Degrees of Separation is a beautiful puzzle game with a lovely story of a couple with conflicting backgrounds just trying to be together but is let down by a large amount of monotonous scarf collecting and various bugs.- God is a Geek

For me, the biggest issue Anthem has right now is its loading times. I’ve never seen a game with so many loading screens, and some of them are utterly unnecessary. There’s an incredibly intrusive feature whereby if you fall behind your squad, a tethering mechanism kicks in and drags you forward via a loading screen. The fact that this happens when you’re barely 100 yards away in the same instance is mind-boggling, but more irksome is the frequency at which it happens.- God is a Geek

Loud, brash and gleefully addictive at times, Crackdown 3 is unashamedly fun, even if it does feel more like a remake than a sequel.- God is a Geek

Whilst Far Cry New Dawn isn't a completely new Experience, it does have a few features that give it new life, and despite the bugs and weak story, it was nice revisiting Hope County.- God is a Geek

Metro Exodus feels like a game where its ambitions slightly outstrip its abilities. Visually stunning, it suffers a little too much from an obtuse system of storytelling and maps that are slightly too large creating long periods of doing nothing.- God is a Geek

Apex Legends is a superb game featuring an excellent array of heroes, tight, responsive gun play, smooth movement, smart communication system and an astonishing level of polish in a free-to-play game.- God is a Geek

God Eater 3 does enough to push the franchise forward with new mechanics, improved visuals, and slick animations but is held back a little by annoying camera angles and some poor environments.- God is a Geek

Etrian Odyssey Nexus is the perfect send off for the best DRPG franchise that honestly won't be the same without a dual screen system.- God is a Geek

The final game in the series goes out with more of a whimper than a bang, but there's still plenty of heart, and the combat never fails to entertain. There're some wonderful visuals and plenty of Disney surprises, and although the story is a mess when it strays into the series' lore, it's still fun.- God is a Geek

While When Ski Lifts Go Wrong can be laugh-out-loud funny, it also provides a huge number of challenging puzzles as you try (and often fail) to build reliable structures on unforgiving mountainsides.- God is a Geek

By trying to be all things to all people Genesis Alpha One loses any sense of identity. There is some really interesting ideas at work, and cool aesthetic in one portion of the game, but other areas feel underdeveloped.- God is a Geek

Shadow Heritage is slightly more fun to play than Hunted was, but some weird narrative decisions undo a lot of the character progression from the main campaign and totally expose the illusion of player choice.- God is a Geek

Having only heard about 911 Operator before, it is a nice fit for the Switch with its nice use of HD Rumble feedback and with how good the port is. The game itself starts feeling repetitive after a few hours but if you’re a fan of games that test you with tension and quick actions, this is definitely one to look into. As a simulation experience, it does its job very well and the Switch port is great.- God is a Geek
