Dragon Quest XI is the debut of the saga on Xbox, and does so in the best possible way. One of the best JRPGs of the last years arrives to Microsoft consoles with a Definitive Edition that suffers from some graphic problems but is still essential.

The Final Form is so good that I can almost say that many could stop playing Destiny 2 and relax. But at the same time, the game doesn't shy away from going out of its way to show you that there's also a lot more behind that big closure.

I can only recommend this game for its approach to Japanese culture in a fun way, allowing you to learn a little more about it. In addition, its varied gameplay combines elements of tower defense, strategy, unit management and RPG overtones in a unique and fascinating way. Without a doubt, one of the great surprises of the year.

Ghostrunner 2 is a textbook sequel, with an obvious and perfect evolution, with an intriguing story that engages from the first moment and is accompanied by fast and precise gameplay that is polished to the limit of goodness and a playability that It gets more additions as you progress. It is highly recommended for fans of the first installment, cyberpunk lovers and also for those who like speed and putting their reflexes to the limit. The work done by both Runic Games and Panic Button in Torchlight 2 is simply magnificent, they have not simply managed to bring the full experience of Torchlight 2 to Xbox One, but they have managed to greatly improve its performance, especially in Xbox One X.

Everything is wrapped in an impressive graphic section, and that will make us feel that we are facing a true next-gen title. Obviously some minor problems can be attributed to the game, such as an AI that sometimes acts in a somewhat strange way or some typical bugs of an open world game and that do not cloud the experience too much. Removing this, the truth is that it is difficult for me to get any more black points out of this Far Cry 6, which for me is, without a doubt, the best game in the saga.

Monster Hunter Rise looks spectacular on Xbox and it shows that despite being a port, its improvements are significant in terms of textures, frames and resolution. It’s great to have a port that has what it takes to deviate slightly from its original release on Nintendo Switch.

After analyzing every detail of Josef Fares' new game, I can only say that he and his team at Hazelight Studios are incredibly talented, proving once again that their creativity is on another level. Someone might say that a cooperative game can't be that good and that its concept can feel forced, but Split Fiction completely dismantles that idea. It's an experience that you must play, with rich and varied gameplay that draws you in and doesn't let go until the end.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey follows the natural evolution of the new trilogy by polishing some of its playable mechanics and providing a powerful narrative with one of the best plots in the series. The new combat system with the multiple use of skills and the new character progression where every decision counts, embraces the path of the role games and gives it its own identity in a world as massive as it is dynamic.

Final Fantasy XVI is a truly worthy installment of Square Enix's most successful franchise, with a main story that has me hooked from the first moment. It has characters that you care about and with good development, in addition to being technically good despite the problems on Xbox Series X / S, it surpasses Final Fantasy XV and its technical problems in all aspects, so if you have been a fan of the saga, we are facing one of the best installments of recent years.

The Chimera has some very good and interesting ideas that make me think it will have a promising future, or at least that it could catch the attention of fans of the genre, but right now it has a long way to go to properly exit Early Access on PC , something that I hope will make a console version possible. [Early Access Provisional Score = 55]
