This is only a $20 game, so Im perfectly happy seeing a game thats got repetitive gameplay and slightly off visuals, especially when the game designers went out of their way to make Evil Dead fans happy. Nuf said, play on.
-
The repetitive combat wont wow hardcore action fans, but committed zombie-hunters might enjoy the challenge and the attitude. Hail to the king, baby.
-
Cheat Code CentralThe extra video with Bruce talking about the game and his experience over the years is worth the price alone.
-
Specifically for Evil Dead fans. Aside from Ash, the game doesnt have a lot to offer hardcore gamers.
-
Whether or not you'll take to A Fistful of Boomstick will hinge primarily on your appreciation of Bruce Campbell's speaking voice and your love of cheesy one-liners.
-
Those who love Evil Dead will enjoy the game and the one-liners. The ending alone is worth playing through the game for.
-
Gameplay? Boring. Get Item A to access Area B, then talk to this guy to find out where to pick up Item C. Youre being led around by the nose the entire time, and enemies just spawn over and over again... A slap in the face of Evil Dead fans everywhere. Absolute drek.
