A solid addition to the series. The thrills are definitely here, and they're more disturbing than ever, but it sticks to the traditional survival horror mold — a likely turn-off for those looking for something new.

A great single-player game with truly unforgettable courses, but the plain multiplayer levels, ho-hum graphics and bad sound keep this game from making my must-have list.

The biggest flaw that I experienced while playing was the simple matter of the gameplay, as no matter how fast you go or how well you fly, a great deal of winning the race simply rests in picking the faster aircraft and getting fairly lucky.

It's a nice diversion from the run-of-the-mill military strategy games, and it's different enough that casual fans of strategy games might be lured into the glory of being a firefighter.

For a console RTS, Aliens versus Predator: Extinction isn't half bad but compared to a PC RTS, however, Extinction is too simplistic for it's own good and hardcore RTS fans would do best to avoid it.

One major problem is the lack of strategy required at what initially appears to be a game ripe for strategy. A one-dimensional approach can be adopted and applied to almost any circumstance as you attempt to overwhelm your enemy.

The real highlight however is the improvement to the graphics engine. The scenery is improved along with general detail enhancements but the weather system is quite remarkable.

If you're looking for something a bit more accessible and arcade-influenced than most golf games, or if you just love Mario, you can't go wrong with Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour.

Probably the pinnacle of turn-based strategy titles to date.

The repetitiveness of the locations is where it falls apart. The audio doesn't have any excuse however but is in desperate need of one. The sound effects are low quality and even distract from the game.

Remarkably satisfied with this title.

Fails to rise above its predecessors. A perfect example of a Fans Only title, as most tacticians and strategy gamers would rather have a bit more meat in their titles.

The fact that there aren’t any incentives to finish specific missions may be a disappointment for those that are more goal orientated but the number of missions available should justify the $30 for fans of pure combat flight simulators.

I'd most liken this title to Armored Core: Project Phantasma, as although most AC games have a small mystery going on in their backstory, this one is quite nasty, and well, like Phantasma.

Without a doubt this is the best Star Wars game created to date. Even those not historically interested in RPGs or Star Wars shouldn't pass by this too quickly as it's rare to find a game executed with this level of quality.

You are restricted to only the ability to connect two Xboxes! This means that the only way to play four players over Live! is to have two people at each location. Talk about disappointing.

The controls are horrendous, relying on an uncontrollable camera angle that seems to mostly face the wrong way in a 3D game. The end result is that you won’t know what you are up against or where you are headed until it’s too late.

A well-realized, excellent, and more importantly, fun adventure title.

A solid platform game through and through. Simply put, Ape Escape 2 is worth going bananas over.

The greatest feature of the game is that once unlocked, you can apparently drive from one end of the first level all the way to the end of the last level, as they’re all connected portions of one large city, which the designers claim loads seamlessly.

Perhaps the biggest problem in Magic Pengel is that it relies too much on a gimmick—fortunately, the some of the game’s shortcomings can be overlooked because the gimmick is done so well.

The lack of originality may not put it in the running for game of the year, but the well-designed gameplay will keep you busy for some time.

Although Star Trek fans may have liked a stronger use of the license and FPS fans would have preferred a more intelligent AI, as long as you don’t come in with lofty expectations you should at least get out of it what you put in.

Although one of the better F1 racing games around, it seems like F1 Career Challenge might need to add some air to their tires.

What brings this otherwise masterful game down most are the handful of surprising glitches found throughout the levels. From unactionable actions, to floating shadows, Angel sometimes looks a bit like a beta, which is both saddening and surprising when coming from a company like Eidos.

This is a very traditional realistic FPS, lacking in any serious innovation, relying on the same gameplay that's worked before. However, ultimately, I found it a bit boring.

A truly abysmal gaming experience that doesn’t do the Square moniker justice, we know they are capable of better.

While the physics are far from perfect, it’s a combination of strong multiplayer gameplay and excellent graphics that make this a title worth getting, if only just so.
