It's sad to say that it's just not worth persevering through the tortuous controls. The story is not particularly gripping, and the decisions that affect the progression aren't provoking.- Gamestyle

Featuring a compilation of near identical games, complete with a poor versus mode and terrible glitches KOF is hardly a celebration the series deserves.- Gamestyle

In conclusion, Defenders had the basis for a good game. The developers have tried something different, but it hasn't worked this time. The gameplay just comes across as uneven. Certain units should be strong against some towers and weak against others and vice versa, instead of every unit bar one being weak against everything. Unfortunately, this game simply comes across as a chore to play, rather than a joy.- Gamestyle

Wing Island is another visual disappointment for the Wii and without the strong foundation of game play; the graphics are even more obvious.- Gamestyle

Two steps removed from the CCG it seeks to emulate, and is unlikely to appeal to anyone but Magic aficionados - and even then it has so cruelly crushed the freedom and essence of the licence that players of 'chess with cards' cannot help but shun it.- Gamestyle

Remove the excellent presentation and engaging audio, and you have a video game that is not fit for purpose.- Gamestyle

Potter fans will be disappointed by this lazy attempt that is substandard fare and lacks options. EA Bright Light will have to revolutionise its approach if the franchise is to end on a high.- Gamestyle

Gamestyle found it laughable that this rogue superhero couldn’t jump onto a small ledge simply because it was deemed unnecessary – each time Wolverine was knocked back by an invisible force.- Gamestyle

It's a perfect example of a lazily-produced game because the makers thought that the target audience wouldn't notice.- Gamestyle

So it’s not a great compendium, but does come with a remote, so that’s a bonus (especially for multiplayer games of Wii Sports with your non-Wii owning friends).- Gamestyle

Over the Hedge is a game that could have very well changed our perception of what to expect in these kids' movie tie-ins; however, after a promising start, it soon became apparent that we were still heading into an average and linear experience, and that's ultimately all that's on offer here.- Gamestyle

So all in all, with the impressive Double Dragon Advance being available since 2003, an arcade perfect version of the original was never going to wow today's audience, even with it's HD graphics & online co-op options.- Gamestyle

Tedious puzzles and boring 'go here and collect this' missions destroy what could have been the most interesting Harry Potter title to date. So, it's another average movie tie-in then. What a surprise.- Gamestyle

Rygar: The Battle of Argus should have been a challenging and thrilling Wii experience, if only more care and attention was put into the final package.- Gamestyle

Sadly, Bladestorm isn’t an improvement on the Warriors games. An awkward mish-mash of action and strategy, which fails to succeed on either count. The combat is monotonous and the strategy underdeveloped. One to avoid.- Gamestyle

While Gamestyle enjoyed the action far more than Joust or more than we actually expected originally, next time someone argues that games were better all those years ago, direct them towards Rampart and see that argument crumble far more quickly than the castle walls.- Gamestyle

The worst issue, however, is the handling - akin to pushing a shopping trolley with one wheel locked, the cars in Group S are just about as twitchy as they can be.- Gamestyle

Target Liberty is a game so clunky, dated and downright unlovable that between its miserable graphics, woeful presentation and tedious gameplay it feels more like a late-90s budget PC release than a premium PSP game with a price-tag to match, and playing it is as pointless and unrewarding an enterprise as you're likely to get for £30.- Gamestyle
