional Games and one of the best horror games of 2020. Hopefully in the future they will improve their narrative and their puzzles.

Hand of Fate 2 is an interesting fusion of deck building games mechanics and the world of Interactive Fiction. Defiant Development has created a nice fusion between narrative driven game with a high number of player choices.

One of the best 2d fighters out there, almost perfect in every aspect. There are some slight issues like its lack of cross play with PS Vita or the style of its soundtrack, but beyond that, and excellent game for those who can see beyond Street Fighter and Tekken.

Sonic X Shadow Generations recalls one of the great games of the series and adds extra content that doesn't quite shine. Sonic's adventure is now very enjoyable, but Shadow's approach has fallen tragically short.

Eidos Montréal gives us one of the most interesting narrative games of recent times, always taking advantage of the medium's own tools to narrate. Knowledge and affection for the characters, entertaining combat, incessant surprises... one of the best of the year.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II manages to become one of the great surprises of 2024 with a title that will delight veterans of the saga and newcomers who love action. Its way of including strategy in frenetic combats joins its brilliant technical finish and a bombproof performance to sow the ground on which Saber Interactive presents a proposal that you can enjoy alone, with friends and with unknown players. The game's mime to the original game and the inclusion of the Operations and Eternal War modes end up making a rounded experience that does well everything that today seems to be avoided in the industry.

As a generational premiere, Pokémon Sword and Shield are at a high level. Its attempt to combine different audiences and demands is well-received, although we expect much more from future games that should be more revolutionary and that would take advantage of the potential of a console like Nintendo Switch.

There's no denying it: NBA 2K23 is once again a sports game of the highest level, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jordan Challenge and the retro options. However, it's getting harder and harder to perceive the visual and gameplay improvements, along with the most aggressive micropayment system in the entire industry.
