With sharp execution, uncounted hours of gameplay, and gorgeous sound and video, you'll be hard pressed to beat this game.

All in all, Droplitz is an incredibly addicting puzzle game, that will require a time and effort investment that most casual gamers are not typically willing to give.

If you can stick with Devil Survivor through the steep learning curve and occasional frustrating bits, you’ll experience one of the better RPGs – and better overall games – the DS has to offer.

The controls were raw at best, and infuriating at worst. The graphics are workable, but not stunning. The game play was repetitive and drab.

If you like strategy at all and you need a game to get you through the long hot summer nights, get Dawn of Discovery.

It is a great deal of fun with only a few instances where you feel like you are in over your head.

I went into my review for Guitar Hero Smash Hits expecting a retread, but instead saw all of these great tracks get new life. The improvements from Metallica fused with a less niche soundtrack, is simply plastic-instrument-band heaven.

Damn it – Prototype is just fun. The combat is visceral, the movement is fluid and fast, and the storyline is just good enough to keep you going. Wrap that in a great control system and tack on the feeling of ever-expanding power and you have a game that fires on all cylinders. Few games manage to balance their end-game without resorting to cheap numbers games – Prototype manages to pull you in all the way until the revealing end.

This is a rock solid, genuinely excellent first effort by this developer. It's a title I intend to continue playing for the foreseeable future, and one I definitely recommend to those willing to give it a shot.

When all is tallied up, The Legendary Starfy is a solid game. It does everything a platformer should do.

With a fairly lengthy single player game, a well polished multiplayer experience, and the best use of the Havok engine I’ve ever seen, it’s hard not to love Red Faction: Guerrilla.

There’s so much about Red Faction: Guerrilla that is innovative and goes above and beyond your run-of-the-mill game, it’s disappointing that this title didn’t garner a higher score. The fact is that modern gamers want an engaging story line along with their action and that just isn’t present here.

If you're a fan of one of the previous games, you probably have this already, but if you're new to The Sims, this is a great way to jump into the water. Just make sure to climb out for air from time to time.

I walked into Out of the Park X as a complete neophyte and came out rather impressed. Everything was easy to understand, if a little daunting at first. It's not the kind of game you can really get a handle on after dabbling in it.

Be that as it may, this is definitely one of my must-have games for this year. It’s too bad it's so damn short!

If you are a fan of the classic 16-bit era of RPGs then you should definitely buy Crimson Gem Saga.

So, is The Munchables a good mid-range title? Yeah, it is. No one is going to confuse it for Super Mario Galaxy, but it's still a lot of fun.

In the end, I can’t recommend Cross Edge to everyone, but I can recommend it to people who like deep RPGs and don’t mind a little bit of camp with their story.

Fans of Ratchet and Clank who do not own a PSP will be the only ones who will definitely want to check this game out. But keep in mind, it's a short game, coming in at around 8 hours tops. So this may be a rental only if you have to play this game.

PvZ succeeds masterfully at simplifying the tower defense genre into a game that nearly everyone can enjoy.

If you're not a fan of puzzle games, you won't like this one. If you have only a passing interest in puzzle games, you might find Puzzle Kingdoms more frustrating than fun. If you love puzzle games, are suffering from withdrawal and desperately need your fix, Puzzle Kingdoms should provide a good experience despite its obvious flaws.

While X-Men Origins: Wolverine does have a few nagging issues, there is a great deal to like here as well.
