Hellgate is like the first Diablo, just in 3D. If you can live with it's weaknesses and bugs, you will enjoy the usual hunt after better items. But, being done by former Blizzard developers, it could have - and should have - been better.

Lonely Mountains: Downhill reminds me of many favorite games from my childhood. Not because it's a game with retro flair, but because it explains what was then due to the technical limits, a virtue - to pour with simple means and no frills a good idea in a fun gameplay.

A magnificent DLC in the truest sense of the word. For hardcore fans though, it sets the wrong priorities.

Dying Light 2 combines great gameplay with a surprisingly good story. However, the run-of-the-mill open world impairs the fun in the long term.

Necrom combines a wonderful story, stunning areas, and a fun new Arcanist class with overly tedious combat.

The outstanding feature of Tabula Rasa isn't it's futuristic setting, but it's fighting system. Instead of the usual clicking on symbols, it offers real time battles. Richard Garriott's latest creation may have its weaknesses, but it's a MMO with personality.

Mothership Zeta offers new opponents, weapons and areas. Whether the expansion pays homage to Mars Attacks, Aliens and Star Wars or most of the important elements have been copied from them, it's fun nonetheless.

You also have to give the developers a lot of credit for how much fan service and configurability they've put into the game.

Streets of Rage 4 is a dream come true for nostalgia addicts of the fighting game genre. It consciously rejects the modern era and will therefore not appeal to everyone.

Good remaster of the classic, that increases the degree of detail dramatically without damaging the style. But the gameplay is quite undemanding.

If you look at it and can overlook the rather clumsy story and the weak fighting system, Green Hell is suitable for genre novices with strong nerves as well as for veterans interested in a new challenge.

From ice races to climbing on steep slopes and rallycross through gravel and mud to gymkhana stunt events, there is something for every taste. And if I don't feel like going to a certain event, I just skip it. You are by no means forced to go along with everything, and that's a good thing.

Sam & Max behind bars! That’s how the third season starts and it’s a great start, too. Lots of comedy, running gags, the return of beloved characters and new ideas - but still a bit too easy.

It may not be as good as the predecessor, but it's still a good game that can glue you to your chair for more than 10 hours. Vin Diesels voice is a bit over the top this time, there's only so much coolness one can bear.
