Gran Turismo 7 on PlayStation 5 is really a great racing game - simply, because there is no competition. However, when looking at it from the racing genre's perspective, it lacks novelty and seems like a game which should have been released 5 years ago.- GRYOnline.pl

Armored Kill add-on doesn't change the basics of Battlefield 3 in such a way, that we'd want it to. Quality of new maps is uneven, and there are no massive vehicle based battles (even though the title can suggest it). There is some disappointment spread around this DLC - most importantly the new Tank Superiority game mode is not as interesting as one might think. But all in all, fans of Battlefield 3 should consider buying this expansion - for them it'll be worth it.- GRYOnline.pl

Gone Home is an interesting experiment, that didn't move me as much, as the developers probably wanted it to. The way of telling the story and the quality of the script seem a bit simplistic and tend to look at the gamer from a high position. Still, I think Gone Home is a step in a right direction and I really like these kinds of experiences. If only the developers had put more work into polishing the game - perhaps next time?- GRYOnline.pl

As a regular representative of the genre the new Silent Hill 2 is quite good, and should deliver lots of fun to gamers that like this kind of games. But as a remake of one of the most important horror games in history this new version looks extremely mediocre, which in my eyes is a greater crime than making a simply bad game.- GRYOnline.pl

The new Indiana Jones is a game that would rock my world in 2014. Today it’s a game that struggles technologically (Uncharted 4 looks better) and gameplay-wise, with some additional issues. Still, I can’t help but like this game. I see all the flaws (some were really irritating), but I liked the puzzles, the protagonist and some very cool scenes. I had a lot of fun, and my main issue – regarding the immersion-breaking AI – is very personal.- GRYOnline.pl

Ni No Kuni is a game that conjures mixed emotions. Sometimes I got bored of chasing monsters, got tired of the fighting system that is hard to control, got irritated by some characters that like to repeat their dialogue over and over again, and I got saddened by plot twists - they were too obvious and stripped of symbolism that is present in Ghibli's movies. Despite that I wanted to play more, because almost every time something good happened at the exactly right moment, something that restored my faith in this universe. Ni No Kuni can surprise you till the end, but all in all - I wish it was something more.- GRYOnline.pl

MGS3: Snake Eater is one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. The remake, although it could have been done better, will also allow you to taste some of its genius. This release is beautiful in some parts, but it suffers most from the inconsistency resulting from the fact that, despite its beautiful presentation, it is inherently rooted in the PS2 era and runs poorly on UE5.- GRYOnline.pl

I'm disappointed with the new Forza, but not because it's a poor game or one that doesn't meet my expectations. It's a really good game, but there's no big ambition. You play it and you put it away. The first admiration fades away quickly and later on it is evident, that the developers lacked ideas for filling an open world with content. It looks as if the new Forza is a framework that will be filled by the means of DLC. How else can you think about it, when all the game's secrets can be revealed by using real money? It can be done using the game's virtual currency as well, but it will take more time. Playground's new game is a technological gem and nothing more.- GRYOnline.pl

Gears of War 4 is simply more of the things that players know and love. Halo 5 has a run-of-the-mill campaign that isn't as interesting or exciting as the one from Halo 4. Of course, that doesn't make the game weak - you can play with pleasure and impatiently wait for the final chapter of the new trilogy. But Guardians shines in a different aspect: the multiplayer portion of the game is phenomenal and will keep you glued to the screen for hundreds of hours.- GRYOnline.pl

Despite some issues (jamming MMO into the gameplay, uneven campaign, some technical issues) I had fun for most of the time. It's mostly due to evolution and upgrades from all the seasons, but Vessel of Hatred introduces a solid amount of good stuff. Fallout 4 is a really decent game that (unfortunately) dismisses all the good and important things set up by its great predecessors. The world is big, the exploration is excellent and the post-apocalyptic atmosphere is present. But all the good things about F4 come from its world - it's a great sandbox game and at the same time a very poor RPG with a thin storyline and few connections to the brand's heritage.- GRYOnline.pl

Watch Dogs 2 is a bold sequel with some issues. Not all gameplay modifications are good, there are some bugs and performance on consoles isn't perfect. There is much to complain about The Outer Worlds - it is mediocre from a technical standpoint, has tons of outdated features and its story and companions are acceptable at best. Fortunately, Obsidian's new title is a well-made RPG - this is a game for those who enjoy being a nameless hero who either saves the world or destroys it without any reason whatsoever, wasting time on pointless side-quests just for the XP.- GRYOnline.pl

