Despite some minor flaws in terms of AI and collisions, the balance between simulation and accessibility is simply perfect, and DualSense is incredible. In terms of content, career mode shines and let players discover the history of automotive with love and passion, while multiplayer and custom events will let live Gran Turismo 7 for long long time.

Indiana Jones is back with a brand new adventure that pays homage to the classic movies and allows players to fully immerse themselves in the role of the famous archeologist while also discovering a new intriguing mystery and a new set of memorable characters. There were doubts about MachineGames' ability to move away from the FPS gameplay they've known for the last decade. Still, they have succeeded: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is, first and foremost, an adventure, one that involves plenty of exploration, ancient ruins, and intricate puzzles, and more importantly, it's also a great game. After revamping Wolfenstein, the Swedish studio managed to do the same with Indy.

It's difficult to remain neutral in in the face of Dragon Ball FighterZ: if on the one hand we have a magnificent and stunning transposition of the anime - technically and artistically really out of parameter - on the other hand we see some imbalances in the roster and a gameplay very difficult to master. This does not deny the title a place of excellence in the beat-em-up Olympus, as well as an unmissable opportunity for all Dragon Ball fans.

Thanks to a sleek and precise game mechanic and a clever management of a very thin fourth wall, Immortality plays with both cinema and video game languages, using them both to deliver a deep story with different layers. Pokémon Sun and Moon clearly want to change some aspects of a long-standing series. The new features actually bring some of the mechanics up-to-date and, at last, there's a good level of challenge. A deeper plot makes the whole adventure even more enjoyable, too. Unfortunately, there are also some flaws: Alola is definitely too linear and the Pokédex has very few new entries. Overall, the graphics are good, but the frame rate drops dramatically kinda often.

I grew up with Halo, so despite the bad presentation of 2020, I still had hopes that Halo Infinite would be a big comeback for the series, but in all fairness I can't say that it is. Let's be clear: it is a solid and fun game in its fundamental mechanics, also capable of inserting novelties that work (from the open world to the grappleshot) and that I would like to see carried out. At the same time it pays the price of a troubled development, probably a result of the uncertainty with which 343 Industries is handling the series from Halo 4 onwards. A well-defined gameplay, and embellished with some changes that refine the formula a little, is used to carry on a story with a few memorable moments and that still has everything to prove.

HROT is another name to add to the ever-growing list of great boomer shooters, one that boasts some solid gameplay mechanics, a rich and satisfying level design, and a peculiar atmosphere that brings players in an alternative version of 1980s Czechoslovakia that is both fascinating and fully able to stand out from the usual locations that we see in these kind of games. Sure, the game can be a bit "janky" sometimes, but its heart is in the right place, and overall, it's a well-made and thoroughly fun experience that most FPS lovers are bound to enjoy.
