Cavia makes leaps and bounds towards making a legitimately good anime licensed title.- Gaming Age

There is a surprising amount of strategy as well considering we're dealing with a made up sport. This is mainly due to excellent attention to detail on the physics of the disc used for play.- Gaming Age

Mercenaries 2, much like their in-game avatars, succeeds by getting the job done with no frills and nothing more. To many gamers that just may be enough.- Gaming Age

Kine isn’t original, and it’s got some pretty obvious gameplay flaws. But when a game is as charmingly put-together as this one, you won’t have much difficulty ignoring all that and focusing on the positives.- Gaming Age

Though Tenchu does have its fair share of throat slitting and swords-through-the-head, the basic gameplay is more reminiscent of "Metal Gear Solid" than Gaiden's slice and dice routine. Despite the flaws, Tenchu is still a rewarding experience.- Gaming Age

Still, despite the flaws, Final Fantasy XV is worth checking out. You can easily get lost in the open world and side quest portion of the game, which you’ll gain access to pretty early. There’s a lot of stuff to fight, the combat system is fun, and the game looks pretty amazing for the most part. And despite the last quarter of the game being lackluster, you’re not locked out of the side content or open world areas, so if you need a break from that stuff you can easily put the story on pause and move on to something else for a bit. Is Final Fantasy XV my favorite in the series? Not hardly. But it’s a much better game than I expected it would be, and certainly something I’ll play again in the future.- Gaming Age

A great game for a group of friends as well as for the younger crowd. Its target audience actually ends up being a great decision because of the easy to pick up and simple gameplay.- Gaming Age

I for one love what ideas the developers had in store with The Godfather II. The strategy elements were well thought out, implemented nicely, and the game really gives players the feeling of controlling your own family. If a bit more polish and time were given to the game’s action portion, The Godfather II would indeed be one you couldn’t refuse.- Gaming Age

Overall, I did enjoy the game, I'm just a little miffed that it seems to be lacking in overall content.- Gaming Age

You will not find much of a challenge, or even a particularly long adventure as far as RPGs are concerned. What you will find is a game that will make you lose track of time, as you will be too engulfed in the experience.- Gaming Age

While One Escape is tolerable for what it is — a short puzzle-platformer with an easy Platinum — there are more interesting games to play, and it’s hard to see why it’d be worth playing this one over any of them.- Gaming Age

Of course with all the features already being touted about for Rock Band 3 this year it's hard to think of Warriors of Rock as a really progressive entry into the genre, but I think there's enough fun to be had with the on disc content to make it worth a look for everyone that already generally enjoys these types of games.- Gaming Age

They took the time to assess what worked before and how to make an already successful game relevant again, nine years later. My only real gripe is this was developed for Windows 10 and lacks Steam Support.- Gaming Age

Even though they did try to clear up a lot of issues some people had with the game, it just didn't seem to come off like the epic that was Suikoden I. It's not a bad sequel at all, it's just more of the same.- Gaming Age

As for any other problems…basically, it really all comes down to what you're expecting to do with the game. Again, Xblaze Code: Embryo is a visual novel, and it takes that descriptor very seriously.- Gaming Age

I personally like "Psi Ops" better as it was faster paced, had a more realistic look, and easier to control. Some gamers may like Second Sight for its open ended-ness and better-written dialog.- Gaming Age

While it’s great that Root Double strives to give players something more than the standard visual novel experience, there’s still something to be said for economy and brevity. I feel like there’s a middle ground between nothing but clichés for a less than ten hours, and requiring 60+ hours to tell a full story, you know? With a good editor, Root Double probably could’ve been great. As it stands, it’s more the kind of visual novel that you’ve really got to be willing to commit to.- Gaming Age

While this incarnation of Sing Star is just an expansion of sorts, it is called Vol. 2 after all, that doesn't take away from the fact that this is great addition to the already fantastic PlayStation 3 game that came out just a couple of months ago.- Gaming Age

I really wanted to get into Max Mustard as the PlayStation VR2 does not have a cool 3D platformer. It really reminds you of the fantastic Astro Bot Rescue for the original PS4 VR, and I absolutely loved that game. In it’s current form, Max Mustard feels more like a tech demo, or a largely unfinished game. Most of the game was entertaining, but too many technical issues and in-game inconsistencies really destroy what could be an awesome game. I sincerely hope that Toast Interactive sends out some updates and bug fixes so I can give this one another go. Keep in mind that I’ve only played the PlayStation VR 2 version and cannot speak for the Steam VR PC version, but as it stands, I cannot fully recommend Max Mustard until it receives some much needed patching.- Gaming Age

More than 75% of the time a mission entirely changes from the original mission parameters (though you usually do end up completing them), and this is what makes entering a new mission of Starlancer such an interesting experience.- Gaming Age