Veilguard is easily the best game BioWare has released since Mass Effect 3 – it has a better story and gameplay design than Inquisition (which I found mediocre at best) and is a better game than Andromeda in every way ( I won't even mention Anthem ). But what used to impress me now just seems good – maybe I've changed, maybe other developers set the bar too high. On one hand Alien: Isolation has great levels and some excellent sequences, but on the other it's too predictable, has technical issues and a disappointing Alien. At the start of its journey, Marathon is a game whose bold artistic style sometimes overshadows its best features: excellent shooting and a satisfying progression model. F1 2012 is a very uneven game. Some decisions in terms of game modes are really strange - scaling down the career mode and removing the Grand Prix are not the things one would expect from such a game, and challenges can't be considered a real substitute. Fortunately the racing is still full of positive emotions and an improved driving model makes the game exciting for any virtual driver. In terms of gameplay mechanics and story progression inFamous: Second Son is like a typical sandbox game from the previous generation. It's difficult to grade games that are as good, as they are bad (and vice versa). You need to consider how certain good and bad parts are important to you. Conqiustador's main problem is its small budget. You can't shake the feeling that lots of things weren't finished properly or were simply drafted. The developer's ambition was big, the end result is not that great. The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II is a very weak sequel with lots of technical issues and poor choices in terms of gameplay mechanics. New adventures of Van Helsing is still funny and can show off its excellent, steampunk atmosphere, but all in all it's not a good game. The developers failed to fix mistakes from the original and added some new ones.- GRYOnline.pl

Four years have passed since the debut of SnowRunner and I definitey wanted more from Expeditions. What we got is a quick variation of the previous game that enables you to make everything faster with a mini-game. I'm not feeling this "expedition" - this is a dispencer of missions.- GRYOnline.pl

Still Wakes the Deep is a very capable walking simulator, but that's it. No sparks of genius here. The game is quite monotonous, fortunately it delivers some fun with a unique setting and a really good, dramatic storyline that would fit a movie far better than a game.- GRYOnline.pl

New version of L.A. Noire does not disappoint but at the same time it does nothing to make me love this really good game some more. This remaster is just fine - nothing more, nothing less. It offers fancy things like HDR and 4K but there's nothing really new, so if you already own L.A. Noire, skip this version.- GRYOnline.pl

Evolve is a game with an interesting, original concept and good execution that suffers from lack of diversity. The game has enormous potential and playing with a team of good friends should provide tons of fun - the battles are really intense. It is a real shame that Evolve doesn't really "evolve" into something great - this feast tastes good but consists of only one dish that after some time gets bland.- GRYOnline.pl

If a high difficulty level was blocking you from trying various soulslikes, Wuchang can act as a gateway game to this genre. It will teach you the basics without punishing you too hard, but most likely will quickly fade from your memory. A few interesting ideas are not enough to outweigh the fact that Wuchang simply lacks personality.- GRYOnline.pl

I believe the developers from Crimson Herring are very ambitions and their universe has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, they were almost lying when describing their game as an RPG with an open world that is free to explore and lets the player make important decisions.- GRYOnline.pl

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is a puzzle-arcade game with some shooting elements and as such is a job well done. It satisfies but does not enchant. It seems that the game would be better if the developers focused more either on the puzzle side or on the shooting side. The game's strongest moments are its looks and boss fights but you need to remember that a trip to this interesting world won't last longer than one afternoon.- GRYOnline.pl

Destiny has an interesting, original idea for an online shooter that is wrapped in some excellent production value but stands on really weak legs. Bungie's game has a potential to be adored by many, but it depends on their tolerance for repetitiveness. In time, all of this will probably be extended and built upon, but right now this is just a dream. I quite like Destiny, but I won't be spending many more hours with this game.- GRYOnline.pl

Mario Tennis Fever is a decent tennis game with its biggest problems being a lack of innovation, simplified gameplay, and a very weak story mode. If you're a fan of the series and don't care about online play, stick with Tennis Aces. Newcomers may appreciate it for its more robust single-player content and still quite enjoyable core mechanics.- GRYOnline.pl

The key factor in Replaced is whether you’ll be captivated by the visuals and immersed in the cyberpunk universe enough for them to push you forward despite the setbacks – and there are plenty of those, as the repetitive combat and unresponsive controls in the platforming sections can really try your patience. Ultimately, this is a game that’s better to look at than to play.- GRYOnline.pl

