DUSK is love story written about 90s FPS games that perfectly encapsulates everything that was great about the genre in the 90s. From the pixilated graphics to the classic weapons and gameplay, DUSK is a must have for any older gamer seeking a taste of childhood nostalgia.- GameSpace

Warlords Awakening will appeal to a lot of people. The game isn't bad at all, it's just the repetitive nature of the game I dislike. If not for that, I could see myself playing it simply for the awesome combat offered. Be prepared, however, for a major grind.- GameSpace

A sci-fi third-person shooter that sets the player against massive hoards of giant monster, insects, and aliens. EDF lacks in story and contains intentionally bad dialogue, but you get to blow up lots of stuff.- GameSpace

A hardcore, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi survival game that is nothing if not challenging. Despite being in beta and harboring a variety of issues, Kenshi shows great potential; and its beta status leaves hope that some of that potential will be realized. This is a game that is very difficult to become established in, but that just adds value to your investment of time and strategy.- GameSpace

Guacamelee! 2 is a great sequel that manages to carry over everything that worked in the first game while offering a fun, zany new story for players to discover.- GameSpace

R-Type Dimensions EX brings you back to a golden era of games without loot boxes or DLC. You were able to enjoy a game in the fullest and know that you got your money’s worth on a full game.- GameSpace

Its main gameplay mechanic - the actual rhythm gameplay - does get in its own way. But if you’re just wanting to experience more stories and groove to the amazing soundtrack, Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight is definitely a good place to do so.- GameSpace

If you love open world games that let you loose to just play with things and see what kind of mayhem you can create, there's no better series than Just Cause 4. And while this holiday season is filled to the brim with new games, I would strongly advise against sleeping on Rico's latest adventure. It's one you'll be guaranteed to have dozens of hours of fun with.- GameSpace

This War of Mine is a slow game. It takes patience, and that’s not a bad thing, but there are stretches of the main game that feel like you’re just going through the motions. Maybe that’s the point, because it’s not glitz and glory and explosions and being the hero… it’s survival.- GameSpace

The Sims 4 Get Famous brings a lot of extra gameplay for the player who likes to min-max or get directly involved in their Sims' lives. Stardom is not easily won and even harder to mitigate and maintain, but the rewards and sense of accomplishment for meeting new milestones is a great incentive.- GameSpace

The added atmospheric and thematic elements of the Cthulhu lore can be entertaining, though the game lacks in depth story, but the chance at fighting such diverse creatures as are presented should be a plus for any Lovecraft fan.- GameSpace

It’s clear to see that Civ 6 is going to be one of my most-played Switch games, because that’s just the kind of game it is. You can’t say no to one more turn, and I can already foresee many times where my feet fall asleep in the bathroom.- GameSpace

Other than some lackluster progression mechanics and maybe a little too much reliance on players knowledge of the world, Darksiders III offers a great new take on an existing franchise.- GameSpace

Multiplayer is a wonderful addition to the Fallout franchise and the world created in West Virginia is unique, gorgeous, and fun to explore. It may not be in line to win any awards but if you enjoyed the previous installation, Fallout 4, it's quite likely you'll find the same fun in Bethesda's Fallout 76.- GameSpace

It's a great game for Final Fantasy fans, and fans of JRPGs, though unlike Pokemon Let's Go, it's not going to be super easy for younger kids to get the most out of a complex battle and leveling system.- GameSpace

The Farming Simulator series is one that a lot of people are very fond of, especially with Farming Simulator 2017. With 2019 I believe all of those people are going to make the transition and find a whole new love for the series.- GameSpace

The loop of crafting new gear, finding new locations, and crafting slightly new gear gets tiresome eventually, but the story and exploration is just enough to keep you going to see this quest to its end.- GameSpace

There aren’t any graphical updates or anything like that, and honestly, the game doesn’t need them because it is pretty solid as it is. The new additional sponsors and other additions to the game are far more than enough to get you even more excited about playing the game.- GameSpace

A violent, but wacky successor to the Road Rash franchise born in the 90s. It’s an “over-the-top” biker beat’em up that has some buggy moments, but they make for some of the more entertaining points.- GameSpace

Steel Rats ultimately ends up being a good platforming game idea marred by unfortunate controls and physics, Combine that with a storyline that seems to be trying too hard to be taken seriously and you're left with almost no driving reason to play other than stubbornness, which does not really equate to fun.- GameSpace

The Bug Butcher feels like Earthworm Jim and Alien Hominid met in an arcade to play Space Invaders and the residual DNA collected from their shared joystick and button usage was used to genetically engineer The Bug Butcher.
