Spellbreak is a unique, fast-paced Battle Royalke that takes a few risks which mostly pay off. It needs some work in fringe areas like cosmetics and levelling, but the gameplay is solid.- God is a Geek

In a genre which is suffocating, The Long Dark stands out among the crowd as perhaps the best. Brutal, unforgiving survival wrapped up in a very plausible scenario where beauty kills.- God is a Geek

There's so much joy in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, with so many avenues to head down that it always feel like your story is unique. There might appear to be too much to do by yourself, however, as long as you find your own comfort zone, there's no telling just how much fun you'll have.- God is a Geek

The Silent Hill chapter provides a great deal of entertaining content that respects the series it came from, with the exception of Cheryl's disappointing design. Pyramid Head is an incredibly well designed new Killer, and the new map nails the industrial aesthetic.- God is a Geek

Realistically if you have the choice of which format to get many would plump for the PS4 or Xbox One versions, but I think it’s the Switch version you should plump for, the portability and ease of multiplayer being considerable selling points should you fancy a quick race with a friend. Games like this make you realise that there are quickly becoming less and less reasons why games shouldn’t be ported to Nintendo’s great little machine.- God is a Geek
