Perhaps the first Sonic game that had Gamestyle reaching for the instruction manual. It starts a bit vague in regards to how it should be played, but it soon clicks into place.- Gamestyle

Far Cry Instincts: Predator would be something special on the Xbox (the original was given an 8, after all), but we've seen it all before and Ubi-Soft have clearly forgotten that we are now entering the next generation of gaming.- Gamestyle

If you love hoops, then this is a great simulation that will last until the next iteration, but Gamestyle feels that the real fun is to be had out on the blacktop and not in the comfort of your La-Z-Boy.- Gamestyle

Ultimately though it is one long drawn out cutscene cut up by little bits of gameplay that do not seem to fit in as well.- Gamestyle

This is a challenging game to say the least, but it's the lack of a decent learning curve that really hurts it.- Gamestyle

After completing Beyond: Two Souls it’s understandable why this is one of the most divisive games around. Even now it’s difficult to say whether we enjoyed it or not, it’s certainly an interesting game, and does have some nice ideas. So despite a story that feels disjointed, tonally uneven and a mid-section that feels completely out of place, it’s something that is different enough from the norm that maybe, just maybe it’s worth picking up.- Gamestyle

A decent translation with much to enjoy (primarily the sport itself); as a videogame, despite its problems - but hampered with the ruck to individual control flaw - the game seems more unfair, and less sporting.- Gamestyle

Visually spectacular and mechanically solid from moment to moment, but fundamentally flawed.- Gamestyle

The high tempo action is matched by a fluid frame rate that does not seem to dip even during boss encounters. While it lacks the draw dropping visuals of many full price counterparts, for £3.49 (until 23 May) it is a fine start to the PlayStation Store and a refreshing pit stop to keep on your hard drive.- Gamestyle

With trophy support and some decent game modes, Heavy Weapon is entertaining and fun.- Gamestyle

Its entertainment is short-lived, but only because the game itself is short. Although there is replay value in exploring the levels to their entirety, and completing the missions and multiplayer offer a few more hours entertainment, Sonic Colours is ultimately unsatisfying.- Gamestyle

At the bargain price it is hard to fault Ghost Recon Jungle Storm because, for the money, it delivers across the board; and the additional missions are welcome. Those waiting for notable improvements will just have to be patient for "Ghost Recon 2."- Gamestyle

Compared to other beat ‘em ups it lacks polish and epic sized modes but SNK Playmore has reanimated this series to good effect with a solid combat system.- Gamestyle

While it will easily thrill Potter fans, it also provides an above average distraction for those curious about the series, or looking for a release that integrates the Wii remote with some reasonable success.- Gamestyle

Quite a decent RPG. What holds it back is that it is far too typical of the genre; there's really nothing new about it nor does it do anything particularly well to make it truly stand out. If you're a fan of RPGs, you'll enjoy it, but it may be something of a forgettable experience.- Gamestyle

If you have the yearning, however, it may be advisable to seek out another of Sega's recent offerings - the lavishly-presented, highly-atmospheric originality of "Otogi."- Gamestyle

Considering the resources at EA's disposal, the practised excellence of their programmers and artists, and the experience of well over a decade of development, there should be more put into the game.- Gamestyle

For fans of the first two Battlefront games there is plenty here to enjoy. The single player is a limited experience which will disappoint most, but for those with access to the online features then Renegade Squadron is well worth the asking price.- Gamestyle

Although it costs 1200 Microsoft Points, Assault certainly offers more value for money than Impact, and just about gets the nod over its predecessor.- Gamestyle

But with this much constant repetition, sloppy enemy and level designs, artificially-prescribed deaths, lack of bonus GBA-connectivity and even some glitchy overlapping voice samples, it's really a matter of how much the player is prepared to tolerate.- Gamestyle

It is a shame as it is a very well done remake, it is just that the mechanic is now 30 years old and it does show it's age and no amount of sprucing up can change that fact.- Gamestyle

While one of the the biggest issue with the series lies decidedly with the console's controls itself, it's hard to lay all the blame on the game itself completely; but it remains difficult to recommend this over its home console versions, as ubiquitous as they are.- Gamestyle

A great game, steep in challenge and offers very little but repetitive running and shooting, you will know if you are going to like it from the box, what you wont know is if you have anywhere with the required lighting to be able to play it.- Gamestyle
