The graphics are similar to games from that time period and the backgrounds, the bots, the players all look and feel really good.- GameSpace

The game itself it the standard shooter from a third-person viewpoint. The controls are basic enough for younger fans to play, and not very difficult to learn.- GameSpace

While I do fully enjoy this game, there are some things I would like to have seen a bit more of including visuals for inside the ships that show the players changes. Maybe even a semi multiplayer mode where you can compare your progress with another to drive performance and challenges.- GameSpace

Yoshi’s Crafted World is hours of fun for you and your whole family. Being able to step into a world with Yoshi as your main character will bring glee to any fans heart. He acts just as you remember from Super Mario World with all new tricks up his sleeve. For $59.99 USD you can own a copy of Yoshi’s Crafted World and you will not regret it.- GameSpace

The Division 2 has given me something in a game that I haven't experienced in quite some time: an enjoyable and compelling leveling process and an endgame that has a dynamic nature to it.- GameSpace

RBI 19 is another step forward for the returning series, and it's still the only game in town on the Switch if you want a baseball game. But for a game that fancies itself as more arcade than simulation, it's still a bit bland to play for my liking. They either need to fully commit to the Arcade-stylings or try harder to be a sim. I'd expect RBI 20 to be more of the former.- GameSpace

Vaporum is a great throwback to the days of classic dungeon crawlers. The game is full of puzzles, exploration and a wonderful narrative all wrapped in some nice, basic RPG elements. If you're buying this Switch version purely to go mobile then be forewarned that it might induce eye strain, otherwise, it's a strong buy.- GameSpace

Blaster Master Zero 2 does a great job of coming off as a fun, difficulty-laden retro game of years past, while not feeling like its cheating the player with artificial difficulty.- GameSpace

I’m not usually a “city-building” kind of gamer. Aside for some dalliances within a particularly in-depth RTS, or in a few of the newer survival type games. Even then, they are little more than curious dalliances. So imagine my surprise when I found this particular title pulling me in as its deceptive simplicity evolved into multi-tiered complexity and intense micromanaging capacities.- GameSpace

If real-time strategy games are your standard fare, and interplanetary travel is your thing, you'd do well to check out Worbital on Steam PC (coming to consoles in the future)! The game has some of the most life-like physics seen for missiles and munitions. This is about as close as you can currently get to building and commandeering your own Death Star.- GameSpace

It feels like it could be a great game if it didn’t have so many issues and miscues for me. Story is essential in a Final Fantasy title, and they should have put this in the forefront and made the multiplayer mode secondary. I will definitely continue trying to play this on steam to see if the connections get better as this is a new port for PC.- GameSpace

Overall Niffelheim hits the mark in regards to setting, story and world building but misses terribly in play mechanics like combat and progression. It's a shame because in many the world begs to be explored and discovered. If you can stomach the grind then I do think there is some charm in this 2D side scroller RPG. However, for the average player, it's going to be tough to see base the deery combat and farming.- GameSpace

If you are looking for an interesting top-down shooter with some fresh mechanics, something with a pen-and-paper art aesthetic, or you just have a soft spot for a good, old-fashioned western, 12 Is Better Than 6 is a good title to consider. It’s mix of face reaction with stealth setup can turn the tides from calculating to chaotic at any moment, keeping you on your toes.- GameSpace

In spite of liberal use of random generation, there's something confoundingly enjoyable about Chocobo's Myster Dungeon Every Buddy. It's not a port I expected to come out in this lifetime, but I'm glad it did, wrinkles and all.- GameSpace

Fate/EXTELLA LINK improves on the first game with more characters, more things to unlock and solid combat. The story was great although I wish there was more of it. The cutscenes this time are done with hand-drawn 2D characters that remind more of a visual novel type game with some great voice acting.- GameSpace

Claybook puts the players into a world of clay creation and imagination to solve puzzles while getting your hands dirty. Its vibrant, whimsical colors and designs evoke a child-like wonder for creation over the course of its twenty levels, but it falls short by gating content behind an ambiguous rating system. Claybook is $14.99 on the Nintendo Store.- GameSpace

Capturing the essence of the 1991 classic, HumaNature Studios hits all of the right notes with ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove. With nine playable characters, light RPG progression, online co-operative gameplay, and a whole lot of funk, the latest entry into the ToeJam & Earl franchise rests solidly in the pocket where it is meant to be.- GameSpace

Currently, if you play with the mindset of just wanting experience the game and take your time with it, it’ll likely be a fun experience. However, if you tend to have the mindset of needing to be max level NOW and have all the best gear NOW it will probably not be fun.- GameSpace
