Think of it as the cheap seats at a game. If you know what you are getting into and have plenty of friends who wanna throw down with you online, then yes, the game does play a fun addictive game of arcade NHL action. If you are looking for a single player experience or will only play online sporadically, then the answer is an emphatic no.

It's a solid tower defense title, and provides enough differences from Pixeljunk Monsters to make it worth checking out. It's not quite my preferred tower defense game, but definitely something that I think fans will enjoy, and worth checking out if you haven't played a tower defense game yet.

The killer with this game is the price tag. Despite having crisp HD visuals, the game is, somewhat understandably, so similar to other iterations that owning more than one copy is completely unnecessary... unless you're addicted. In all honesty, the same can be said about most puzzle games, but where Bejeweled 2 differs from its competitors is that it really hasn't changed at all.

For the price, and I stress that, Soldner-X: Himmelssturmer is an fun little side scrolling shoot-em-up. It's not quite in the same league as Konami, Treasure or Cave shooters or the like, though it has it's place. 2D side scrolling shooters are sort of a lost art these days, so it is nice to have a new game in the genre, and a flashy high definition one at that.

Spray comes off as a pretty big disappointment, since I'm generally a big fan of platformers. The mechanic of using different liquids to overcome obstacles and puzzles isn't necessarily a bad one, but it doesn't feel all that fresh considering what Super Mario Sunshine had done previously (and awhile ago).

I wanted to play Bioshock for its heavy atmosphere and compelling story, or Mass Effect because I finally appreciate the dialog trees and voice acting. In Fallout 3, most of my decisions could be argued for the inconsequential feeling I associated with them.
