Remember when Blitz and NBA Jam ruled supreme, and we all got our first taste of the notorious Midway Comeback AI? I’m sad to say that a close relative of that AI seems to be present here.

Onechanbara knows it’s goofy and stupid. It’s just too bad it doesn’t realize that it’s a terrible game.

25 to Life does include a somewhat entertaining multiplayer aspect, but not enough to keep your attention for very long.

With a lack of multiplayer and a very short game – it’s doubtful you’ll be playing this long. The only replay value is the attempt to try to beat your friends score online and that’s not much of an incentive.

For any oomph it delivers, Rage relies on the same familiar gunshot sound effects and the same ridiculous ragdoll fatalities and the same silly enemies rolling left and right. Rage is a reminder how thin the line is between old school and old hat.

A big disappointment. While the game does try to bring over the fun of the DS title and the controls aren’t bad, no one should be forced to pay full price for such a very small number of games with little or no replay value.

A disappointment. It is quite simply more of the same. If you liked the original PS2 game, there's nothing really new here that requires a purchase.

If it wasn’t bad enough that the game pokes fun at its previous release, saying it can be picked at a bargain bin near you and continues the self-deprecating with a quip at the end dealing with the dreadfulness you just played through, one can’t help but agree and have a sort of resentment that the developers knew the game was not up to par with other XBLA - or even Xbox Live Indie games - but still went ahead and released it, which is probably the most humorous thing the game has going for it.

The final problem is one that has plagued the gameplay in this series for a long time—the pure sameness of everything.

Holding Legends of Troy in comparison to other brawlers on the market, the game feels paltry, cheap, and empty. Koei games are often criticized for their repetition and wafer-thin gameplay, and this game absolutely represents the worst traits of its modus operandi.

The campaign is lackluster both in terms of plot and scope (even the optional "side" missions, while still present, aren’t nearly as creative or engaging as the original’s – and where’s my damn singing sailors?).

Even at the reduced $49.99 price point Facebreaker must be avoided unless you like no-brainer button mashing boxing.

Absolutely, positively not worth $40 or even a rental for that matter.

Control isn’t that tight – in fact it seems very loose. Collision detection isn’t perfect as it seems that if you just breathe near a mountain you’ll crash into it.

Add in gameplay flaws and a shallow experience, and this game is sure to turn off even some of the biggest Empire Earth fans.

Evil Under the Sun suffers from a variety of flaws, glaring and otherwise, but its biggest is that it simply fails to truly draw the player into its world and offers gameplay that is tedious, derivative, and ultimately forgettable.

It is a bad sign when you are unable to choose your difficulty level right from the beginning and the game makes you go through the easier difficulties in order to get to the truly difficult ones.

For a game that is part racing and part fighting, the fact that the only real racing is the last ten seconds of each “race” really is a downer.

The opening sequence is one of the most memorable in recent memory but it is almost as if the developers spent all of their creative energy on it leaving the rest of the game to degenerate into a bland, plot-less mess.

Racquet Sports takes one slice of a quintessential game for Wii-owners, Wii Sports, and does absolutely nothing to improve on it, leaving players behind with one sport type, terrible A.I., lazy movement translation and superfluous accessories.

Does almost everything wrong including bad execution, a weak combat system that isn't very engaging, object interaction that isn't very responsive, uninspired enemies, framerates that stutter, a total lack of presentation, a camera system that sometimes interferes with gameplay. The only real redeeming qualities of this PSP title is multiplayer.

I appreciate that it made the effort to include full voice-acting throughout and… that’s about all. The premise of telekinetic gloves is solid, but without the physics and level-design to support it, Twin Sector is a b-game Portal knockoff.

It's obvious this $60 piece of fanservice was meant to sway old and new DBZ junkies into a purchase, but as the entire game feels more like an expansion pack or a cheap cash-in attempt, there's nothing here to recommend over importing some of the more polished 2-D sprite fighters or at the very least checking out Budokai on the PlayStation 2.

I thoroughly enjoyed the opening moments of each map, looking over the terrain for bonuses and counting moves to make sure that I engaged the enemy with the perfect formation. After that, it was back to 20 minutes of occasionally pressing one button to keep my little soldiers swinging in the most non-violent war this side of a NERF fight.

There's almost nothing to like about Sonic Adventure. It's clunky and awkward at best, painfully buggy and broken at worst. Its most unforgivable sin, though, is that it's just not fun.