Transport Fever 2 has some serious pros - great system of logistics, sensible industry model, pretty environments and detailed vehicles. It's a great shame that two of the game's major elements fall completely flat, effectively nullifying its advantages - the economy of the game is opaque and flawed, and there are no real game modes to play.- GRYOnline.pl

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is an uneven game. Victorian London is great, there's some well executed evolution (running around, jumping and using stealth is getting better and better) but there's still some very stupid AI and tiring combat. Syndicate has some excellent missions proving that this type of gameplay can be exciting but unfortunately they are in minority. What's more - the story is weak, and the final battle is horrendous.- GRYOnline.pl

A really unique game - the developers have changed the concept multiple times and the final product differs from the basic idea. The most obvious thing is that the RPG layer is smaller and less important, than the dominant strategic one. Fans of previous games in the series may be disappointed, but strategy fans should give it a try. Dragon Commander's big advantage is the fact, that it works perfectly as a real time and turn-based game at the same time.- GRYOnline.pl

On one hand we have to deal with lots of mistakes and bugs, mediocre graphics, a poor order giving system, stupid AI and a short single player campaign. On the other hand Spec Ops has expressive characters, cool locations (Dubai looks great) and a grown-up, memorable story. The most painful thing about Spec Ops: The Line is the fact that "unused potential" is the best way to describe it.- GRYOnline.pl

For the first hour of gameplay The Final Station seems like a very, very good game. In time some issues come to light - mostly associated with dialogue and repetitiveness. Still it is a pretty solid debut of Do My Best Games. There weren't many better indie games this summer.- GRYOnline.pl

Shadowrun Returns meets lots of expectations outlined during the Kickstarter campaign. It's an atmospheric story based on the Shadowrun universe and its adaptations. The game looks like a good "analog" RPG session, with a clear goal and epilogue. Unfortunately the campaign is a simple, one-shot experience, and not a deep RPG system. Don't expect a complex, multi-threaded game with lots of important decisions to make - Shadowrun Returns is not like that, but a really good story makes up for it. And there's the editor that allows to create great things, but requires suitable and talented people.- GRYOnline.pl

Far Cry: Primal stands out as a game with an original, really well crafted world but in the end leaves quite a bit to be desired. Using primitive weapons, taming wild animals and observing interactions between all the inhabitants of Oros can be really fun. It's a pity that the game has a very weak storyline and copies gameplay mechanisms from previous installments. As a result, your view of Primal will depend on your feelings towards older Far Cry games.- GRYOnline.pl

There is not enough games that tend to smuggle some deeper content under the guise of entertainment. Alan Wake is one of the few. Alan Wake's American Nightmare isn't even trying to be in the same league. It's just a fun little game that allows you to shoot monsters.- GRYOnline.pl

If I were to treat Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition as a completely new game I'd be really happy, and the final rating would be pretty high. But when looking at Full Clip Edition as a remaster without taking the game's quality into view, it looks like a classic money grab with one redeeming feature - no more Games for Windows. So the final rating should be placed somewhere between these two opinions.- GRYOnline.pl

An unfinished game with many bugs casting a shadow on an otherwise good and demanding FPS. Do you remember all the announcements preparing us for a multiplayer campaign and cooperative skirmish? These modes are not finished yet. I'm disappointed that a game not so different from the beta version appeared on the market. Tripwire Interactive has a thing for supporting its games so I'm sure that after several patches and mods Red Orchestra 2 will fly. But for now it's not worth a full price.- GRYOnline.pl

The new Tropico can be recommended only to those who aren't familiar with the series. For everyone else (especially for fans of this tropical dictatorship) buying Tropico 5 will be a missed investment - the developers are offering the same bottle of rum with a different label. It's still the same good, old Tropico - without significant changes in gameplay, flawed merchant routes system, technical issues and the addition of a multiplayer mode.- GRYOnline.pl

Shardlight makes a great first impression - it looks like an old-school adventure game with interesting characters, a cool world and demanding puzzles. Unfortunately after some time the game focuses only on the story and neglects the gameplay. The technical side is ok, pixel art adds some charm, but all in all it's simply an "ok" game. A long time ago, when RTS games reached their peak in popularity, this game wouldn't receive this much attention. I'm certain that many fans of Civilization will quickly abandon playing ARA: History Untold. No Civ demands such careful consideration of the smallest details and micro-dependencies from the player.
