A strange beast. Initially captivating for its haunting atmosphere and impressive plotline, Gamestyle soon uncovered sanity effects that pushed us over the edge - of despair.- Gamestyle

Such issues with level design, camera foibles and other miscellanies were surely highlighted during testing. It is unfortunate that these were either downgraded or deliberately overlooked, but the damage to the series is momentous.- Gamestyle

As it is, there’s little to keep you coming back for more, and your money is better spent elsewhere. Average at best.- Gamestyle

The final nail in the proverbial Mana Tree wood coffin is the Gem Frame. Meant to provide a higher level of customisation to your character beyond rudimentary equipment, this little fit-stones-into-shape puzzle only manages to overpower you - Making every enemy, including the bosses, easy to beat and the entire ordeal rather similar and ultimately boring in the process.- Gamestyle

The game can only be seen as a disappointment for those expecting an online extravaganza (or for series veterans looking for something new).- Gamestyle

The potential for Guerrilla to develop a truly impressive FPS title on the PS2 is obviously there, but it's a learning curve that players won't be scaling anytime soon. The PS2's answer to "Halo"? Don't make us laugh.- Gamestyle

A real missed opportunity, it should be done better and has been before.- Gamestyle

What we were able to see showed that Shadow Hunters is a respectable re-versioning of what the original game did so well, but with no-one to share it the positives come with caveats. You'll need either more luck than we had online or a willing group of like-minded friends to gain real enjoyment from this DLC. Without either, Shadow Hunters is an experience akin to a lone child playing on a seesaw.- Gamestyle

Godfather II stands out in the sandbox genre because of the Don’s View but it’s the only thing that really does. Everything else can be discarded, but if EA can take the Don’s View and put that in a game with more technical proficiency, we’ll be buying.- Gamestyle

There's certainly a decent sized campaign and there is the added multi-player to increase longevity, albeit not online enabled, and graphically the game is very impressive for a PSP game which means long loading times are not created along the way.- Gamestyle

There’s something lacking at the heart of Point Blank DS, and at no point does it fell like a cohesive collection.- Gamestyle

Ultimately WALL-E the film deserves better than this licensed release, which has been formed using an off the shelf formula.- Gamestyle

John Daly's ProStroke Golf can only be considered a disappointment. The golfing mechanics are no more than acceptable, and the presentation is poor.- Gamestyle

Quite frankly, even long time Dragon Ball Z fans will get limited fun out of this. Burst Limit isn't necessarily bad and can be quite fun at first, but you'll get bored of it after a few days because of the above mentioned issues and go back to playing something else.- Gamestyle

Samurai Warriors 2 lacks the cutting edge Gamestyle was expecting and, for many out there, is an easy target to criticise. Improvements and new additions are recognised, but more work is necessary to revitalise the genre for a new generation.- Gamestyle

Call of Juarez is an odd game that manages to mix two distinct gameplay styles, failing miserably in the process.- Gamestyle

The persisting feeling is that this is a rushed oddity, attempting to attract new recruits to the series while offering a challenge before it returns to its RPG roots. For Gamestyle the return cannot come quickly enough.- Gamestyle

We're not concerned that the system isn't at the forefront of technology, so what is here isn't bad; it just hasn't got the charm of the books or the magic of the movie. And Harry Potter without magic doesn't make sense.- Gamestyle

Overall, it's an awesome game if you have the reflexes of a jaguar and can second guess every opponent's next move but for most humans it will just be a whole lot of frustration and not nearly enough reward.- Gamestyle

Medal of Honor Airborne offers up some genuinely interesting ideas to freshen up the series and the genre as a whole. It’s just a shame that they are let down by the game’s shoddy mechanics.- Gamestyle

A thoroughly underwhelming package, with a few nice additions that don't really elevate it above 'average'. And its most notable feature - the Xbox Live multiplayer mode - feels somewhat dated and simplistic compared to current Live games.- Gamestyle
