The online games feel fresh. But the gameplay changes are only in the details, since years the FIFA series is based on the same formulas. FIFA 21 clearly lacks innovation.

The game still kind of works because of the KI and the good controls, but that doesn't make up for bad level design and presentation. Alma doesn't cause fear anymore, she's just annoying.

Mordheim is a lot of fun, despite its rough corners, if you are patient and willing to live with harsh consequences.

Visually and gameplay-wise Oceanhorn is a good Zelda clone with lots of charme, definitely worth a journey by sailing boat.

Minimal remaster that changes almost nothing, doesn't look dewy fresh, but is still as much fun today as it was in 2010.

Atmospheric and thematically very dense strategy game about agents, with some weaknesses and annoying mechanics spoiling the fun.

One of the most disputed game series is back and expectations are as big as the name. It turns out to be a decent game, but there are not enough innovation to make it a great game. The multi-player mode is entertaining, but not as good as it was.

I am really looking forward to the next mission, the next dialog, the next puzzle. As in a solo role-playing game flat. And this is not an error but a boon.

Darktide is an outstanding shooter and one of the best Warhammer 40k games, but it struggles with technical and progression issues.

Yes, Rogue hardly differs from Black Flag, but it's just right.

Six little ninjas have to save animals and fight an evil samurai warlord. Each of the ninjas has its own special ability, like stopping time, playing a flute to slow down enemies or use a hammer to smash opponents. It's a simple game but it's a lot of fun.

The game is currently still noticeably lacking in content, this Early Access release is more reminiscent of a larger demo.

Extremely funny with plenty of zombie blood splatter that doesn't take itself seriously at any moment.

Lots of retro feeling, small scale. Only real fans of the 80s' transformers will enjoy Devastation. Sorry kids, these are not the Transformers you're looking for.

It feels like visiting an old friend. New in some regards, but nothing too surprising. And in this case, that's actually a good thing.

The Ascent looks fantastic and offers grandiose combat. Frequent technical problems and annoying bugs, however, spoil the fun.

It's fun, but not for very long. The ideas deserved a better game, but it's still a nice change from the typical first person shooter and it's not expensive at all.

The high random factor in the absolutely necessary restarts in each level, the somewhat too high degree of difficulty for my taste and the associated frustration factor makes from John Wick Hex not a bad, but also not a recommended game.

Cities Skylines 2 is an outstanding transportation simulation, but as a city-building game it still doesn't feel as polished as its predecessor.

As far as parkour gameplay is concerned, this is a well done reboot with more story and content, but the the integration of new ideas feels artificial.

It's a two-faced game that seems to be too complicated, old fashioned and unfair to new players. But it has a fascinating part when well-organized gamers play co-op and multiplayer matches.

The eight characters allow for a very varied approach, depending on their composition. I also liked the strategy part with the base building as a resting place between the missions. It underlines the feeling of being part of a long-established resistance movement. On the other hand, I was hoping for more from the perspective of the Russian partisans. Despite the scenario, the narrative remains very superficial.
